Abstract
本发明涉及减速机领域,提供了一种煤矿用提升减速机。通过在箱体的外侧安装加长型的轴承座配合调心轴承对输出轴的输出端做支撑,提高输出轴的刚度,降低其受到的剪切力;通过设置油温报警和油位报警装置监控其润滑状态吗,降低轴承高温磨损的风险;通过锥齿轮副代理蜗轮蜗杆,减小了箱体的体积,使得减速比范围更广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及减速机领域,具体涉及一种煤矿用提升减速机。
背景技术
煤矿挖煤作业过程中,煤炭需要通过提升装置从井底提升至底面。现有技术中通常使用蜗轮蜗杆减速机作为提升减速机。由于提升减速机的输出扭矩较大,在提升过程中输出轴处于悬臂状态,极易发生变形,使用寿命较低。同时在提升过程中当遇到断电或者减速机连接件发生故障时,减速机或发生反转,提升过程中的煤炭掉落而发生安全事故。高扭矩输出的减速机发热量较大,如果不能及时监控油温和油位,减速机的轴承容易失效,导致传动效率降低。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中提升减速机的输出轴以及轴承等关键部件容易磨损导致寿命降低的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种煤矿用提升减速机。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种煤矿用提升减速机,包括输入电机、箱体、输入轴、一级以上的传动机构、输出轴以及驱动轮,所述输入电机连接输入轴,所述输入轴经一级以上的传动机构驱动输出轴,所述驱动轮安装于输出轴,驱动轮通过绕于其的钢绳提升,所述以及以上的传动齿轮副包括中间轴、锥齿轮副和斜齿轮副,所述输入轴由锥齿轮副驱动中间轴,所述中间轴由斜齿轮副驱动输出轴,所述输出轴或者中间轴上安装有逆止器,所述输出轴的伸出端支承于加长轴承座,所述加长轴承座固定安装于箱体的外侧。
进一步地,所述输出轴由调心轴承支承于所述加长轴承座。
进一步地,所述旋梯顶部安装有补油箱,所述补油箱底部经管道连接所述中间轴、输出轴和输入轴对应的轴承腔。
进一步地,所述输入轴通过调心轴承支承于输入轴承座内,所述输入轴承座安装于箱体的外侧。
进一步地,所述输入电机由梅花形弹性连轴器连接输入轴。
再进一步地,所述箱体上安装有油位报警器和油温报警器。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:通过在箱体的外侧安装加长型的轴承座配合调心轴承对输出轴的输出端做支撑,提高输出轴的刚度,降低其受到的剪切力;通过设置油温报警和油位报警装置监控其润滑状态吗,降低轴承高温磨损的风险;通过锥齿轮副代理蜗轮蜗杆,减小了箱体的体积,使得减速比范围更广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图所示,一种煤矿用提升减速机,由输入电机1、梅花形弹性连轴器2、箱体3、输入轴4、锥齿轮副、中间轴5、斜齿轮副、输出轴6以及驱动轮7组成。
箱体3的外侧分别安装有输入轴轴承座8和加长轴承座9,箱体的顶部安装有补油箱10,补油箱10的顶部安装有通气器。输入轴4经调心轴承支承于输入轴轴承座8,输入轴4的端部通过梅花形弹性连轴器2连接输入电机1,在启动和停止时起到缓冲作用,避免对输入电机产生冲击,输入电机1为防爆电机,更好地适用煤矿的大功率工作环境。中间轴5的两端由调心轴承支承于箱体1内对应的轴承室内,输入轴4和中间轴5间由锥齿轮副啮合传动;中间轴5的轴端安装有逆止器11,逆止器11的内圈固定安装在中间轴5,逆止器11的外圈固定安装在箱体3,逆止器11能够在断电或者传动故障时锁定输出,避免安全事故。输出轴6同样由一对调心轴承支承于箱体6内对应的轴向室内,输出轴6的轴端安装驱动轮7,驱动轮7上绕接提升钢绳。为了提高输出轴6的刚性,避免提升过程中的弯曲,利用加长轴承座9补充支承输出轴6,在加长轴承座9的端部同样以调心轴承与输出轴6配合。中间轴5通过斜齿轮副与输出轴6传动。
由于该减速机的输出功率较高,运行过程中发热量大,为了避免高温对轴承以及齿轮的损伤,在箱体上安装油位报警器12和油温报警器13,两个报警器可以介入远程控制系统,实现远程监控。同时补油箱10通过管道依次连接各轴对应的轴承腔室以及箱体内,根据监控的结果进行补油,确保润滑油温升不超过25℃,轴承温升不超过45℃。
减速机内部的锥齿轮副、斜齿轮副均采含NI材料,代替传统的蜗轮蜗杆传动,满足煤矿篮车减速机传动的可靠性与稳定性,传动效率高,使用寿命长,结构紧凑,速比调整范围广。
Claims (6)
1.一种煤矿用提升减速机,包括输入电机、箱体、输入轴、一级以上的传动机构、输出轴以及驱动轮,所述输入电机连接输入轴,所述输入轴经一级以上的传动机构驱动输出轴,所述驱动轮安装于输出轴,驱动轮通过绕于其的钢绳提升,其特征在于,所述以及以上的传动齿轮副包括中间轴、锥齿轮副和斜齿轮副,所述输入轴由锥齿轮副驱动中间轴,所述中间轴由斜齿轮副驱动输出轴,所述输出轴或者中间轴上安装有逆止器,所述输出轴的伸出端支承于加长轴承座,所述加长轴承座固定安装于箱体的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤矿用提升减速机,其特征在于,所述输出轴由调心轴承支承于所述加长轴承座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤矿用提升减速机,其特征在于,所述旋梯顶部安装有补油箱,所述补油箱底部经管道连接所述中间轴、输出轴和输入轴对应的轴承腔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤矿用提升减速机,其特征在于,所述输入轴通过调心轴承支承于输入轴承座内,所述输入轴承座安装于箱体的外侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤矿用提升减速机,其特征在于,所述输入电机由梅花形弹性连接器连接输入轴。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种煤矿用提升减速机,其特征在于,所述箱体上安装有油位报警器和油温报警器。
