Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于倒置安装的减速机,包括下箱体、上箱体,下箱体上盖装上箱体,上箱体上端面上设有多个安装孔或带安装孔的安装脚,上箱体上经上轴承座通过轴承穿接支撑锥齿轮轴,下箱体上支撑主轴和中间齿轮轴,锥齿轮轴上锥齿轮部与中间齿轮轴上锥齿轮啮合,中间齿轮轴上齿部啮合主轴上的主轴齿轮,主轴的两端经透盖穿出下箱体和上箱体。采用上箱体设置吊装用安装脚或孔,在实现倒置吊装同时,结合锥齿轮轴定位支撑在上箱体并经锥齿轮啮合、中间齿轮轴传动至主轴,由主轴实现换向、双向动力输出,其结构紧凑,各轴、齿轮安装稳固,有利于确保同时满足倒置吊装和换向传动时的传动稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种用于倒置安装的减速机。
背景技术
随着我国工业技术的高速发展,对广泛应用在冶金、矿山、化工、建筑、农业、交通运输、发电等行业的机械设备中的减速机。对于减速机要求越来越高,其中有特殊行业使用场合中,在安装空间有限的前提下,需要倒置吊装以及换向传动,而传统标准结构传动结构的减速机,已经无法满足日益提高的机械设备性能要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构紧凑,传动稳定,能满足倒置吊装和换向传动的用于倒置安装的减速机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于倒置安装的减速机,包括下箱体、上箱体,下箱体上盖装上箱体,其特征在于:所述上箱体上端面上设有多个安装孔或带安装孔的安装脚,上箱体上经上轴承座通过轴承穿接支撑锥齿轮轴,下箱体上支撑主轴和中间齿轮轴,锥齿轮轴上锥齿轮部与中间齿轮轴上锥齿轮啮合,中间齿轮轴上齿部啮合主轴上的主轴齿轮,主轴的两端经透盖穿出下箱体和上箱体。
进一步地,所述锥齿轮轴上旋接圆螺母压接止动垫圈在轴承上端面,轴承下端面支撑在上轴承座内。
所述上轴承座内设两轴承,两轴承间设置定距环,锥齿轮轴上旋接圆螺母压接止动垫圈在上轴承的上端面,下轴承的下端面支撑在上轴承座内
进一步地,所述透盖与主轴之间设有油封。
进一步地,所述中间齿轮轴两端经轴承支撑并通过闷盖封装。
进一步地,所述锥齿轮内端抵紧在中间齿轮轴上的台阶轴段,外端经定距环依次抵紧轴承、闷盖。
进一步地,所述主轴齿轮内端抵紧在主轴上的台阶轴段,外端经定距环依次抵紧轴承、透盖。
进一步地,所述下箱体底部设有螺塞。
进一步地,所述下箱体侧壁连接油泵电机,油泵电机设置在连通下箱体内腔和上箱体内腔的润滑管路中。
进一步地,所述上箱体上设有通气帽。
本发明采用上箱体设置吊装用安装脚或孔,在实现倒置吊装同时,结合锥齿轮轴定位支撑在上箱体并经锥齿轮啮合、中间齿轮轴传动至主轴,由主轴实现换向、双向动力输出,其结构紧凑,各轴、齿轮安装稳固,有利于确保同时满足倒置吊装和换向传动时的传动稳定性。

图1、2所示:一种用于倒置安装的减速机包括下箱体1、上箱体2,下箱体上盖装上箱体,上箱体1上端面上设有多个安装孔3,上箱体2上经上轴承座4穿接支撑锥齿轮轴8并经封盖5封装,上轴承座4内设两轴承6,两轴承间设置定距环7,锥齿轮轴上在封盖内旋接圆螺母20压接止动垫圈21在上部的轴承6的上端面,下部的轴承的下端面支撑在上轴承座内;下箱体1上支撑主轴13和中间齿轮轴9,锥齿轮轴8上锥齿轮部与中间齿轮轴9上锥齿轮10啮合,中间齿轮轴两端经轴承支撑并通过闷盖11封装,中间齿轮轴9上齿部啮合主轴13上的主轴齿轮12,主轴的两端经透盖14穿出下箱体和上箱体,透盖与主轴之间设有油封15;锥齿轮内端抵紧在中间齿轮轴上的台阶轴段,外端经定距环依次抵紧轴承、闷盖;主轴齿轮内端抵紧在主轴上的台阶轴段,外端经定距环依次抵紧轴承、透盖。
为了进一步提高减速机实用性能,在下箱体底部设有螺塞16。
为了进一步提高减速机实用性能,在下箱体侧壁连接油泵电机18,油泵电机设置在连通下箱体内腔和上箱体内腔的润滑管路19中。
为了进一步提高减速机实用性能,在上箱体上设有通气帽17。

1.一种用于倒置安装的减速机,包括下箱体、上箱体,下箱体上盖装上箱体,其特征在于:所述上箱体上端面上设有多个安装孔或带安装孔的安装脚,上箱体上经上轴承座通过轴承穿接支撑锥齿轮轴,下箱体上支撑主轴和中间齿轮轴,锥齿轮轴上锥齿轮部与中间齿轮轴上锥齿轮啮合,中间齿轮轴上齿部啮合主轴上的主轴齿轮,主轴的两端经透盖穿出下箱体和上箱体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于倒置安装的减速机,其特征是:所述锥齿轮轴上旋接圆螺母压接止动垫圈在轴承上端面,轴承下端面支撑在上轴承座内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于倒置安装的减速机,其特征是:所述透盖与主轴之间设有油封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于倒置安装的减速机,其特征是:所述中间齿轮轴两端经轴承支撑并通过闷盖封装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于倒置安装的减速机,其特征是:所述锥齿轮内端抵紧在中间齿轮轴上的台阶轴段,外端经定距环依次抵紧轴承、闷盖。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于倒置安装的减速机,其特征是:所述主轴齿轮内端抵紧在主轴上的台阶轴段,外端经定距环依次抵紧轴承、透盖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于倒置安装的减速机,其特征是:所述下箱体底部设有螺塞。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于倒置安装的减速机,其特征是:所述下箱体侧壁连接油泵电机,油泵电机设置在连通下箱体内腔和上箱体内腔的润滑管路中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于倒置安装的减速机,其特征是:所述上箱体上设有通气帽。
