本发明提供了一种高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜及其制备方法,属于日化产品技术领域。本发明所述澳洲坚果护肤霜的原料配方按质量份计为:每100重量份护肤霜含有澳洲坚果油10.3份,甘油8.56份,葡萄籽油8.0份,蜗牛原液5.2份、维生素E 4.2份,水51.7份,抗菌剂1.7份,乳化剂6.89份,澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取液3.45份。本发明的方法制备得到的澳洲坚果护肤霜对人体皮肤滋润性好、且同时具备较好的抗氧化功效,该产品颜色呈淡黄色,味道清香,产品的粘稠度适中,滋润效果较佳,抗氧化性能优异,且对使用者没有其他的不良反应。本发明提供的护肤霜产品既可以作为护眼霜使用,也可以作为护手霜使用,其护肤效果优良。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化用品中的护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是人体最大的器官,总重量占人体体重的5%~15%,但由于年龄增长、气候变化、睡眠不足、疲劳、过度减肥及洗涤用品碱性强等因素影响易导致皮肤干燥及粗糙,很容易受到伤害。眼部肌肤是人体皮肤最为薄弱的部位,更是在日常生活中容易损害和产生皱纹,因此人们普遍进行眼部肌肤保养。
护肤霜指用于面部或者身体的起到护肤作用的霜状化妆品。涂在面部的护肤霜会在皮肤上形成一层薄膜,防止皮肤水分流失,避免皮肤干燥及粗糙,减少发生损害和产生皱纹的风险。目前护肤霜产品的形式多样,制备原料及效果也各不相同。其中植物精油提取成分由于护肤保湿效果好,已经被大量开发成为护肤产品,被广泛应用于护肤品、护发素、一般卫生保健品中。植物油的脂肪酸组成与人体皮肤的脂肪酸组成非常相似,因而可以将其添加到化妆品和护肤品中并发挥重要重要,且对人体器官有良好的保健作用。由于这个原因,富含棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸的蔬菜油,例如橄榄油、玉米油、棕榈油,被广泛应用于护肤品和化妆品。另外一个被应用于化妆品重要的脂肪酸是棕榈油酸,他是皮肤皮脂组成的一部分。
澳洲坚果(MacadamiaternifoliaF.Muell)原产于澳大利亚昆士兰东南部和新南威尔士东北部沿岸的亚热带雨林地区,是世界著名的坚果,其可食部分果仁营养丰富,脂肪含量高达65~80%(单不饱和脂肪酸占78%),是果仁中唯一含棕榈油酸(POA)的木本坚果,棕榈油酸含量为19%,并且富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、B族维生素和烟酸,素有“干果皇后”的美称。澳洲坚果果仁含油量高,加工出来的澳洲坚果油油质清香、熔点低,既可作上等色拉油,烹制味美可口的小吃,作为珍贵的食用油,也可作为高档化妆品中的护肤用油。特别是澳洲坚果果仁中富集大量的棕榈油酸,其是皮肤皮脂组成的一部分,将其开发成护肤品,可以预料的是,对人体皮肤保养效果极佳。
澳洲坚果果实包括绿色的果皮、褐色的果壳和乳白色的果仁。其中青皮占鲜果重的45%~60%,产量巨大,已有研究表明,澳洲坚果青皮中蕴含蛋白质、糖类、酚类、单宁、黄酮、酚酸、有机酸、皂苷、P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn等多种营养与功能成分,其中,酚类中包含没食子酸、对羟基苯甲醇、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸和对羟基苯甲醛等化合物,皂苷中含有极具生物活性与药理作用的豆腐果苷和熊果苷成分。澳洲坚果青皮是采后处理加工环节的主要副产物,目前仅有极少量用作沤肥或饲料,绝大部分被丢弃,其本身所具有的保健、药用价值和经济价值尚未引起足够的重视。因此澳洲坚果青皮的附加利用产品急需要被研究开发。
由于澳洲坚果果仁的特性,决定了其可以开发出澳洲坚果油产品用于日化领域,但是目前对这一方面的工作开展极少,如何利用澳洲坚果油制备出品质优良的护肤产品,成为本领域研究工作者需要解决的技术问题。另一方面,如何利用澳洲坚果青皮来制备出相应的护肤产品,开发相应的附加应用产品,从而减少澳洲坚果青皮的浪费和环境污染问题,并能有效利用澳洲坚果青皮中的粗蛋白、可溶性多糖、多酚和单宁等成分,成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜及其制备方法,以期充分利用澳洲坚果果仁和澳洲坚果青皮资源。本发明开发出了一种对人体皮肤滋润性好且同时具备较好抗氧化功效的护肤产品,该产品颜色呈淡黄色,味道清香,产品的粘稠度适中,滋润效果较佳,抗氧化性能优异,且对使用者没有其他的不良反应。
本发明的目的之一是提供一种高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜的制备方法,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取澳洲坚果青皮,按照以下提取流程:澳洲坚果青皮→干燥→粉碎→过筛→提取→离心→提取物,制备得到澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物,备用;
(2)将澳洲坚果油、甘油、葡萄籽油混合,加热搅拌混匀;所述澳洲坚果油、甘油、葡萄籽油的添加量按重量份数计分别为10.3份、8.56份、8.0份;
(3)待冷却后,向步骤(2)所得物中加入维生素E,然后加入去离子水和乳化剂,进行均质搅拌,所述维生素E的添加量按重量份数计为4.2份,所述去离子水和乳化剂的添加量按重量份数计分别为51.7份、6.89份;
(4)将步骤(1)的澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物加入到步骤(3)的混合物中,进行均质搅拌,使得液体分散溶解均匀;所述澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物的添加量按重量份数计为3.45份;
(5)向步骤(4)所得物中加入抗菌剂和蜗牛原液,所述抗菌剂和蜗牛原液的添加量按重量份数计分别为1.7份和5.2份,均质搅拌进行溶解完全,静置后,分装入容器,即得。
本发明的发明人进行了大量的摸索实验,发现要制备出一种品质高的澳洲坚果护肤产品是极其困难的,由于目前并没有太多的相关研究可供参考,本发明人只能盲目地进行摸索和尝试,采用了大量的配方组合,在摸索过程中发现,制备出的澳洲坚果护肤霜的稳定性难以保证,特别是膏体的挑起度不好,膏体很容易太稀或太粘稠,所得产品难以涂抹,铺展性不好,很难被爱美人士所接受。经过反复摸索和大量尝试之后,发明人最终找到了上述制备方法,获得了产品稳定性好、各方面品质都较高的澳洲坚果护肤霜产品,且通过加入澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物后,使得所得护肤霜的抗氧化性能大大提高,同时不会产生任何副作用,其市场接受度较高,因而确定采用上述方法进行制备。
进一步的是,步骤(1)中所述澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物的提取方法具体为:新鲜澳洲坚果青皮经粉碎,过40目筛,保存于-20℃冰箱;称取一定量澳洲坚果青皮,在提取温度为50℃、提取时间为90min、澳洲坚果青皮与乙醇的料液比为1:50g/ml、乙醇体积分数为40%的条件下进行提取;提取结束后,在8000r/min条件下离心15min,取上清液用冷凝回流法除去乙醇溶液,得到的澄清液保存于4℃冰箱待用。
进一步的是,步骤(2)中所述加热搅拌混匀是于60℃水浴中进行。
进一步的是,步骤(3)中所述均质搅拌采用均质搅拌机进行。
进一步的是,所述步骤(3)-(5)中均质搅拌的速度均为18-20r/min。
进一步的是,所述乳化剂为聚丙烯酰胺305。
进一步的是,所述甘油为清扬马来西亚甘油。
进一步的是,所述蜗牛原液是从蜗牛黏液中过滤萃取的精华物。
本发明的目的之二是提供由上述方法制备得到的高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜,该澳洲坚果护肤霜的原料配方按重量份数计为:每100份护肤霜中包含澳洲坚果油10.3份,甘油8.56份,葡萄籽油8.0份,蜗牛原液5.2份、维生素E4.2份,水51.7份,抗菌剂1.7份,乳化剂6.89份,洲坚果青皮多酚提取物3.45份。
该产品通过一系列的性能检测没有其他的不良反应,产品颜色呈淡黄色,味道清香,产品的粘稠度适中,滋润效果较佳。可以作为护眼霜和护手霜使用,效果较佳。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明提供了一种高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜产品及其制备方法,以澳洲坚果油为主要原料,并首次在其中添加了澳洲坚果青皮提取物,获得了具有抗氧化性能的澳洲坚果护肤霜产品,同时所得产品的稳定性好,膏体的挑起度好,粘稠度适中,产品容易涂抹,且铺展性好,被爱美人士所广为接受。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行具体描述,有必要指出的是,以下实施例仅仅用于对本发明进行解释和说明,并不用于限定本发明。本领域技术人员根据上述发明内容所做出的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。

(一)澳洲坚果油的含量对护肤霜品质的影响
按重量份计,量取8.56份甘油、8.0份葡萄籽油,5.2份蜗牛原液、4.2份维生素E,1.7份抗菌剂,51.7份水和6.89份聚丙烯酰胺305乳化剂、3.45份青皮多酚提取物,改变澳洲坚果油的添加量,使油的添加量分别为6.1份、8.2份、10.3份、12.4份进行护肤霜的配制,通过对所得护肤霜的颜色,外观、挑起度进行感官评价,所得结果如下:

由表2的单因素评分结果可以看出,当澳洲坚果油的含量为10.3份时,护肤霜的感官性状较好,当添加量小于10.3份时膏体的挑起度不好,当添加量大于10.3份时膏体的粘稠度有点高,故最佳添加量为10.3份,其他的添加量会使护肤霜的挑起度不好,或者膏体的粘稠度不好。
(二)青皮多酚提取物对护肤霜品质的影响
量取8.6份的甘油、8.0份葡萄籽油,10.3份澳洲坚果油、5.2份的蜗牛原液、4.2份维生素E,1.7份的抗菌剂,51.7份的水和6.89份的聚丙烯酰胺305乳化剂,改变青皮多酚提取物的添加量,使其添加量分别为1.45份、2.45份、3.45份、4.45份进行护肤霜的配制,通过对所得护肤霜的颜色,外观、挑起度进行感官评价,所得结果如下:

由上表可以看出,青皮多酚提取物的添加量多少直接影响着护肤霜品质的变化,从添加量可以看出当添加量为3.45份时评分较好,膏体颜色呈淡黄色时比较让人接受,当膏体颜色呈深黄色时,添加量为4.45份此时的评分略低,当添加量为1.45份、2.45份时膏体颜色不太明显,体现不出产品自身的特点。综上所述,青皮多酚提取物的最佳添加量为3.45份。
(三)聚丙烯酰胺305乳化剂对护肤霜品质的影响
量取8.6份的甘油、8.0份葡萄籽油,10.3份的澳洲坚果油、5.2份的蜗牛原液、4.2份维生素E,1.7份的抗菌剂,51.7份的水和3.45份的青皮多酚提取物,改变聚丙烯酰胺305乳化剂的含量,使聚丙烯酰胺305乳化剂的含量分别为4.89份、5.89份、6.89份、7.89份进行护肤霜的配制,通过对所得护肤霜的外观、挑起度进行感官评价,所得结果如下:

由上表4可以看出,乳化剂的添加量为6.89份时,护肤霜的感官评价是最好的,膏体的挑起性较好,无油份析出,坚实度较好,当乳化剂添加量为4.89份、5.89份时膏体的坚实度不够,有点稀,有油分析出,当添加量为7.89份时膏体的坚实度又有点太厚重,不易挑起。综上所述,当添加量为6.89份时的添加量是最好的。
(四)水的添加量对护肤霜品质的影响
量取8.6份的甘油、8.0份葡萄籽油,10.3份的澳洲坚果油、5.2份的蜗牛原液、4.2维生素E,1.7份的抗菌剂,6.89份的聚丙烯酰胺305乳化剂和3.45份的青皮多酚提取物,改变水的添加量,使水的添加量分别为41.7份、46.7份、51.7份、56.7份进行眼霜的配制,通过对所得护肤霜的颜色,外观、挑起度进行感官评价,所得结果如下:

由上表5可以得出,水的添加量与膏体的粘稠度有很大的影响,当水的添加量为41.7份时,膏体较粘稠不利于涂抹,当水添加量为46.7份时,膏体略微粘稠,涂抹性较好,当水添加量为51.7份时,膏体的粘稠度适中,涂抹性也较容易,当水添加量为56.7份时,由于水的添加量较多从而使得膏体偏稀。综上所述,水得添加量为51.7份时最佳。
(五)护肤霜的最佳配比确定
考虑澳洲坚果油、青皮多酚提取物、乳化剂、水对护肤霜不同品质的影响,以四因素三水平正交实验方案L9(34)试验考虑各因素的影响。

由表7的结果可以看出,影响护肤霜颜色和品质的主要因素是青皮多酚提取物,其次是澳洲坚果油、水的添加量、乳化剂添加量,最佳工艺为A2B1C2D3。
经上述大量研究后确定,澳洲坚果护肤霜的最佳配方为:按重量份数计为,每100重量份的护肤霜中含有:澳洲坚果油10.3份,甘油8.56份,葡萄籽油8.0份,蜗牛原液5.2份、维生素E 4.2份,水51.7份,抗菌剂1.7份,乳化剂6.89份,澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物3.45份。
Claims (7)
1.一种高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取澳洲坚果青皮,按照以下提取流程:澳洲坚果青皮→粉碎→过筛→提取→离心→提取物,制备得到澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物,具体步骤为:新鲜澳洲坚果青皮经粉碎,过40目筛,保存于-20 ℃冰箱;称取一定量澳洲坚果青皮,在提取温度为50℃、提取时间为90min、澳洲坚果青皮与乙醇的料液比为1:50 g/ml、乙醇体积分数为40%的条件下进行提取;提取结束后,在8000 r/min 条件下离心15 min,取上清液用冷凝回流法除去乙醇溶液,得到的澄清液保存于4 ℃冰箱待用;
(2)将澳洲坚果油、清扬马来西亚甘油、葡萄籽油混合,加热搅拌混匀;所述澳洲坚果油、清扬马来西亚甘油、葡萄籽油的添加量按重量份数计分别为10.3 份、8.56 份、8.0 份;
(3)待冷却后,向步骤(2)所得物中加入维生素E,然后加入去离子水和乳化剂,进行均质搅拌;所述维生素E的添加量按重量份数计为4.2 份,所述去离子水和乳化剂的添加量按重量份数计分别为51.7 份、6.89 份;
(4)将步骤(1)的澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物加入到步骤(3)的混合物中,进行均质搅拌,使得液体分散溶解均匀;所述澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物的添加量按重量份数计为3.45份;
(5)向步骤(4)所得物中加入抗菌剂和蜗牛原液,所述抗菌剂和蜗牛原液的添加量按重量份数计分别为1.7份和5.2份,均质搅拌进行溶解完全,静置后,分装入容器,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述加热搅拌混匀是于60℃水浴中进行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述均质搅拌采用均质搅拌机进行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)-(5)中均质搅拌的速度均为18-20 r/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为聚丙烯酰胺305。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述蜗牛原液是从蜗牛黏液中过滤萃取的精华物。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述方法制备得到的高品质的澳洲坚果护肤霜,其特征在于,所述澳洲坚果护肤霜的原料配方按重量份数计为:每100份护肤霜中包含澳洲坚果油10.3份,甘油8.56 份,葡萄籽油8.0份,蜗牛原液5.2 份、维生素E 4.2份,水 51.7份,抗菌剂 1.7份,乳化剂 6.89份,澳洲坚果青皮多酚提取物 3.45份。
