Abstract

本发明公开了一种含大鲵油的中药洗发护发剂，它是将枇杷叶、皂角、荷叶、姜黄、侧柏叶混合，用浓度为80％的乙醇浸泡24小时后回流提取至提取物，再经过浓缩提纯至提取物；将上述提取物与大鲵油、银杏叶提取物浸膏、何首乌提取物浸膏混合，即制得本发明所称的含大鲵油的中药洗发护发剂。本发明所述的含大鲵油的中药洗发护发剂直接作用于头皮，通过对皮脂的调节，抑制脱发，促进毛发生长，所含大鲵油是在洗发之前使用的，均匀涂抹发根，即可有改善发质的作用。所述的洗发护发剂可以混合在发膜内，在洗发时给予滋养。

含大鲵油的中药洗发护发剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药头发洗护制剂，尤其是一种具有防止头发脱落、含有大鲵油活性成分的中药洗发护发剂。
背景技术
洗发用品是人们生活中的必备日用品。随着人们生活水平的提高和生活节奏的加快，环境污染、工作压力增大、饮食不规律、染发烫发及电子产品的使用等因素对人们发质的健康带来巨大影响，头发油脂分泌旺盛、少白头、头皮屑、脱发等问题给人们的日常生活带来严重困扰。如何拥有光亮、柔顺、富有弹性，易于梳理的一头秀发，成为人们对洗发液质量要求的鉴定标准。而且如果头发得不到适当的护理，当身体受到外界刺激或者生病时，可能造成脱发。
发明内容
本发明拟解决的问题是提供一种具有保湿营养、去屑止痒、防脱润滑功能的洗发护发剂，其所含大鲵油活性成分来源丰富，成本低廉、无毒副作用。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所述含大鲵油的中药洗发护发剂，按重量百分比，其包含：大鲵油5％-10％、何首乌提取物浸膏5％-10％、银杏叶提取物浸膏5％-10％、枇杷叶12％-20％、皂角20-30％、荷叶6-15％、姜黄6-15％、侧柏叶5％-10％。
其制备方法如下：按上述重量百分比将枇杷叶、皂角、荷叶、姜黄、侧柏叶混合，用浓度为80％的乙醇浸泡24小时后回流提取至提取物，再经过浓缩提纯至提取物；将上述提取物与大鲵油、银杏叶提取物浸膏、何首乌提取物浸膏混合，即制得本发明所称的含大鲵油的中药洗发护发剂。
大鲵机体中含有70多种天然活性生物，在食用、药物、化妆品、健康食品等方面有着独特的研发价值，还能促进人体生理活性，改善人体细胞代谢水平，促进人体蛋白质合成，提高人体免疫功能，大鲵油含有多种人体无法合成的氨基酸，50多种天然生物活性物质，是组织细胞修复的原料，大鲵油作为一种传统的药用原料，其含有这些生物活性物质在食用、药物、化妆品、健康食品等方面有着独特的研发价值。大鲵油内富含多种脂肪酸，其中饱和脂肪酸(SFA)为26.2％。
本发明所述的含大鲵油的中药洗发护发剂直接作用于头皮，通过对皮脂的调节，抑制脱发，促进毛发生长，所含大鲵油是在洗发之前使用的，均匀涂抹发根，即可有改善发质的作用。所述的洗发护发剂可以混合在发膜内，在洗发时给予滋养。本发明在制备过程中加入具有去屑止痒生物防脱功效成分的中药提取物，可显著对抗自由基的形成，抑制因氧化造成的头部皮肤衰老和发质受损。
本发明包括具有滋养功能的何首乌、具有保湿作用的芦荟汁和具有增强发质弹性的银杏叶提取物，这些成分均为天然生成，对发质无任何毒副作用。
含防脱发生物中药组合洗发护发剂的使用实验：
发明人自2016年2月-2017年12月，选取54名平均脱发数大于100根/天的自愿者，平均分成3组，每组男女各半。受试者男性每天洗一次头，女性每两天洗一次头；早晚2次梳理头发。
现报告如下：临床资料本组54例，其中男性42例，女性12例；年龄18～28岁8例，29～39岁14例，40～50岁30例，51岁以上的2例；全部病例发病和加重均和睡眠不良以及情绪不良有关，另外与饮酒及服食油腻辛腥刺激之物有关；部分患者有便秘史。护理方法对脂溢性脱发患者，应限制脂肪的摄入，并少吃糖类食物，不吃辣椒、生蒜等刺激性食物。多喝水，荤菜以低脂蛋白质为宜。
治疗结果疗效标准：1.痊愈：患部毛发全部长齐，头部已不痒，无头屑或头油，和未脱发前密度、粗细、色泽大致相一同者。2.好转：头部毛发停止脱落，有新生毛发生长，少量头屑或头油，密度、粗细和色泽未能恢复完全正常者。3.无效：治疗前后无明显改变。
结果：痊愈10例，好转38例，无效6例，总有效率为88.8％。
以上测试表明含防脱发生物中药组合的洗发护发剂具有防脱发效果，随着使用时间和中药分成含量的增加，防脱发效果更显著。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明做进一步说明。下列各实施例中，所涉及的百分比除非另有说明，均是以重量百分比计算。
一、生物防脱功效成分的配制
按重量百分比将枇杷叶15％、皂角28％、荷叶12％、姜黄10％、侧柏叶10％混合，用浓度为80％的乙醇浸泡24小时后回流提取至提取物，再经过浓缩提纯至提取物；将上述提取物与大鲵油10％、银杏叶提取物浸膏10％、何首乌提取物浸膏10％混合，即制得本生物防脱功效成分的中药组合物。
所述的大鲵油的提取方法是将大鲵脂肪组织经通入热蒸气加热，挤压、过滤、离心，得到大鲵粗油；将大鲵粗油加热到50-70℃，加入磷酸溶液进行酸炼；酸炼所得大鲵油原料再加热到50-95℃，加入烧碱溶液，停留10-30分钟后，静置；在常温下加入活性炭，搅拌10-60分钟脱色、除臭，离心、过滤去渣，得到上清油液，再经冷却即得大鲵油产品。产品中含有二十碳五烯酸1％-5％，二十二碳六烯酸0.1％-0.5％，油酸30％-40％，亚油酸10％-15％，亚麻酸1％-2.5％。本发明大鲵脂肪的提取率达到90％以上，产品中脂肪酸组成比例均衡。
上述何首乌提取物浸膏可以由以下步骤制备：1)取整棵何首乌，浸入纯水浸泡10h以上；2)过滤获得浸泡液，浓缩成膏状；3)50-70％乙醇溶解抽提，去除溶剂；4)干燥后得何首乌提取物。浸泡1-5天，过滤获得浸泡液，浓缩成膏状。

Claims (1)

1.一种含大鲵油的中药洗发护发剂，其特征在于，按重量百分比，其包含：大鲵油5％-10％、何首乌提取物浸膏5％-10％、银杏叶提取物浸膏5％-10％、枇杷叶12％-20％、皂角20-30％、荷叶6-15％、姜黄6-15％、侧柏叶5％-10％；
制备方法如下：按上述重量百分比将枇杷叶、皂角、荷叶、姜黄、侧柏叶混合，用浓度为80％的乙醇浸泡24小时后回流提取至提取物，再经过浓缩提纯至提取物；将上述提取物与大鲵油、银杏叶提取物浸膏、何首乌提取物浸膏混合，即制得本发明所称的含大鲵油的中药洗发护发剂。
