本发明涉及一种具有护发、黑发作用的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物包含以下重量份的原料：茶多酚20‑40，糯米10‑50，三七提取物20‑50。本发明的外用中药组合物是一种纯天然、无毒、无副作用的，同时能够在解决脱发和白发问题的同时，还能满足对头皮屑、油发、枯发、头风、头斑等头皮、头发健康问题的需求的外用中药组合物。

本发明涉及一种具有护发、黑发作用的外用中药组合物，以及相应外用中药组合物的制备方法以及应用。
技术背景
在现代社会中，随着工作、生活节奏的加快，相应压力也增大，目前脱发、白发属于白领人员常见的现象，此外头发毛糙、没有光泽等问题更是普遍。脱发是指头发异常或过度的脱落，其原因很多，如遗传、肥胖、压力过大、精神过度紧张、睡眠不足、疾病等因素。早期者出油多、痒、皮屑多，一洗头掉满盆头发，有时有几百根，一梳掉几十根，并持续不断的掉，有的头皮发红，起小疙瘩；中期掉头发严重，头顶稀疏，风一吹露头皮；晚期者头顶光滑或有少量绒毛。虽然并无肉体痛苦，但精神上的压力与痛苦却叫人难以忍受。当今社会竞争激烈，脱发是令人十分苦恼的事，而思想的苦恼，又加重了病情，近年临床发病率有不断上升的趋势。
脱发的治疗是个世界性难题，目前尚未有最直接和最有成效的治疗药物，现代医学针对临床某一症状治疗，往往达不到预期效果，且副作用较大；同样的白发问题也是困扰人们的难题，大部分人为了遮盖白发，选择采用化学原料来染发，这些染发产品通常对头皮、头发存在伤害，产生过敏反应等不良后果；患有脱发、白发问题的人们普遍期待天然、便于使用和解决头皮烦恼问题的产品。
为了克服上述缺陷，发明人经过多年的研究，并实地走访了云南、贵州等多个少数民族村寨采集样本，调整配方，最终研制出本发明的外用中药组合物，在能够解决上述脱发和白发问题的同时，还能满足对头皮屑、油发、枯发、头风、头斑等头皮、头发健康问题的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种纯天然、无毒、无副作用的，同时能够在解决脱发和白发问题的同时，还能满足对头皮屑、油发、枯发、头风、头斑等头皮、头发健康问题的需求的外用中药组合物。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案如下：
一种具有护发、黑发作用的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物包含以下重量份的原料：茶多酚20-40，糯米10-50，三七提取物20-50。
优选地，茶多酚25-35，糯米15-40，三七提取物30-45。
更优选地，茶多酚30，糯米35，三七提取物40。
本发明所述糯米可以为糯米发酵水，其制备方法如下：
将糯米磨成细分，加2-4倍纯水浸泡，随后置于陶罐中，密闭储存3-5天，过滤后，制得糯米发酵水；优选加2.5倍纯水浸泡，密闭储存4天。
本发明所述的三七提取物优选的制备方法为：
将三七粉碎成粗粉状，用75％乙醇水溶液提取，热回流提取2次，第一次加按重量份计4倍量的75％乙醇水溶液回流2h，第二次加3倍量75％乙醇水溶液回流1.5h，合并回流液、过滤，滤液减压回流至乙醇至无醇味后，加等量乙醚脱脂；分取水溶液，加正丁醇萃取2次，合并正丁醇萃取容易，减压浓缩回收正丁醇，浓缩液减压干燥，得三七提取物。
茶多酚采用市售产品。
进一步地，本发明提供将上述外用中药组合物按照常规的洗发制剂方法制备成常用的外用制剂。
所述的外用制剂是洗发露、洗发膏、洗发液或洗发水。
进一步地，本发明提供将上述外用中药组合物在制备防止脱发、护发、黑发的外用药物中的应用。
所述中药组合物还可以含有其它具有护发、黑发作用的原料：例如胡麻仁、桃仁、当归、制首乌、侧柏叶、杏仁、野菊花、防风、浮萍、墨旱莲、女贞子、川芎、蒲公英与甘草等，这些物质以常规的提取方法来获得其相应的提取物。
上述中药组合物可以用在专业的养护头发、SPA店中，以直接点注、涂抹的方式应用于顾客头皮；也可以供顾客购买回家后自用。
此外，本发明的上述中药组合物还可以加入各种常规辅料来制备相应的制剂，例如水、珠光剂、保湿剂、粘度调和剂、敖合剂、调色剂等以常规的中药制剂方法制备成任何一种常用的外用制剂，例如可以是：洗发露、洗发膏、洗发液或洗发水等。

4)洗发水：每天1～2次，每次10～50毫升，均匀涂抹头发，保留约15～30分钟，洗净即可。
技术效果的描述：
1、本发明的中药组合物能够对动物体毛生长有明显促进作用，其含有的活性物是毛囊细胞生长代谢的必要物质，外用可直接渗透至毛囊深层，使毛囊获得充足的滋养，同时抑制皮脂腺的过多分泌，改善毛囊口内的油脂栓塞，促进头皮血液循环，增加血液流量，从而使头发得以迅速生长。通过试验证明，给药30天后，可以使得毛长增加约四分之一，平均毛粗增加约二分之一，毛重增加约二分之一；
2、在解决白发问题上，使用15天后初见成效，坚持使用50天后有效率达到50％，坚持使用6个月后有效量达到70％。
3、此外，本发明的重要组合物在头皮屑、油发、枯发、头风、头斑等有头皮疾患的人群，其安全无毒、使用后效果明显。本发明也可用于没有头皮疾患的普通人使用，具有头脑清晰、头皮轻松以及头发光泽滋润顺滑等益发美发有益效果。
4、相比单独使用茶多酚、糯米、三七提取物中的一种或两种而言，三种活性成分以一定用量配合使用，能够起到预料不到的技术效果。
具体实施方式
一、制备实施例
1、制备实施例1
原料的制备：
茶多酚：采用市售产品，生产厂家：湖北晟德精细化工有限公司。
糯米发酵水：取1kg糯米，加2.5kg的纯水浸泡，置于陶罐中，密闭储存2.5天后取出过滤，制得糯米发酵水；
三七提取物：取1kg三七粉碎成粗粉状，用75％乙醇水溶液提取，热回流提取2次，第一次加按重量份计4倍量的75％乙醇水溶液回流2h，第二次加3倍量75％乙醇水溶液回流1.5h，合并回流液、过滤，滤液减压回流至乙醇至无醇味后，加等量乙醚脱脂；分取水溶液，加正丁醇萃取2次，合并正丁醇萃取容易，减压浓缩回收正丁醇，浓缩液减压干燥，得本发明的三七提取物；
将30重量份的茶多酚、35重量份的糯米发酵水以及40重量份的三七提取物混合制得本发明的外用中药组合物。
实施例2
除茶多酚20、糯米发酵水10、三七提取物20外，其余同实施例1。
实施例3
除茶多酚40、糯米发酵水50、三七提取物50外，其余同实施例1。
实施例4
除茶多酚20、糯米发酵水50、三七提取物50外，其余同实施例1。
实施例5
除额外加入10重量份的胡麻仁、10重量份的桃仁、10重量份的当归、10重量份的制首乌外，其余同实施例1。所述胡麻仁、桃仁、当归、制首乌均为65％的乙醇提取物。
实施例6
除额外加入10重量份的侧柏叶、10重量份的杏仁、10重量份的野菊花、10重量份的防风、10重量份的浮萍外，其余同实施例1。所述侧柏叶、杏仁、野菊花、防风、浮萍均为65％的乙醇提取物。
实施例7
除额外加入10重量份的墨旱莲、10重量份的女贞子、10重量份的川芎、10重量份的蒲公英与10重量份的甘草，其余同实施例1。所述墨旱莲、女贞子、川芎、蒲公英、甘草均为65％的乙醇提取物。
对比实施例1
除仅含有30重量份的茶多酚外，其余同实施例1。
对比实施例2
除仅含有35重量份的糯米发酵水外，其余同实施例1。

除仅含有40重量份的三七提取物外，其余同实施例1。

二、活性实施例
1、脱发试验
对动物毛体生长的促进作用：
以豚鼠作为实验对象
试验分对照组和药物组，每组10只，剪去背部相同部位3×3cm2的体毛，再用保险刀刮齐毛根，注意避免损伤皮肤。24小时后在去毛区涂药0.5ml/只，药物组分别采用取自上述实施例的中药组合物，对照组使用80％的乙醇水溶液；每天一次，连续30天后，于每只豚鼠给药区中间相同部位处随机取体毛10根，制片并量体毛长度，再用测微尺在光学显微镜下测量毛根部、中间部位和毛稍的横切面直径，取其平均值作为毛粗，以体毛长度和粗细作为指标，比较各组豚鼠体毛生长状况，具体参数见表1。

从上表中可以看出，实施例1为本申请的最佳配比实施例，相比在本发明配比范围内的其它配比对于毛发生长具有良好的促进作用，而加入了其它植物提取物的实施例5-7效果更佳；对比实施例1-3是单剂，对比实施例4-6是二元组合，对比实施例7-9虽然也是三元组合，然而各物质的用量比在本发明范围之外，结果表明，本发明中药组合物对毛发生长的促进效果远高于对比实施例1-9。
脱发临床试验：
临床资料：随机选取门诊病例30例，其中男性22例，女性8例；20例涂抹实施例1的中药组合物，10例作为对照，不做处理。
临床诊断标准：按正常人头发在100万根左右，每日脱落60-80根为正常脱发，每日超过100根为异常，门诊接诊选取的30例病例均表现为脂溢性脱发，脱发部委头皮往往油腻发亮并有大量头屑，呈灰白色糠状，头发干燥，光泽缺失，其边缘头发松动易于拔除。
疗效标准判断：患者脱发处涂药1个疗程30日后长出新发
痊愈：原脱发出长新发95％以上；
有效：原脱发处长新发50％以上
无效：原脱发出长新发50％以下无效。
试验结果如下：

2、白发试验
本发明中药组合物用于治疗白发的疗效观察实验：
实验对象的一般资料：采用本发明中药组合物共用于45例白发患者，其中男26例，女19例；年龄最大者59岁，年龄最小者只有17岁。
使用方法：洗完头发后，先用3-5ml本发明的实施例1的中药组合物喷于整个头部轻度按摩3-5分钟，稍风干，接着依顺序用适量的实施例1的中药组合物分别滴于发根和发干，分别轻度按摩3-5分钟即可。
试验结果：使用15天后，35％的试验对象30％的头发根部转黑；使用50天后，50％的试验对象50％的头发根部转黑，使用6个月后，70％的试验对象，80％的头发根部转黑。
本发明的一种具有护发、黑发作用的外用中药组合物已经通过具体的实例进行了描述，本领域技术人员可借鉴本发明内容，适当改变原料、工艺条件等环节来实现相应的其它目的，其相关改变都没有脱离本发明的内容，所有类似的替换和改动对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的，都被视为包括在本发明的范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有护发、黑发作用的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物包含以下重量份的原料：茶多酚20-40，糯米10-50，三七提取物20-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，茶多酚25-35，糯米15-40，三七提取物30-45。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，茶多酚30，糯米35，三七提取物40。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，所述糯米为糯米发酵水，其制备方法如下：
将糯米磨成细分，加2-4倍纯水浸泡，随后置于陶罐中，密闭储存3-5天，过滤后，制得糯米发酵水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，加2.5倍纯水浸泡，密闭储存4天。
6.根据权利要求1所述的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，所述三七提取物的制备方法为：
将三七粉碎成粗粉状，用75％乙醇水溶液提取，热回流提取2次，第一次加按重量份计4倍量的75％乙醇水溶液回流2h，第二次加3倍量75％乙醇水溶液回流1.5h，合并回流液、过滤，滤液减压回流至乙醇至无醇味后，加等量乙醚脱脂；分取水溶液，加正丁醇萃取2次，合并正丁醇萃取容易，减压浓缩回收正丁醇，浓缩液减压干燥，得三七提取物。
7.根据权利要求1的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，按照常规的洗发制剂方法制备成常用的外用制剂。
8.根据权利要求7的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，所述的外用制剂是洗发露、洗发膏、洗发液或洗发水。
9.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的外用中药组合物在制备防止脱发、护发、黑发的外用药物中的应用。
