Abstract
The invention relates to a whitening and moisturizing mask and a preparation method thereof, wherein the whitening and moisturizing mask comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 79-81 parts of water, 1-5 parts of Rhizoctonia solani flower extract, 0.5-2 parts of rhizobium japonicum root extract, 0.5-2 parts of folium cynanchi hancei extract, 1-3 parts of dogwood fruit extract, 0.02-0.04 part of chelating agent, 0.05-0.11 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.5 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 2-5 parts of glycerol, 3-8 parts of propylene glycol, 0.5-2 parts of nicotinamide, 1-3 parts of amino acid humectant and 0.2-0.6 part of avenanthramide. The mask disclosed by the invention has multiple excellent effects of whitening, moisturizing and repairing, can effectively improve darkness and whiten and brighten skin, and meanwhile, can intensively moisturize, so that the skin is moist, glossy and elastic. The invention has the characteristics of easily obtained raw materials, simple preparation method, no skin irritation after long-term use, mild property and high use comfort.

Background

The whitening and moisturizing facial mask provided by the invention is prepared from a corduroy mouse-koji-grass flower extract, and the INCI name is as follows: the gnaphlium LEONTOPODIUM FLOWER EXTRACT contains various alkaloids, alcohols, terpenes and the like, and has the effects of relieving stimulation, calming the skin and regulating the water-oil balance of the skin; extracts of the roots of comfrey, INCI name: CYANOTIS arachnidodea ROOT EXTRACT, has strong permeability and can be rapidly absorbed by skin in a liquid state; and inhibiting the activity of dopachrome isomerase, dopachrome isomerase (TRP-2), mainly regulating the production rate of DHICA, thereby influencing the size, structure and kind of the produced melanin molecules. Reducing the ROS level in melanocytes can prevent the activation of melanin synthesis, reduce intermediates in the process of melanin formation, or combine the intermediates to block the melanin formation, block Dihydroxyindole (DHI) from polymerizing into an effective substance of which the melanin can enhance the cell metabolism and activation, and has good effects of removing speckles and whitening; extract of leaves of cubeb litsea tree, INCI name: a baloma betulin LEAF EXTRACT contains total flavonoids and various essential oil components. Can regulate skin oil secretion, and has effects of keeping moisture, killing bacteria and relieving inflammation. Dogwood fruit extract, INCI name: cornus OFFICINALIS FRUIT EXTRACT contains cornin, phospholipid, vitamin A, sterol, unsaturated fatty acid (malic acid, ursolic acid, gallic acid), etc. as effective components, and can be used as antioxidant, skin whitening agent, skin firming agent, skin activating agent, allergy inhibitor, pilatory, and antiinflammatory agent. The skin whitening agent is mainly malic acid component in the extract of fructus evodiae, and vitamin A can obviously inhibit the formation of lipid peroxide and has the effects of delaying skin aging, etc. Meanwhile, the effective component of the dogwood extract is the macula removing essence, and the extract has an inhibiting effect on the generation of tyrosinase and melanin.
According to the whitening and moisturizing facial mask, the sodium hyaluronate is preferably a mixture of high molecular sodium hyaluronate and low molecular sodium hyaluronate, and more preferably the sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 1.0MDa-1.8MDa and the sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight of 200kDa-400kDa in a mass ratio of 0.01-0.03: 0.04-0.08.
According to the whitening and moisturizing facial mask, in order to improve the preservation performance and ensure a longer shelf life of cosmetics, the raw material components also comprise conventional preservative components in the field of cosmetics, including but not limited to p-hydroxyacetophenone, glyceryl caprylate/caprylyl hydroxamic acid/1, 3-propylene glycol and the like, and further, oil-soluble essence components can be added into the whitening and moisturizing facial mask through a solubilizer, as an implementable technical scheme, the raw material components also comprise 0.5-0.7 part by weight of preservative, 0.01-0.02 part by weight of essence and 0.05-0.06 part by weight of solubilizer.
The invention also provides a method for preparing the whitening and moisturizing mask, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing water, chelating agent, sodium hyaluronate, sclerotium rolfsii gum, glycerol and propylene glycol, heating, homogenizing and stirring to completely dissolve to obtain phase A; the heating is preferably carried out to 85-90 ℃, and the homogenization is preferably carried out at the rotation speed of 1000-;
(2) adding nicotinamide and amino acid humectant into the phase A, and stirring to dissolve completely to obtain phase B; preferably, the phase A is kept warm for 30min, and then nicotinamide and amino acid humectant are added when the temperature is reduced to 60 ℃;
(3) adding Rhizopus Nasutus aspergillus flower extract, radix Cymbopogonis Citrari extract, folium Rubi Corchorifolii Immaturus extract, Corni fructus extract, and oat alkaloid into phase B, and stirring, preferably cooling phase B to 40 deg.C, and adding the above raw materials.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the whitening and moisturizing facial mask disclosed by the invention is added with various plant extracts including the extract of the scarlet caterpiller fungus flowers, the extract of the rhizopus niruri roots, the extract of the leaf of the Chinese ash, and the extract of the dogwood fruits, and the whitening effect can be greatly improved by compounding the plant extracts with sodium hyaluronate, micronucleus glue, nicotinamide, an amino acid humectant and oat alkaloid. The invention has the characteristics of easily obtained raw materials, simple preparation method, stable and controllable quality, no skin irritation after long-term use, mild property and high use comfort.

81 parts by weight of water, 3 parts by weight of a Rhizopus sorrel flower extract, 1 part by weight of a rhizoctonia solani root extract, 1 part by weight of a leaf extract of Chinese ash, 2 parts by weight of a dogwood fruit extract, 0.03 part by weight of EDTA-2Na, 0.08 part by weight of sodium hyaluronate (sodium hyaluronate with molecular weight of 1.0MDa-1.8 MDa: 0.02:0.06 component of sodium hyaluronate with molecular weight of 200kDa-400 kDa), 0.3 part by weight of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 3 parts by weight of glycerol, 5 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 1 part by weight of nicotinamide, 2 parts by weight of an amino acid humectant, 0.5 part by weight of avenanthramide, 0.3 part by weight of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.4 part by weight of a compound preservative (caprylic glyceride/caprylic hydroxamic acid/1, 3-propylene glycol), 0.06 part by weight of Eumulgin HPS, and 0.015 part by weight of a repair peptide perfume;

The results show that the skin melanin content is respectively reduced by 30.36%, 29.17% and 29.25% after 3 months of using the whitening mask of examples 1-3 of the invention, and the skin melanin content is respectively reduced by 23.83% and 25.68% after using the whitening mask of comparative examples 1-2, which are obviously lower than the skin melanin content of each group of examples of the invention, which shows that the combination of the 3 raw materials of the rhizopus niruri root extract, the cornus officinalis extract and the combination of the 3 raw materials of the rhizopus nepalensis flower extract, the rhizopus niruri root extract and the cornus officinalis extract can obtain obviously better whitening effect than the combination of the 4 raw materials of the rhizopus niruri flower extract, the rhizopus niruri root extract, the rhizopus niruri leaf extract and the cornus officinalis extract, namely the combination of the raw materials of the invention is most reasonable and has more prominent whitening effect.
Moisture retention efficacy test

And respectively measuring the MMV value of the average moisture content of the skin before the sample is applied to each test area and after the sample is applied for 0.5h, 1h, 2h, 4h and 8h by using a skin moisture tester Corneometer 825.

The results show that the increase rate of the skin moisture content is gradually reduced along with the time after the sample is applied, but compared with the whitening mask in the comparative example 3, the increase rate of the skin moisture content is obviously better and all kept at a higher level after the whitening masks in the examples 1 to 3 are used for 8 hours, and the mask has a better effect of increasing the skin moisture content.
2. Testing the moisture loss value of the epidermis: and selecting 40 adult female volunteers with healthy skin, grouping the volunteers and smearing the samples according to a skin moisture content testing method, and respectively measuring the moisture loss value TEWL of the epidermis after 1h, 2h, 4h and 8h before smearing the samples in each test area and by adopting a skin moisture loss tester TM 300.

The results show that the average values of the moisture loss values of the epidermis after 8 hours of smearing the whitening mask disclosed by the embodiments 1-3 are 8.0, 7.5 and 7.5 respectively, and the average values are reduced by 4.6, 4.6 and 4.9 respectively compared with the initial values; and the average value of the moisture loss value of the epidermis after the whitening mask of the comparative example 3 is smeared for 8 hours is 9.7, and the moisture loss value is reduced by 3.2 compared with the initial value, which shows that the moisture loss can be further reduced and the skin water locking capacity can be enhanced by adding single high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and compounding the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, so that the whitening mask has a better moisturizing effect.

Claims (10)
1. The whitening and moisturizing mask is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight:
79-81 parts of water, 1-5 parts of Rhizoctonia solani flower extract, 0.5-2 parts of rhizobium japonicum root extract, 0.5-2 parts of folium cynanchi hancei extract, 1-3 parts of dogwood fruit extract, 0.02-0.04 part of chelating agent, 0.05-0.11 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.5 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 2-5 parts of glycerol, 3-8 parts of propylene glycol, 0.5-2 parts of nicotinamide, 1-3 parts of amino acid humectant and 0.2-0.6 part of avenanthramide.
2. The whitening and moisturizing mask as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
81 parts of water, 3 parts of corduroy rat-koji flower extract, 1 part of rhizoctonia solani root extract, 1 part of leaf extract of Chinese ash, 2 parts of dogwood fruit extract, 0.03 part of chelating agent, 0.08 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.3 part of sclerotium rolfsii gum, 3 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part of nicotinamide, 2 parts of amino acid humectant and 0.5 part of avenanthramide.
3. The whitening and moisturizing mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sodium hyaluronate is a mixture of high molecular sodium hyaluronate and low molecular sodium hyaluronate.
4. The whitening and moisturizing mask as claimed in claim 3, wherein the sodium hyaluronate is sodium hyaluronate with molecular weight of 1.0MDa-1.8MDa and sodium hyaluronate with molecular weight of 200kDa-400kDa in a mass ratio of 0.01-0.03: 0.04-0.08.
5. The whitening and moisturizing mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw material composition further comprises 0.5-0.7 parts by weight of a preservative, 0.01-0.02 parts by weight of an essence, and 0.05-0.06 parts by weight of a solubilizer.
6. A method for preparing the whitening and moisturizing mask as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing water, chelating agent, sodium hyaluronate, sclerotium rolfsii gum, glycerol and propylene glycol, heating, homogenizing and stirring to completely dissolve to obtain phase A;
(2) adding nicotinamide and amino acid humectant into the phase A, and stirring to dissolve completely to obtain phase B;
(3) adding Rhizopus Nasutus aspergillus flower extract, herba Cymbopogonis Citrari root extract, folium Rubi Corchorifolii Immaturus extract, Corni fructus extract, and oat alkaloid into phase B, and stirring.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein in the step (1), the heating is carried out to 85 to 90 ℃.
8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein in step (1), the rotation speed of the homogenizing step is 1000-2500r/min, and the time of the homogenizing step is 3-5 min.
9. The preparation method of claim 6, wherein in the step (2), the phase A is kept at the temperature for 30min, and then the nicotinamide and the amino acid humectant are added when the temperature is reduced to 60 ℃.
10. The method according to claim 6, wherein in the step (3), the temperature of the phase B is lowered to 40 ℃, and then the raw materials are added.
