Description

Multi-effect eye mask and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beauty and skin care products, in particular to a multi-effect eye mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The black eye circles are formed by the fact that blood flow speed of blood vessels of skin at eyes is too slow to form stagnant flow due to night stay, large emotion fluctuation, eye fatigue and aging; insufficient oxygen supply to tissues and excessive accumulation of metabolic waste in blood vessels can cause pigmentation of eyes. And with age, the subcutaneous fat around the eye becomes thinner and dark circles become more apparent.
The fine lines and wrinkles of the eyes are formed by that the skin of the eyes is affected by the external environment to form free radicals, the free radicals destroy collagen and active substances in normal cell membrane tissues and oxidize cells. The skin around the eyes has a weak protective function, and in addition, moisture in the skin around the eyes is easily evaporated, so that the skin becomes dry under the condition of poor moisture retention capability, which is the most easily encountered problem.
In the prior art, most of products for eliminating black eye circles and removing fine lines of eyes are cream or eye essence, but the dosage of the products is difficult to control in the using process, the consumption is large, the product is wasted, the product effect cannot be fully exerted due to the small consumption, the products in the prior art are coated on the periphery of eyes and need to be continuously massaged, and the products cannot be completely absorbed due to insufficient massage, so that the product is further wasted.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is how to provide an eye care product with convenient use and long-lasting efficacy.

The sodium polyacrylate and the aluminum glycinate are matched with each other, so that the product is in a gel state, and a smearing mode is not needed in the use process of the product; secondly, the selected polyalcohol and the selected emollient have the technical effect of water retention, and can be used as a water retention agent in the product, so that the water in the product is not easy to volatilize; in addition, the Adansonia dubia extract is an active ingredient extracted from Adansonia dubia serving as a raw material, and has the effects of moisturizing, resisting oxidation and improving skin elasticity; in addition, the acetyl hexapeptide-8 solution has the effects of resisting wrinkles and removing fine lines, and can effectively remove the fine lines of eyes.
A preparation method of the multi-effect eye mask comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the raw materials for later use;
(2) sequentially adding sodium polyacrylate, aluminum glycinate and EDTA disodium into polyhydric alcohol, and uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixture A;
(3) dissolving tartaric acid in water to obtain tartaric acid water solution;
(4) slowly adding the tartaric acid aqueous solution into the mixture A, and fully and uniformly stirring under the vacuum condition to obtain a mixture B;

Meanwhile, the selected polyalcohol, the emollient and the sodium polyacrylate all have the technical effect of water retention, and the water in the product is not easy to volatilize as the water retention agent in the product, so that the eye moisturizing and skin moisturizing agent can sufficiently moisturize and moisturize eyes, ensure skin moisture and reduce the occurrence probability of fine wrinkles. Secondly, the Adansonia dubia extract is an active ingredient extracted from Adansonia dubia serving as a raw material, and has a moisturizing effect, and can enhance an anti-oxidation effect and increase skin elasticity when being matched with caffeine. In addition, the acetyl hexapeptide-8 solution has the effects of resisting wrinkles and removing fine lines, and can effectively remove the fine lines of eyes.

polyol: 26%, emollient: 1%, sodium polyacrylate: 5% of aluminum glycinate: 0.5%, disodium EDTA: 0.5%, tartaric acid: 0.5%, caffeine: 2.5%, Adansonia cava pulp extract: 2.5%, acetyl hexapeptide-8 solution at a concentration of 980 mg/L: 3.5 percent and the balance of deionized water.
The preparation process comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning and disinfecting appliances, weighing supplies and machine equipment required by production;
(2) sequentially and accurately weighing glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, 1, 3-propanediol, sodium polyacrylate, aluminum glycinate and EDTA disodium according to a formula proportion, and uniformly stirring and dispersing for later use;
(3) accurately weighing deionized water and tartaric acid in a water phase pot in sequence according to a formula ratio, and stirring until the deionized water and the tartaric acid are completely dissolved;
(4) keeping the emulsifying pot under stirring, slowly pumping the tartaric acid water solution obtained in the step (3) into the emulsifying pot obtained in the step (2), and fully and uniformly stirring in vacuum;
(5) after uniformly stirring, adding caprylic/capric triglyceride, tocopheryl acetate, ethylhexyl palmitate, caffeine, Adansonia dubia pulp extract and acetyl hexapeptide-8 solution, accurately weighing the effective components, sequentially adding into an emulsifying pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain a primary finished product;
(6) filtering the primary finished product with a 80-mesh filter screen, discharging, and coating the gel product on non-woven fabric to obtain the finished product.
The significant progress of the invention is further illustrated by the provision of a comparative example.
Technical effects
The multi-effect eye patches for fading the black eye and fine lines prepared in examples 1 to 8 were tested by selecting 50 women of 25 to 45 years old who had significant black eye and fine lines, respectively. The using method comprises the following steps: after the face is cleaned, the eye patch is stuck to the lower eyelid to the wrinkle of the canthus once in the morning and at night. Each patch was used for 30 minutes and the effect was filled out after one week.
The number of the counted people is shown in the table 1:
table 1: statistics of fading black eye fine lines effect
Is obvious In general Is poor
Example 1 37 13 0
Example 2 25 20 5
Example 3 38 10 2
Example 4 36 13 1
Example 5 32 17 1
Example 6 33 15 2
Example 7 38 10 2
Example 8 35 13 2
The data in table 1 show that: the multi-effect eye mask for fading the black eye fine lines, which is prepared in the embodiments 1-8 according to different proportions, has a good effect of fading the black eye fine lines in the using process, and therefore, the problems of the black eye fine lines and the like can be obviously improved.
In addition, the product of comparative example 1 is in the state of an aqueous solution, and thus, it is difficult to control the amount of application and to ensure sufficient massage during the application process to the skin, and further, the skin does not completely absorb the product, and it is difficult to exert the optimal technical effect.
Meanwhile, in the general and poor population with the effect in the comparative example 2, the fine wrinkles are poor in improvement effect mostly, and the black eye removing effect is poor rarely; comparative example 3 the general and poor effect of removing dark circles is mostly poor, and the improvement effect of fine wrinkles is poor. Therefore, the efficacy components in the invention play an important role in improving black eye circles and fine lines of eyes.
