the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.5 to 2.0 percent of panthenol and 2.0 to 5.0 percent of vitamin C;
the component A also comprises 5.0 to 8.0 percent of butanediol and 1.0 to 2.0 percent of erythritol, or 1.0 to 3.0 percent of betaine, polyglycerol-261.0 to 2.0 percent, polyglycerol-102.0 to 4.0 percent and PEG-4001.0 to 3.0 percent;
the balance being deionized water.

The anti-wrinkle gel for the eye according to claim 1, wherein: the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 0.2 percent of xanthan gum, 5.0 to 6.0 percent of glycerol, 1.0 to 2.0 percent of hexanediol, 2.0 to 3.0 percent of pentanediol, 0.15 to 0.2 percent of allantoin, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 6.0 to 8.0 percent of butanediol and 1.0 to 2.0 percent of erythritol;
the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: acetyl hexapeptide-84.0% -5.0%, hydrolyzed collagen 4.0% -5.0%, centella asiatica (CENTELLA ASIATICA) extract 2.0% -3.0%, GINSENG (Panax GINSENG) root extract 0.3% -0.5%, Dendrobium officinale (Dendrobium CANDIDUM) extract 3.0% -5.0%, herba Leonuri (Leonurus japonicus) extract 2.0% -3.0%, Polygoni Multiflori radix (Polygonum MULTIFLORUM) extract 2.0% -3.0%, Notoginseng radix (Panax NOTOGINSENG) extract 1.0% -2.0% and RHODIOLA ROSEA (RHODIOLA ROSEA) extract 1.0% -2.0%;
the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.5 to 1.0 percent of panthenol and 4.0 to 5.0 percent of vitamin C;
the balance being deionized water.

The anti-wrinkle gel for the eye according to claim 2, wherein: the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.2% of xanthan gum, 5.0% of glycerol, 8.0% of butanediol, 1.5% of hexanediol, 2.0% of pentanediol, 0.2% of allantoin, 1.6% of erythritol and 0.2% of sodium hyaluronate;
the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: acetyl hexapeptide-85.0%, hydrolyzed collagen 5.0%, centella asiatica (CENTELLA ASIATICA) extract 3.0%, Panax GINSENG (Panax GINSENG) root extract 0.5%, Dendrobium officinale (Dendrobium CANDIDUM) extract 5.0%, herba Leonuri (Leonurus asiatica) extract 3.0%, Polygoni Multiflori radix (Polygonum MULTIFLORUM) extract 3.0%, Notoginseng radix (Panax NOTOGINSENG) extract 2.0% and radix Rhodiolae (RHODIOLA ROSEA) extract 2.0%;
the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.5 percent of panthenol and 5.0 percent of vitamin C;
the balance being deionized water.

The anti-wrinkle gel for the eye according to claim 2, wherein: the component A comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.1% of xanthan gum, 6.0% of glycerol, 2.0% of hexanediol, 3.0% of pentanediol, 0.15% of allantoin, 0.4% of sodium hyaluronate, 3.0% of betaine, polyglycerol ether-261.0%, polyglycerol-104.0% and PEG-4002.0%;
the component B comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: acetyl hexapeptide-84.0%, hydrolyzed collagen 4.0%, centella asiatica (CENTELLA ASIATICA) extract 2.5%, GINSENG (Panax GINSENG) root extract 0.4%, DENDROBIUM officinale (Dendrobium CANDIDUM) extract 4.0%, LEONURUS (Leonurus asiatica) extract 2.5%, POLYGONUM MULTIFLORUM (Polygonum MULTIFLORUM) extract 2.5%, NOTOGINSENG (Panax NOTOGINSENG) extract 1.5% and RHODIOLA ROSEA (RHODIOLA ROSEA) extract 1.5%;
the component C comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 0.5 percent of panthenol and 4.0 percent of vitamin C;
the balance being deionized water.
