Abstract

一种粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,涉及纺织生产技术领域,先将粘胶长丝的筒纱进行染色,再经倒筒、整经后浆纱,然后再并轴,最后形成面料。本发明适合经、纬向都为粘胶长丝,或经向为粘胶长丝、纬向为棉的交织面料的生产,可保证色织物的顺利生产。特别是本发明采用先浆纱再并轴的步骤可以大大减少避免分绞断头的风险和频次,使停机率得以大大下降,故而提高生产效率。

一种粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织生产技术领域,具体涉及粘胶长丝面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
粘胶长丝纤维轻柔滑顺,吸湿性和透气性好,具有天然纤维的优点,特别在女装市场得到青睐广为流行。但粘胶长丝纱线,特别是低旦尼尔纱强力低,且容易发生毛丝、破丝,所以在织造粘胶长丝面料中出现的破丝断头率高,致使生产中停机率高,布机生产效率低下,也影响了生产成本。
为了降低停机率,现有大多以棉为经向、粘胶长丝为纬向的交织面料。如CN101445985A公开的是一种以棉为经向、粘胶长丝为纬向的面料生产工艺,其工艺步骤:染纱、整经、并轴、浆纱、上机织造。但是该工艺中先并轴再浆纱后会再次分绞成轴,增加断头的风险和频次,因此停机率还是不能得到明显降低。
发明内容
为了克服以上粘胶长丝在生产中出现的种种问题,本发明提出一种粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其目的是在以粘胶长丝为经纱进行织造时降低断头率、提高生产效率。
本发明包括以下工艺步骤:包括筒子纱染色、倒筒、整经、浆纱、并轴、织造。
本发明先将粘胶长丝的筒纱进行染色,再经倒筒、整经后浆纱,然后再并轴,最后形成面料。本发明适合经、纬向都为粘胶长丝,或经向为粘胶长丝、纬向为棉的交织面料的生产,可保证色织物的顺利生产。特别是本发明采用先浆纱再并轴的步骤可以大大减少避免分绞断头的风险和频次,使停机率得以大大下降,故而提高生产效率。
进一步地,本发明在对粘胶长丝的筒纱进行染色时采用占染料3~5g/l的硅油类柔软剂,以改善纱线手感,提高粘胶长丝的抱和力。
倒筒时加大张力,设定张力为6g,可使纱线运行平顺,减少破丝产生。
整经前纱线含水率为15%~20%,这种高湿性纱线有利于减少静电的产生,避免爆丝。
另外,整经工艺中还采用鳄鱼嘴式纱线张力器。本工艺中不采用传统的压盘式张力器,在增加整经张力的前提下,还可减少浪纱、纱线起扭打结,以确保整经工艺顺利进行。
浆纱时选择优质浆料及合理的配方是确保织造顺利进行的一个关键技术,本发明在浆料中加入聚丙烯酸和平滑剂。
所述聚丙烯酸占浆料总质量的95~98%,平滑剂占浆料总质量的2~5%,采用聚丙烯酸和平滑剂可保障粘胶长丝纱线具有良好的集束性。
所述聚丙烯酸为聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸丁酯、聚甲基丙烯酸中至少任意一种。
浆纱时采用的浆液温度为25~50℃,35℃下粘度为4~4.5秒,退绕和湿区张力分别为0~0.1%,采用该小张力可有效避免纱线翻滚而导致的爆丝现象发生。
预烘时采用一组温度为120~130℃的锡林;合并烘时采用一组温度为70~80℃的锡林锡林。可以缩短浆纱烘干过程中纱路路径,避免纱线受拉伸力过于频繁,并且减少断丝、爆丝的概率,还能以确保回潮率为8~12%。
织造时上机张力为1.8KN,采用经向小张力,减少打纬力保证尽可能保证经纱张力小。
具体实施方式
一、粘胶长丝的筒纱染色:
1、染料配方:
3BS红:0.135%;
R艳兰:0.9%;
C-4R兰:0.5%;
硅油类柔软剂:3~5g/l;
其余为水。
2、染色工艺参数:
浴比:1∶16。
筒染密度:0.3g/cm3
染色机泵的变频控制在90%。
二、倒筒、整经:
1、倒筒采用数码精密卷绕方式。
2、倒筒降车速,控制在500rpm。
3、倒筒时加大张力,设定张力为6g。
4、整经张力配置有鳄鱼嘴式纱线张力器。
5、整经车速300m/min,用小紧式整经轴生产。
6、整经用经纱含水率为15%~20%。
三、浆纱:
1、浆料配方:
聚丙烯酸120kg、抗静电平滑剂10kg、水620kg,合计体积750L。
浆液pH值7.5,含固率3.2%。
以上聚丙烯酸可采用聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸丁酯或聚甲基丙烯酸中的至少任意一种。
2、浆纱工艺参数:
A.浆槽中浆液温度50℃,35℃下粘度4秒。
B.预烘锡林温度130℃,为了缩短纱路路径,预烘时只采用一组锡林。
合并烘锡林温度80℃,为了缩短纱路路径,合并烘时只采用一组锡林。
确保回潮为8~12%。
C.车速60m/min;浆纱压力20/15KN;退绕和湿区张力0%,尽量小,使用入纱压辊,以不影响开缸为原则。
四、并轴:
并轴是将上浆好的浆轴并合成织轴,也是经纱准备的最后一道工序。
工艺参数:并轴速度30m/min,并轴数8只,卷绕张力800N。
五、织造:
经向纱线成份、规格:75D R 纯粘胶长丝。
纬向纱线成份、规格:75D R 纯粘胶长丝。
1、机型:贝加诺喷气织机。
2、车速500rpm,上机张力设定1.8KN,采用经向小张力,减少打纬力保证尽可能保证经纱张力小;
经过对前道工艺的调整,粘胶长丝品种上机后织造情况达到预期效果:
织造效率80%,十万纬断经12次。

Claims (10)

1.一种粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于包括筒子纱染色、倒筒、整经、浆纱、并轴和织造。
2.根据权利要求1所述粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于在筒子纱染色时采用占染料3~5g/l的硅油类柔软剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于倒筒时,采用的张力为6g。
4.根据权利要求1所述粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于整经前纱线含水率为15%~20%,整经中采用鳄鱼嘴式纱线张力器。
5.根据权利要求1所述粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于浆纱用浆料中包括聚丙烯酸和平滑剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于所述聚丙烯酸占浆料总质量的95~98%,平滑剂占浆料总质量的2~5%。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于所述聚丙烯酸为聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸丁酯、聚甲基丙烯酸中至少任意一种。
8.根据权利要求1或5或6所述粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于浆纱时采用的浆液温度为25~50℃,35℃下粘度为4~4.5秒;退绕和湿区张力分别为0~0.1%。
9.根据权利要求1或5或6所述粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于浆纱在烘干时采用预烘、合并烘,预烘时采用一组温度为120~130℃的锡林,合并烘时采用一组温度为70~80℃的锡林。
10.根据权利要求1所述粘胶长丝色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于织造时上机张力为1.5~1.8KN。
