Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of veterinary medicines, in particular to a veterinary traditional Chinese medicine for improving the survival rate of weaned piglets.
Background
Currently, with the rapid development of the scale process of pig raising in China since the African Swine Fever (ASF) is first reported and widely spread in China in 8 months in 2018, the format of scale pig raising is already irreversible and becomes the mainstream mode of pig raising in the present period and in the future. Also, with the upgrading of ASF prevention and control, biosafety methods have become the primary means of disease prevention and control for many swine production practitioners. The mainstream scale of pig farm viral disease began to shift to a clean route and has also achieved better results in practice. However, current disease problems in pig farms remain a major factor that plagues the health of the herd, particularly the survival rate and healthy production of the herd after weaning. The death and elimination of about 10 percent from national weaning to marketing, excluding the influence of the main viral diseases, and the influence of other related influencing factors accounting for about 30 to 60 percent, namely 3 to 6 percent of the whole body. During the past 10 years, this proportion has relied primarily on antibiotic reduction for staged mortality, but with national appeal to antibiotic use restrictions and health production management, reducing or restricting antibiotic use has become a current industry pain point.
The factors influencing the effective survival rate of the pig group after weaning still are bacterial secondary infection, porcine circovirus disease (PCV) and secondary bacterial and mycoplasma infection thereof caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (commonly called porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, PRRS), mainly manifested by fever, nervous symptoms, sudden death, respiratory infectious diseases, chronic elimination and the like of the pig group after weaning, and the main reasons are that the pig immunity is reduced due to immunosuppression and nonspecific immune deficiency of the pig group, and then a plurality of conditional pathogenic bacteria (such as streptococcus suis, haemophilus parasuis, infectious actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and the like) are bred and cause population infection and death and culling increase or poor prognosis. When a pig farm is infected and blue-ear disease occurs, the disease is most obvious in the stage of nursing piglets, and the survival rate and the slaughtering quality of swineries are seriously influenced. The symptoms are that the body temperature rises to 40-41 ℃, the breathing is difficult, the piglets breathe in an abdominal way, the appetite is reduced, the emaciation is thin, the skin is whitish, the hair is rough, the eyelid is edematous, the ear and the body surface of a few piglets are purplish, the death rate of the piglets before weaning is 80-100 percent, the death rate of the piglets after weaning is 20-50 percent, and the death rate is higher if multiple infections occur. PRRS infection happens to a certain pig farm in Shandong in 10 months in 2019, and the PRRS infection is confirmed to be infected by an NADC30-like strain, the pregnant sow abortion rate of a sow group is 7.2%, the PRRSV positive rate of the serum of a weaned piglet is 30%, and the death and culling rate of the weaned piglet is 18-23% when the weaned piglet is 70 days old.
The traditional Chinese medicine feeding is used as an important means and material for preventing and treating diseases in the traditional Chinese medicine, and has long-term use and good effect in the history of human beings. The Chinese medicinal composition has the characteristics of improving nonspecific immunity, resisting viruses, resisting bacteria, regulating population and the like, has no restriction problems of related antibiotic residues in medicinal plants of most of Chinese medicaments, makes up the defects of a plurality of antibiotics, and is a model for preventing diseases.

(5) concentration: mixing the two water decoctions, heating to boil, and continuously boiling and concentrating to obtain Chinese medicinal concentrated solution; the Chinese medicinal raw materials are extracted by water and concentrated to 1000L of water decoction.
(6) Subpackaging and storing: and subpackaging the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution, sterilizing and storing.
Test examples
Experimental piglets come from a pig farm of certain scale in Shandong, weaned piglets are randomly selected and are averagely divided into three groups: group A, group B and group C. Each group was randomly divided into four parallel control groups A1-A4, B1-B4, C1-C4.
Feeding the group A with the traditional Chinese medicine composition, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the embodiment 4 with water, concentrating to obtain decoction dregs and a traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution, adding the decoction dregs into pig feed according to 1000 g/ton, uniformly stirring, and feeding piglets according to a normal feeding amount; the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution is added into the drinking water of the weaned piglets according to the dosage of 10 mL/head/day.
The group B adopts a common antibiotic feeding method: the antibiotic uses 20 percent of acetylisovaleryl tylosin and 10 percent of compound amoxicillin soluble powder, and adopts a feed adding method, and the antibiotic is continuously used in the whole experimental stage according to the dosage of 2kg/T of acetylisovaleryl tylosin and 1kg/T of compound amoxicillin.
Group C was a blank control group and was fed the same diet normally.
After the three groups were fed for 6 weeks, the results are shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
The above tests show that: using the feeding method of the invention, the piglet group showed good effect within 6 weeks after weaning, which is significantly superior to the general antibiotic 'health care method' (group B) and the blank control group without any treatment (group C). The survival rate of piglets can be effectively improved under the threat of PRRS epidemic situation.
