本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体涉及一种榴莲壳提取液及其制备方法及抑菌口罩。
背景技术
榴莲又称韶子,是药食兼用的水果,富含丰富的矿物质和微量元数,多人体具有多种保健功能。现代研究表明榴莲壳具有多种对人体有益的营养成分,富含钙、铁等微量元素和多种氨基酸,具有一定的药用价值。东南亚及我国华南地区居民常用榴莲壳煲汤,煎水等,达到降火解滞、补血益气,滋润养阴等效果,但是目前对于榴莲壳的药理活性还少见报道。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供榴莲壳提取液及其制备方法及抑菌口罩,以提高榴莲壳在生活中的使用价值。
第一方面,本发明提供的一种榴莲壳提取液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将榴莲壳干燥并切成小块,按液料比为50:1加入80%的乙醇,加热90℃回流30分钟,然后减压浓缩成榴莲壳浸膏,经干燥后粉碎成粉末;
步骤S2:将步骤S1中的粉末用水浸溶,然后放入超临界二氧化碳流体萃取釜中进行提取,获得榴莲壳提取液。
可选地,所述步骤S2中的萃取参数如下:
萃取温度36~38℃,萃取压力为21~22.5Mpa,萃取时间为2~3h。
可选地,所述步骤S2中的萃取参数如下:
萃取温度37℃,萃取压力为22Mpa,萃取时间为3h。
可选地,所述步骤S1中的干燥是将所述榴莲壳浸膏放入烘箱,在50~60℃温度下对其烘干至含水量在10-15%范围内,然后将其放入粉碎机粉碎成粒径大于60目的粉末。
第二方面,本发明提供的如所述的榴莲壳提取液的制备方法所制备的榴莲壳提取液。
第三方面,本发明提供的一种抑菌口罩,所述抑菌口罩包括无纺布和至少局部涂覆在所述无纺布上形成的浆料层,所述浆料层中含有如权利要求5所述的榴莲壳提取液。
可选地,所述浆料层按重量份计,包括如下组分:
去离子水80~90份、柔软剂1~3份、发泡剂0.5~1份、增稠剂5~8份和榴莲壳提取液10~20份。
可选地,所述浆料层按重量份计,包括如下组分:
去离子水85份、柔软剂2份、发泡剂0.8份、增稠剂6份和榴莲壳提取液15份。
可选地,所述浆料层的厚度范围为5μm~10μm。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明制备的榴莲壳提取液具有较佳的抑菌作用,为其作为药材或者健康食品的综合开发利用提供了坚实基础。

实施例5提供的一种抑菌口罩,所述抑菌口罩包括无纺布和至少局部涂覆在所述无纺布上形成的浆料层,所述浆料层中含有实施例4所述的榴莲壳提取液,其中,所述浆料层按重量份计,包括如下组分:去离子水85份、柔软剂2份、发泡剂0.8份、增稠剂6份和榴莲壳提取液15份。
本发明所述的局部涂覆是指所述浆料层形成在所述无纺布的局部或整体。
所述涂覆可以通过浸渍、浸轧、喷淋、或发泡涂层工艺等来实现。
所述柔软剂选自酯基季铵盐类柔顺剂,所述发泡剂为十二烷基磺酸钠,所述增稠剂优选丙烯酸酯。
浆料层的厚度范围为5μm~10μm。
实施例5的抑菌口罩,其浆料层中具有榴莲壳提取液,具有良好的抑菌作用。本发明的抑菌口罩可以有效的抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌等。(测试方法:GB/T 20944.3-2008要求,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌的抑菌率需≥70%,材料具有抗菌效果)。

步骤S2:将步骤S1中的粉末用水浸溶,然后放入超临界二氧化碳流体萃取釜中进行提取,获得榴莲壳提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的榴莲壳提取液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中的萃取参数如下:

4.根据权利要求1所述的榴莲壳提取液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的干燥是将所述榴莲壳浸膏放入烘箱,在50~60℃温度下对其烘干至含水量在10-15%范围内,然后将其放入粉碎机粉碎成粒径大于60目的粉末。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的榴莲壳提取液的制备方法所制备的榴莲壳提取液。
6.一种抑菌口罩,其特征在于,所述抑菌口罩包括无纺布和至少局部涂覆在所述无纺布上形成的浆料层,所述浆料层中含有如权利要求5所述的榴莲壳提取液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抑菌口罩,其特征在于,所述浆料层按重量份计,包括如下组分:
去离子水80~90份、柔软剂1~3份、发泡剂0.5~1份、增稠剂5~8份和榴莲壳提取液10~20份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抑菌口罩,其特征在于,所述浆料层按重量份计,包括如下组分:
去离子水85份、柔软剂2份、发泡剂0.8份、增稠剂6份和榴莲壳提取液15份。
9.根据权利要求6所述的抑菌口罩,其特征在于,所述浆料层的厚度范围为5μm~10μm。
