一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片,冻干枇杷脆片按重量配比包含有以下成分:百合18g、银耳10g、苇茎10g、玄参7g、山药25g、紫苑30g、枸杞子22g、黄精33g、菟丝子13g、金银花25g、桑叶27g、明党参15g、板蓝根40g、糖水混合液125g及枇杷果600g,枇杷果选用圆种的白沙枇杷,白沙枇杷的品质优良,其果实具有清热、润肺、止咳化痰的功效,糖水混合液由30g蜂蜜、15g冰糖及80g清水混合制成,糖水混合液能够提高冻干枇杷脆片的口感,使产品更加甘甜可口。
一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1):熬制:将百合、银耳、苇茎、玄参、山药、紫苑、枸杞子、黄精、菟丝子、金银花、桑叶、明党参和板蓝根分别放置入粉碎机内进行粉碎,然后将粉碎产物加入搅拌机内搅拌12min,获得中药混合物,并将中药混合物取出放置在锅内,加入5倍于混合物的蒸馏水,并将糖水混合液加入过锅内,浸泡40min,然后升温熬制2.5h,把产物进行压滤,获得第一滤液及滤渣,然后向滤渣内加入2倍于滤渣质量的蒸馏水,蒸煮1.5h,获得第二滤液,将第一滤液与第二滤液充分混合,并浓缩去除水分,获得中药浆体,通过两次过滤能够充分的获取中药中的营养成分,避免产生浪费;
S2):切片:将枇杷果用山泉水清洗干净,然后放在水缸内用水浸泡25min,水缸内添加有3%的维生素C溶液,能够延缓氧化过程,保持枇杷果的颜色,浸泡后利用薄刀去除枇杷果的果皮和果核,并对枇杷果进行切片,枇杷果的切片厚度为1.25cm,切片后,可对切片进行二次浸泡,对枇杷果切片利用风机风干1.5min,风干至切片表面无明显水珠;
S3):涂敷:将切片后的枇杷果切片放置在果篮内,然后将果篮浸泡在装有中药浆体的容器内,浸泡3min至枇杷果切片到的表面全部粘有中药浆体,使枇杷果切片的表面粘附有中药成分,提高其营养价值;
S4):冷冻:将浸有中药浆体的枇杷果切片取出,并放置在冷冻箱中,在零下40度条件下速冻8min,然后将枇杷果切片放入到真空冻干仓内,低温冷冻干燥30h;
S5):包装:将枇杷果切片进行真空包装。
实施例三:
一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片,冻干枇杷脆片按重量配比包含有以下成分:百合20g、银耳15g、苇茎15g、玄参10g、山药30g、紫苑40g、枸杞子25g、黄精35g、菟丝子15g、金银花30g、桑叶35g、明党参20g、板蓝根50g、糖水混合液150g及枇杷果1000g,枇杷果选用圆种的白沙枇杷,白沙枇杷的品质优良,其果实具有清热、润肺、止咳化痰的功效,糖水混合液由40g蜂蜜、20g冰糖及90g清水混合制成,糖水混合液能够提高冻干枇杷脆片的口感,使产品更加甘甜可口。
一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1):熬制:将百合、银耳、苇茎、玄参、山药、紫苑、枸杞子、黄精、菟丝子、金银花、桑叶、明党参和板蓝根分别放置入粉碎机内进行粉碎,然后将粉碎产物加入搅拌机内搅拌15min,获得中药混合物,并将中药混合物取出放置在锅内,加入6倍于混合物的蒸馏水,并将糖水混合液加入过锅内,浸泡50min,然后升温熬制3.5h,把产物进行压滤,获得第一滤液及滤渣,然后向滤渣内加入3倍于滤渣质量的蒸馏水,蒸煮2h,获得第二滤液,将第一滤液与第二滤液充分混合,并浓缩去除水分,获得中药浆体,通过两次过滤能够充分的获取中药中的营养成分,避免产生浪费;
S2):切片:将枇杷果用山泉水清洗干净,然后放在水缸内用水浸泡30min,水缸内添加有4%的维生素C溶液,能够延缓氧化过程,保持枇杷果的颜色,浸泡后利用薄刀去除枇杷果的果皮和果核,并对枇杷果进行切片,枇杷果的切片厚度为1.5cm,切片后,可对切片进行二次浸泡,对枇杷果切片利用风机风干2min,风干至切片表面无明显水珠;

本发明好处:本具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片及其制备方法能够生产出便于长期存放的冻干枇杷脆片,该冻干枇杷脆片内含丰富的中药成分,诸如百合、银耳、苇茎、玄参、山药、紫苑、枸杞子、黄精、菟丝子、金银花、桑叶、明党参和板蓝根,具有丰富的药用价值,具备清润润肺、化痰止咳、润肠通便等功效,食用冻干枇杷脆片有助于强健人体体魄,有助于身体健康。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片,其特征在于:所述冻干枇杷脆片按重量配比包含有以下成分:百合15-20g、银耳5-15g、苇茎5-15g、玄参3-10g、山药20-30g、紫苑20-40g、枸杞子20-25g、黄精30-35g、菟丝子10-15g、金银花20-30g、桑叶20-35g、明党参10-20g、板蓝根30-50g、糖水混合液100-150g及枇杷果300-1000g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片,其特征在于:所述枇杷果选用圆种的白沙枇杷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片,其特征在于:所述糖水混合液由20-40g蜂蜜、10-20g冰糖及70-90g清水混合制成。
4.一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1):熬制:将百合、银耳、苇茎、玄参、山药、紫苑、枸杞子、黄精、菟丝子、金银花、桑叶、明党参和板蓝根分别放置入粉碎机内进行粉碎,然后将粉碎产物加入搅拌机内搅拌10-15min,获得中药混合物,并将中药混合物取出放置在锅内,加入4-6倍于混合物的蒸馏水,并将糖水混合液加入过锅内,浸泡30-50min,然后升温熬制1.5-3.5h,把产物进行压滤,获得第一滤液及滤渣,然后向滤渣内加入1-3倍于滤渣质量的蒸馏水,蒸煮1-2h,获得第二滤液,将第一滤液与第二滤液充分混合,并浓缩去除水分,获得中药浆体;
S2):切片:将枇杷果用山泉水清洗干净,然后放在水缸内用水浸泡15-30min,浸泡后利用薄刀去除枇杷果的果皮和果核,并对枇杷果进行切片,切片后,对枇杷果切片利用风机风干1-2min,风干至切片表面无明显水珠;
S3):涂敷:将切片后的枇杷果切片放置在果篮内,然后将果篮浸泡在装有中药浆体的容器内,浸泡2-5min至枇杷果切片到的表面全部粘有中药浆体;
S4):冷冻:将浸有中药浆体的枇杷果切片取出,并放置在冷冻箱中,在零下40度条件下速冻5-10min,然后将枇杷果切片放入到真空冻干仓内,低温冷冻干燥24-36h;
S5):包装:将枇杷果切片进行真空包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述切片步骤中枇杷果的切片厚度为1-1.5cm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有润肺止咳功效的冻干枇杷脆片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述切片步骤中水缸内添加有2%-4%的维生素C溶液。
