本发明的目的在于克服上述问题,提供一种多用途无色红茶香精,有效的克服了现有红茶香精中带有颜色的缺陷,使得产品在添加如饮料或果冻中时能够使得饮料和果冻的色彩更加自然,不会产生沉淀或发生澄清度不够的问题,更好的迎合了消费者的需求,极大的提高了产品的适用范围,促进了企业与行业的发展。

所述混合修饰剂由以下重量组份的物质组成:
制备步骤为:
(1)将香兰素、麦芽酚、乙酸、芳樟醇、氧化芳樟醇、α-松油醇、β-环高柠檬醛、红茶蒸馏液、丙二醇、乙醇混合后以50r/min的转速搅拌5-8min,得到初级精油;
(2)将乙醛二乙缩醛、苯甲醛、2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯-1,4-二酮、水杨酸甲酯、乙酸芳樟酯、肉桂醛、乙酸松油酯、乙酸橙花酯、乙酸香叶酯、突厥烯酮、乙酸肉桂酯、β-紫罗兰酮、苯乙酸苯乙酯、茶螺烷、二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、二氢猕猴桃内酯、2-异丁基-4-甲基-1,3-二氧戊环、己醛二乙缩醛、(+/-)反式和顺式-2-已烯醛丙二醇缩醛、辛酸乙酯、顺式茉莉酮、顺式-3-己烯-1-醇、2-甲基丁醛、橙花醇、香叶醇、香柠檬油混合后以80r/min的转速搅拌8-10min,得到混合修饰剂;
(3)将混合修饰剂缓慢倒入初级精油中,并在倒入混合修饰剂时以10r/min的速度对初级精油进行搅拌,在混合修饰剂全部倒入初级精油后以30r/min的转速对混合物持续搅拌10-15min后即得到红茶香精。

(1)将香兰素、麦芽酚、乙酸、芳樟醇、氧化芳樟醇、α-松油醇、β-环高柠檬醛、红茶蒸馏液、丙二醇、乙醇混合后以50r/min的转速搅拌5min,得到初级精油;
(2)将乙醛二乙缩醛、苯甲醛、2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯-1,4-二酮、水杨酸甲酯、乙酸芳樟酯、肉桂醛、乙酸松油酯、乙酸橙花酯、乙酸香叶酯、突厥烯酮、乙酸肉桂酯、β-紫罗兰酮、苯乙酸苯乙酯、茶螺烷、二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、二氢猕猴桃内酯、2-异丁基-4-甲基-1,3-二氧戊环、己醛二乙缩醛、(+/-)反式和顺式-2-已烯醛丙二醇缩醛、辛酸乙酯、顺式茉莉酮、顺式-3-己烯-1-醇、2-甲基丁醛、橙花醇、香叶醇、香柠檬油混合后以80r/min的转速搅拌10min,得到混合修饰剂;
(3)将混合修饰剂缓慢倒入初级精油中,并在倒入混合修饰剂时以10r/min的速度对初级精油进行搅拌,在混合修饰剂全部倒入初级精油后以30r/min的转速对混合物持续搅拌12min后即得到红茶香精。。
如上所述,便可很好的实现本发明。
Claims (3)
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多用途无色红茶香精,其特征在于:制备步骤为:
(1)将香兰素、麦芽酚、乙酸、芳樟醇、氧化芳樟醇、α-松油醇、β-环高柠檬醛、红茶蒸馏液、丙二醇、乙醇混合后以50r/min的转速搅拌5-8min,得到初级精油;
(2)将乙醛二乙缩醛、苯甲醛、2,6,6-三甲基-2-环己烯-1,4-二酮、水杨酸甲酯、乙酸芳樟酯、肉桂醛、乙酸松油酯、乙酸橙花酯、乙酸香叶酯、突厥烯酮、乙酸肉桂酯、β-紫罗兰酮、苯乙酸苯乙酯、茶螺烷、二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、二氢猕猴桃内酯、2-异丁基-4-甲基-1,3-二氧戊环、己醛二乙缩醛、(+/-)反式和顺式-2-已烯醛丙二醇缩醛、辛酸乙酯、顺式茉莉酮、顺式-3-己烯-1-醇、2-甲基丁醛、橙花醇、香叶醇、香柠檬油混合后以80r/min的转速搅拌8-10min,得到混合修饰剂;
(3)将混合修饰剂缓慢倒入初级精油中,并在倒入混合修饰剂时以10r/min的速度对初级精油进行搅拌,在混合修饰剂全部倒入初级精油后以30r/min的转速对混合物持续搅拌10-15min后即得到红茶香精。
