Abstract

本发明公开了一种功能性针刺复合无纺布,包括无纺布本体和复合于该无纺布本体上的PE膜层,所述无纺布本体由质量份数为65‑75份的环保型PTE阻燃纤维和质量份数为25‑35份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。本发明的加工工艺经过下料、混棉、梳理、铺网、针刺、撒粉、热熔和冷却步骤制成,本发明所述的制备工艺简单,加工效率高,所制得的复合针刺无纺布具有良好的阻燃性、拒水性和粘结性,能够满足汽车行业的特殊要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合无纺布,尤其涉及一种功能性针刺复合无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是一种应用广泛的布料,其有各种不同种类,诸如纺粘无纺布、熔喷无纺布、缝编无纺布、针刺无纺布等,其中针刺无纺布是干法无纺布的一种。针刺无纺布是利用刺针的穿刺作用,将蓬松的纤网加固成布。但现有的无纺布其同时具有阻燃性、拒水性和粘接性均较差,难以满足汽车行业的特殊需求。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种功能性针刺复合无纺布,满足汽车行业的对无纺布的特殊需求。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种功能性针刺复合无纺布,包括无纺布本体和复合于该无纺布本体上的PE膜层,所述无纺布本体由质量份数为65-75份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为25-35份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述无纺布本体由质量份数为70份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为30份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成
本发明还提供一种如上所述的功能性针刺复合无纺布的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,下料:将称量好相应质量份数的环保型PET阻燃纤维和环保型PET拒水纤维放再料槽内;
步骤2,混棉:将两张纤维经过混棉机充分混合;
步骤3,梳理:将混合好的纤维经过梳理机梳理,使之成为均匀的纤网;
步骤4,铺网:将梳理好的纤网按照产品克重要求进行铺网;
步骤5,针刺:将铺好的纤网经过针刺加工,使蓬松的纤网纠结成为有一定强力的无纺布;
步骤6,撒粉:将PE/EVA粉体加入撒粉机料斗,设定好克重,均匀的撒在布面上;
步骤7,热熔:将撒好粉的无纺布进入烘箱加热至粉体融化;
步骤8,冷却:将出烘箱的无纺布经过一对水冷压辊冷却压平后卷取或裁片,获得本发明所述的复合针刺无纺布。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的制备工艺简单,加工效率高,所制得的复合针刺无纺布具有良好的阻燃性、拒水性和粘结性,能够满足汽车行业的特殊要求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明的一个较佳实施例作详细说明。

一种如上所述的功能性针刺复合无纺布的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,下料:将称量好相应质量份数的环保型PET阻燃纤维和环保型PET拒水纤维放再料槽内;

本发明所述的针刺复合无纺布本体同时具有阻燃性、拒水性和粘结性,所述阻燃性主要是无纺布本体内含有70%比例的环保型PET阻燃纤维,所述拒水性主要是无纺布本体内含有30%比例的环保型PET拒水纤维。所述粘接性主要是无纺布本体上复合一层粘接性优良的低熔点PE膜(熔点110℃)。经过针刺无纺工艺将70%比例的环保型PET阻燃纤维和30%比例的环保型PET拒水纤维加工成无纺布,再在无纺布表面用撒粉机撒PE/EVA粉进烘箱烘至粉体融化,然后冷却压平,即得到本发明所述的复合针刺无纺布。
由此可见,本发明所述的制备工艺简单,加工效率高,所制得的复合针刺无纺布具有良好的阻燃性、拒水性和粘结性,能够满足汽车行业的特殊要求。

1.一种功能性针刺复合无纺布,包括无纺布本体和复合于该无纺布本体上的PE膜层,其特征在于:所述无纺布本体由质量份数为65-75份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为25-35份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能性针刺复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布本体由质量份数为70份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为30份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的功能性针刺复合无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,下料:将称量好相应质量份数的环保型PET阻燃纤维和环保型PET拒水纤维放再料槽内;
步骤2,混棉:将两张纤维经过混棉机充分混合;
步骤3,梳理:将混合好的纤维经过梳理机梳理,使之成为均匀的纤网;
步骤4,铺网:将梳理好的纤网按照产品克重要求进行铺网;
步骤5,针刺:将铺好的纤网经过针刺加工,使蓬松的纤网纠结成为有一定强力的无纺布;
步骤6,撒粉:将PE/EVA粉体加入撒粉机料斗,设定好克重,均匀的撒在布面上;
步骤7,热熔:将撒好粉的无纺布进入烘箱加热至粉体融化;
