本发明属于工业除尘应用技术领域,具体涉及耐碱PTFE纤维、PPS纤维混纺针刺毡的制备工艺,用于玻璃窑中。
背景技术
玻璃熔窑,指玻璃制造中用于熔制玻璃配合料的热工设备。将按玻璃成分配好的粉料和掺加的熟料(碎玻璃)在窑内高温熔化、澄清并形成符合成型要求的玻璃液。除尘中的应用玻璃窑的生产工艺比较复杂,因为炉窑工况温度比较高,并且生产过程中烟尘酸性成分较高,所以对滤袋要求较高。
基于上述问题,本发明提供耐碱PTFE纤维、PPS纤维混纺针刺毡的制备工艺。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供耐碱PTFE纤维、PPS纤维混纺针刺毡的制备工艺,其特点是强力保持率好,透气性良使滤袋能够耐腐蚀、易清灰、不变形,有利于延长滤袋使用寿命,按照滤袋的实际规格要求,采用全自动缝纫制袋生产线进行制袋。
技术方案:本发明提供耐碱PTFE纤维、PPS纤维混纺针刺毡的制备工艺,包括以下步骤,步骤1、纤维开松,把50%PTFE纤维+50%PPS纤维原料按照配比称重,开松机先进行初步松解,将大的纤维团开松,同时使原料中PTFE纤维和PPS纤维获得均匀的混合,然后进行精开松,进一步松解纤维,混合纤维成分,开松充分、混合均匀并尽量避免纤维损伤。步骤2、纤维梳理,纤维经过开松与充分混合后,进入气压棉箱,准备喂入梳理机,进入梳理机后通过剥辊与锡林之间的博取作用实现对纤维的梳理,最终被道夫转移出去形成纤维网,此时经过梳理的纤维网是轻薄的单网。步骤3、铺网,纤网进入铺网机,铺网小车由齿形带传动,将梳理机输出的纤维单网进行交叉折叠,使之成为具有幅宽2.2米、单位克重为650g/㎡多层纤网,以供下道工序使用。步骤4、针刺压实,纤网进入针刺机,针刺机内有大量的带有刺钩的刺针,对纤维网反复进行穿刺。步骤5、后处理,(1)轧光,通过轧光机热轧350℃可使非织造材料表面光滑、平整,厚度均匀,增加非织造材料的光洁度与平整性,并可增加材质的紧密度;(2)烧毛,利用烧毛机器将其表面突起的毛羽烧掉,使之光洁;(3)乳液浸渍,将制成的针刺毡浸渍在化学制剂中,以提升针刺毡滤料的耐高温、耐酸碱、耐氧化剂的性质,其中,化学制剂中为PTFE浓缩分散液和防水防油剂的混合液;(4)高温定型,针刺毡滤料进入拉幅烘箱,实现对滤料的高温定型,使得滤料在使用中形变小,滤料尺寸稳定性高,使用寿命长,其中,拉幅烘箱的温度为350℃,定型时间为5分钟;(5)覆膜,制得的针刺毡滤料通过覆膜机用PTFE薄膜进行覆膜,通过300℃热轧辊热压,使PTFE薄膜附着在布上,覆膜后的滤料将具有表面过滤效果,过滤精度提高,能够过滤更细小的粉尘颗粒,防腐蚀耐高温性能提升。步骤6、按照滤袋的实际规格要求,采用全自动缝纫制袋生产线进行制袋。

步骤1、纤维开松,把50%PTFE纤维+50%PPS纤维原料按照配比称重,开松机先进行初步松解,将大的纤维团开松,同时使原料中PTFE纤维和PPS纤维获得均匀的混合,然后进行精开松,进一步松解纤维,混合纤维成分,开松充分、混合均匀并尽量避免纤维损伤;
步骤2、纤维梳理,纤维经过开松与充分混合后,进入气压棉箱,准备喂入梳理机,进入梳理机后通过剥辊与锡林之间的博取作用实现对纤维的梳理,最终被道夫转移出去形成纤维网,此时经过梳理的纤维网是轻薄的单网;
步骤3、铺网,纤网进入铺网机,铺网小车由齿形带传动,将梳理机输出的纤维单网进行交叉折叠,使之成为具有幅宽2.2米、单位克重为650g/㎡多层纤网,以供下道工序使用;
步骤4、针刺压实,纤网进入针刺机,针刺机内有大量的带有刺钩的刺针,对纤维网反复进行穿刺;
步骤5、后处理,
(1)轧光,通过轧光机热轧350℃可使非织造材料表面光滑、平整,厚度均匀,增加非织造材料的光洁度与平整性,并可增加材质的紧密度;
(2)烧毛,利用烧毛机器将其表面突起的毛羽烧掉,使之光洁;
(3)乳液浸渍,将制成的针刺毡浸渍在化学制剂中,以提升针刺毡滤料的耐高温、耐酸碱、耐氧化剂的性质,其中,化学制剂中为PTFE浓缩分散液和防水防油剂的混合液;
(4)高温定型,针刺毡滤料进入拉幅烘箱,实现对滤料的高温定型,使得滤料在使用中形变小,滤料尺寸稳定性高,使用寿命长,其中,拉幅烘箱的温度为350℃,定型时间为5分钟;
(5)覆膜,制得的针刺毡滤料通过覆膜机用PTFE薄膜进行覆膜,通过300℃热轧辊热压,使PTFE薄膜附着在布上,覆膜后的滤料将具有表面过滤效果,过滤精度提高,能够过滤更细小的粉尘颗粒,防腐蚀耐高温性能提升;
步骤6、按照滤袋的实际规格要求,采用全自动缝纫制袋生产线进行制袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐碱PTFE纤维、PPS纤维混纺针刺毡的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4中,纤维网经过反复的铺叠,在喂入针刺机时十分蓬松,厚度可观,但强力差,当刺针在纤网反复穿刺造成纤维上下位移,产生挤压,使纤网中的纤维靠拢而被压缩,纤维之间摩擦力加大,强度增高,形成具有一定强力密度的非织造品。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐碱PTFE纤维、PPS纤维混纺针刺毡的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述耐碱PTFE纤维、PPS纤维混纺针刺毡的制备工艺制得的混纺针刺毡,采用PTFE纤维和PPS纤维混纺后经过梳理成网作为上下面层,中间PTFE纤维作基布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐碱PTFE纤维、PPS纤维混纺针刺毡的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4中上下面层、中间PTFE纤维作基布复合经8道高速针刺制作而成,后整理经PTFE浸渍、热定型、防水防油、PTFE涂层处理,使纤维表面形成致密的PTFE保护层。
