Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布,包括无纺布本体和复合于该无纺布本体上的PE膜层,所述无纺布本体由质量份数为65‑75份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为25‑35份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。本发明的加工工艺经过下料、混棉、梳理、铺网、针刺和覆膜步骤制成,本发明所述的制备工艺简单,加工效率高,所制得的复合针刺无纺布具有良好的阻燃性、拒水性和粘结性,能够满足汽车行业的特殊要求。

用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布及其制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合针刺无纺布,尤其涉及一种用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布及其制作工艺。
背景技术
无纺布是一种应用广泛的布料,其有各种不同种类,诸如纺粘无纺布、熔喷无纺布、缝编无纺布、针刺无纺布等,其中针刺无纺布是干法无纺布的一种。针刺无纺布是利用刺针的穿刺作用,将蓬松的纤网加固成布。但现有的无纺布其同时具有阻燃性、拒水性和粘接性均较差,难以满足汽车行业的特殊需求。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布及其制作工艺,满足汽车行业的对无纺布的特殊需求。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布,包括无纺布本体和复合于该无纺布本体上的PE膜层,所述无纺布本体由质量份数为65-75份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为25-35份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述无纺布本体由质量份数为70份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为30份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。
本发明还提供了一种如上所述的用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,下料:将称量好相应质量份数的环保型PET阻燃纤维和环保型PET拒水纤维放再料槽内;
步骤2,混棉:将两张纤维经过混棉机充分混合;
步骤3,梳理:将混合好的纤维经过梳理机梳理,使之成为均匀的纤网;
步骤4,铺网:将梳理好的纤网按照产品克重要求进行铺网;
步骤5,针刺:将铺好的纤网经过针刺加工,使蓬松的纤网纠结成为有一定强力的无纺布;
步骤6,覆膜:将加工好的无纺布和低熔点的PE膜经过两辊热轧机热轧贴合,使之成为复合材料,即获得本发明所述的复合针刺无纺布。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的制备工艺简单,加工效率高,所制得的复合针刺无纺布具有良好的阻燃性、拒水性和粘结性,能够满足汽车行业的特殊要求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明的一个较佳实施例作详细说明。
一种用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布,包括无纺布本体1和复合于该无纺布本体上的PE膜层2,所述无纺布本体1由质量份数为65-75份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为25-35份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。
优选的,所述无纺布本体1由质量份数为70份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为30份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成
一种如上所述的用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,下料:将称量好相应质量份数的环保型PET阻燃纤维和环保型PET拒水纤维放再料槽内;
步骤2,混棉:将两张纤维经过混棉机充分混合;
步骤3,梳理:将混合好的纤维经过梳理机梳理,使之成为均匀的纤网;
步骤4,铺网:将梳理好的纤网按照产品克重要求进行铺网;
步骤5,针刺:将铺好的纤网经过针刺加工,使蓬松的纤网纠结成为有一定强力的无纺布;
步骤6,覆膜:将加工好的无纺布和低熔点的PE膜经过两辊热轧机热轧贴合,使之成为复合材料,即获得本发明所述的复合针刺无纺布。
本发明所述的复合针刺无纺布本体同时具有阻燃性、拒水性和粘结性,所述阻燃性主要是无纺布本体内含有70%比例的环保型PET阻燃纤维,所述拒水性主要是无纺布本体内含有30%比例的环保型PET拒水纤维。所述粘接性主要是无纺布本体上复合一层粘接性优良的低熔点PE膜(熔点110℃)。经过针刺无纺工艺将70%比例的环保型PET阻燃纤维和30%比例的环保型PET拒水纤维加工成无纺布,再在无纺布表面用撒粉机撒PE/EVA粉进烘箱烘至粉体融化,然后冷却压平,即得到本发明所述的复合针刺无纺布。
由此可见,本发明所述的制备工艺简单,加工效率高,所制得的复合针刺无纺布具有良好的阻燃性、拒水性和粘结性,能够满足汽车行业的特殊要求。
在以上的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是以上描述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,因此本发明不受上面公开的具体实施的限制。同时任何熟悉本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围情况下,都可利用上述揭示的方法和技术内容对本发明技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例。凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案保护的范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布,包括无纺布本体和复合于该无纺布本体上的PE膜层,其特征在于:所述无纺布本体由质量份数为65-75份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为25-35份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布本体由质量份数为70份的环保型PET阻燃纤维和质量份数为30份的环保型PET拒水纤维混合而成。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的用于汽车内饰的复合针刺无纺布的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,下料:将称量好相应质量份数的环保型PET阻燃纤维和环保型PET拒水纤维放再料槽内;
步骤2,混棉:将两张纤维经过混棉机充分混合;
步骤3,梳理:将混合好的纤维经过梳理机梳理,使之成为均匀的纤网;
步骤4,铺网:将梳理好的纤网按照产品克重要求进行铺网;
步骤5,针刺:将铺好的纤网经过针刺加工,使蓬松的纤网纠结成为有一定强力的无纺布;
步骤6,覆膜:将加工好的无纺布和低熔点的PE膜经过两辊热轧机热轧贴合,使之成为复合材料,即获得本发明所述的复合针刺无纺布。
