Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡及其制备工艺,属于汽车内饰用品技术领域。一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:牦牛毛纤维13-28份、棉纤维45-60份、聚酯纤维10-23份、竹炭纤维8-18份、复合阻燃剂13-22份、环氧树脂18-32份、防水防油剂40-65份。本发明的一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,绿色环保、无毒无异味,外观无明显凹凸,但表面有一定的粗糙度,可以有效的增加杯子与杯托间的摩擦力,使杯子不易滑出,其中加入的复合阻燃剂可以有效的起到阻燃的效果,使其可以降低汽车内部起火的几率,另外加入的防水防油剂,可以有效的防止水或油浸入到内部,从而保持清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡及其制备工艺,属于汽车内饰用品技术领域。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展,汽车的内饰品也越来越实用,尤其是杯托已经成为车内的必备内饰品,但大多数的杯托都还只是结构简单的放置水杯的工具,但由于汽车在行驶过程中的加速减速等,会造成杯子在杯托中的移动,因此杯托的摩擦性就有必要的要求,而且由于汽车杯托属于封闭结构,清理较不易,因此其防潮、自洁都很重要,但目前的大多数汽车用杯托都只是结构简单的橡胶材料制成,好点的会在外部覆盖有仿皮或是简单的毛毡,并不能起到很好的减震、增阻、防潮等作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种绿色环保、去湿保暖、减震增阻、阻燃隔热的用于汽车杯托的毛毡及其制备工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:牦牛毛纤维13-28份、棉纤维45-60份、聚酯纤维10-23份、竹炭纤维8-18份、复合阻燃剂13-22份、环氧树脂18-32份、防水防油剂40-65份;
所述的复合阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、甲基膦酸二甲酯、硼酸锌、氢氧化铝的复合物;
所述的防水防油剂为氟碳化合物共聚物;
所述一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:牦牛毛纤维22份、棉纤维50份、聚酯纤维16份、竹炭纤维12份、复合阻燃剂15份、环氧树脂25份、防水防油剂55份;
一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡的制备工艺,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将牦牛毛纤维、棉纤维、聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维依次按比例放入开松机中,开松成花状纤维,再放入到开松机中,进行精开松,得到混合纤维;
(2)将复合阻燃剂与环氧树脂放入混合机中混合均匀,得到混合粉末,将其装入粉末施加器中;
(3)将步骤(1)的混合纤维通过振动棉箱,输送到帘子上,帘子上方为粉末施加器,同时粉末施加器将步骤(2)的混合粉末均匀撒在混合纤维上,得到初成纤维;
(4)将步骤(3)的初成纤维经过气流成网机,放入到烘箱中,在200-260℃下使环氧树脂融化粘结,将混合纤维与复合阻燃剂粘结在一起,形成半成品毛毡;
(5)将步骤(4)的半成品毛毡浸入到防水防油剂中,浸泡25-30分钟,取出沥干,放入烘箱,在120-130℃下烘干,得到毛毡;
(6)将步骤(5)的毛毡进行检测、切割即可。

以下给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明的构成作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例的一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:牦牛毛纤维13份、棉纤维45份、聚酯纤维10份、竹炭纤维8份、复合阻燃剂13份、环氧树脂18份、防水防油剂40份;
所述的复合阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、甲基膦酸二甲酯、硼酸锌、氢氧化铝的复合物;
所述的防水防油剂为氟碳化合物共聚物。
实施例2
本实施例的一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:牦牛毛纤维28份、棉纤维60份、聚酯纤维23份、竹炭纤维18份、复合阻燃剂22份、环氧树脂32份、防水防油剂65份。
实施例3
本实施例的一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:牦牛毛纤维22份、棉纤维50份、聚酯纤维16份、竹炭纤维12份、复合阻燃剂15份、环氧树脂25份、防水防油剂55份;
以上实施例的一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牦牛毛纤维、棉纤维、聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维依次按比例放入开松机中,开松成花状纤维,再放入到开松机中,进行精开松,得到混合纤维;
(2)将复合阻燃剂与环氧树脂放入混合机中混合均匀,得到混合粉末,将其装入粉末施加器中;
(3)将步骤(1)的混合纤维通过振动棉箱,输送到帘子上,帘子上方为粉末施加器,同时粉末施加器将步骤(2)的混合粉末均匀撒在混合纤维上,得到初成纤维;
(4)将步骤(3)的初成纤维经过气流成网机,放入到烘箱中,在240℃下使环氧树脂融化粘结,将混合纤维与复合阻燃剂粘结在一起,形成半成品毛毡;
(5)将步骤(4)的半成品毛毡浸入到防水防油剂中,浸泡30分钟,取出沥干,放入烘箱,在120℃下烘干,得到毛毡;
(6)将步骤(5)的毛毡进行检测、切割即可。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:牦牛毛纤维13-28份、棉纤维45-60份、聚酯纤维10-23份、竹炭纤维8-18份、复合阻燃剂13-22份、环氧树脂18-32份、防水防油剂40-65份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,其特征在于所述的复合阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、甲基膦酸二甲酯、硼酸锌、氢氧化铝的复合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,其特征在于所述的防水防油剂为氟碳化合物共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡,其特征在于由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:牦牛毛纤维22份、棉纤维50份、聚酯纤维16份、竹炭纤维12份、复合阻燃剂15份、环氧树脂25份、防水防油剂55份。
5.权利要求1-4所述一种用于汽车杯托的毛毡的制备工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将牦牛毛纤维、棉纤维、聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维依次按比例放入开松机中,开松成花状纤维,再放入到开松机中,进行精开松,得到混合纤维;
(2)将复合阻燃剂与环氧树脂放入混合机中混合均匀,得到混合粉末,将其装入粉末施加器中;
(3)将步骤(1)的混合纤维通过振动棉箱,输送到帘子上,帘子上方为粉末施加器,同时粉末施加器将步骤(2)的混合粉末均匀撒在混合纤维上,得到初成纤维;
(4)将步骤(3)的初成纤维经过气流成网机,放入到烘箱中,在200-260℃下使环氧树脂融化粘结,将混合纤维与复合阻燃剂粘结在一起,形成半成品毛毡;
(5)将步骤(4)的半成品毛毡浸入到防水防油剂中,浸泡25-30分钟,取出沥干,放入烘箱,在120-130℃下烘干,得到毛毡;
(6)将步骤(5)的毛毡进行检测、切割即可。
