技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰件高耐光照植绒产品的生产方法。
背景技术
静电植绒是利用静电的原理,在电场力的作用下,使一定长度的纤维绒毛直立在涂有粘合剂的基材表面,形成独特的效果;植绒产品因具有光泽柔和、手感舒适、视感高档而广泛用于服装、家装等领域,又由于植绒部件具有一定地隔音降噪作用,因此在汽车内饰件上也得到广泛应用。
尼龙纤维是纤维种类中耐磨性能最好,且染色性能好,颜色种类齐全,因此,目前在汽车上均使用尼龙纤维绒毛。但尼龙纤维结构中含有醚键,在长期紫外线照射下,会出现分解与断裂,导致尼龙纤维发黄变脆;因此,汽车植绒主要用于内饰件中的杂物盒、储物盒等光照度偏低的部位;而对于高耐光照的如仪表板部件、以及安装摄像头的部件,植绒应用还未推广,特别是在未来的自动驾驶等领域,自动驾驶之眼—摄像头,任何时候都不允许因反光造成采集信息的失真,因此植绒摄像头周边区域是必要的,由于植绒产品纤维直径极小,直径不足3D,并且为极细的圆柱状,因此植绒产品对于太阳光照射,具有极强的散射作用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车内饰件高耐光照植绒产品的生产方法,工艺简单,可操作性强,使汽车内饰件具有较高耐久性、耐光照性能,可保证植绒产品在汽车上的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种汽车内饰件高耐光照植绒产品的生产方法,其具体步骤如下:
1)基材表面处理
为增强植绒胶对基材的附着力,采用低温Plasma(等离子)处理,通过Plasma处理后,表面张力系数≥42达因/厘米;
2)喷涂植绒胶
采用手持式或用自动喷枪,对基材表面喷一层静电植绒胶,所述静电植绒胶为无溶剂聚氨酯胶;然后,采用植绒设备,对基材表面的涂胶区域进行植绒,使绒毛直立于胶层表面,且植绒后植绒区不可以裸露基材;
3)固化
采用室温固化使液态的静电植绒胶变为固态,达到固化的目的,从而可以实现绒毛的粘结;
4)耐光照处理剂
采用乙酸乙酯和乙醇混合溶剂做稀释剂,用稀释剂稀释耐UV吸收剂,所述耐UV吸收剂为苯并三唑类高效紫外线吸收剂,其中,耐UV吸收剂与稀释剂的质量体积比为50:1g/L—70:1g/L,然后加入交联剂AF6900,获得耐光照处理剂;所述耐UV吸收剂助剂与交联剂的质量比为1:0.8—1:1.2;交联剂AF6900为异氰酸酯与丙烯酸酯的共聚物,与耐UV吸收剂助剂一起使用,与纤维形成网络状交联的薄膜,使耐UV吸收剂助剂附着在表面更加牢固。
5)喷涂
采用空气喷枪,对植绒区域进行喷涂步骤4)配制的耐光照处理剂进行处理,使植绒表面润湿;
6)二次干燥固化
采用室温固化或加热固化均可,目的使UV吸收剂中的稀释剂挥发出去,耐UV吸收剂的有效成分就可以附着在绒毛上;同时加热,耐UV吸收剂在交联剂的作用下,牢固的附着在纤维表面,从而提升其耐UV性能;其中,加热固化温度为60℃—85℃,固化时间为15min—30min;
7)检验包装
对植绒件进行清理检查,合格产品进行包装。
进一步的,步骤1)基材表面处理时,处理后基材的表面张力系数为42达因/厘米—52达因/厘米,才会有好的粘结力;且处理后基材的表面张力号数越大,效果更好。
进一步的,步骤2)对基材表面的喷一层静电植绒胶形成的胶层厚度为20μm—120μm,连续且均匀。
进一步的,所述耐UV吸收剂为防紫外线整理剂HTUV160;步骤5)耐光照处理剂的喷涂厚度为0.1μm—1μm。
进一步的,所述乙酸乙酯与乙醇的体积比为1:0.2—1:1。
进一步的,所述空气喷枪的口径为1.0mm—1.8mm。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)采用无溶剂聚氨酯胶水,由于不采用溶剂,固化的胶层密实性良好,固化后形成不溶不熔的高分子化合物,耐溶剂性能更好。
(2)通过合理选择稀释剂和耐UV吸收剂,从而实现低温固化,避免塑料件变形,且施工容易、方便;使用乙酸乙酯和乙醇混合溶剂做稀释剂,可以稀释耐UV吸收剂,并且混合后的溶剂易挥发,可以实现喷涂;代替浸涂,这样喷涂后,溶剂快速挥发耐UV吸收剂附着在植绒表面;由于加入交联剂AF6900,在烘干时,与耐UV吸收剂助剂一起使用,与纤维形成网络状交联的薄膜,不仅可以使UV吸收剂助剂较强的附着在纤维表面,还具有增强抗UV的功能。
(3)工艺简单,可操作性强,使汽车内饰件具有较高耐久性、耐光照性能,从而保证植绒产品在汽车上的使用寿命,可以应用于植绒摄像头周边区域。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1)基材表面处理
采用低温Plasma(等离子)处理,通过Plasma处理后,基材表面张力达到42达因/厘米;
2)喷涂植绒胶
采用自动喷枪,对基材表面的喷一层无溶剂聚氨酯胶(本实施例采用的是单组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶,为北京市化工研究院生产的UR7505),胶层厚度为20μm;然后,采用植绒设备,对基材表面的涂胶区域进行植绒,使绒毛直立于胶层表面,且植绒后植绒区不可以裸露基材;
3)固化
采用室温固化使无溶剂聚氨酯胶变为固态;
4)耐光照处理
采用乙酸乙酯和乙醇混合溶剂做稀释剂,所述乙酸乙酯与乙醇的体积比为1:0.2;用稀释剂稀释耐UV吸收剂,所述耐UV吸收剂为苯并三唑类高效紫外线吸收剂(本实施例以采用赫特公司生产的防紫外线整理剂HTUV160为例),其中,耐UV吸收剂与稀释剂的质量体积比为50:1g/L,然后加入交联剂AF6900,获得耐光照处理剂;所述耐UV吸收剂助剂与交联剂的质量比为1:0.8;
5)喷涂
采用口径为1.0mm的空气喷枪,对植绒区域进行喷涂步骤4)配制的耐光照处理剂进行处理,使植绒表面润湿,用湿膜测厚仪侧量喷涂厚度为0.1μm;
6)二次干燥固化
采用加热固化进行第二次干燥固化,加热固化温度为60℃,固化时间为30min;
7)检验包装
对植绒件进行清理检查,合格产品进行包装。
步骤2)获得的未处理的植绒件,在光照1000Kj时就会出现明显褪色;而步骤6)获得的处理后的零件,在光照2000Kj时未出现可见明显褪色现象,完全满足高耐光部位植绒需求。
实施例2

3)固化
采用室温固化使无溶剂聚氨酯胶变为固态;
4)耐光照处理
采用乙酸乙酯和乙醇混合溶剂做稀释剂,所述乙酸乙酯与乙醇的体积比为1:1;用稀释剂稀释耐UV吸收剂,所述耐UV吸收剂为苯并三唑类高效紫外线吸收剂(HTUV160),其中,耐UV吸收剂与稀释剂的质量体积比为70:1g/L,然后加入交联剂AF6900,获得耐光照处理剂;所述耐UV吸收剂助剂与交联剂的质量比为1:1.2;
5)喷涂
采用口径为1.8mm的空气喷枪,对植绒区域进行喷涂步骤4)配制的耐光照处理剂进行处理,使植绒表面润湿,用湿膜测厚仪侧量喷涂厚度为1μm;
6)二次干燥固化
采用加热固化进行第二次干燥固化,加热固化温度为85℃,固化时间为15min;
7)检验包装
对植绒件进行清理检查,合格产品进行包装。
步骤2)获得的未处理的植绒件,在光照1000Kj时就会出现明显褪色;而步骤6)获得的处理后的零件,在光照2000Kj时未出现可见明显褪色现象,完全满足高耐光部位植绒需求。

3)固化
采用室温固化使无溶剂聚氨酯胶变为固态;
4)耐光照处理
采用乙酸乙酯和乙醇混合溶剂做稀释剂,所述乙酸乙酯与乙醇的体积比为1:0.8;用稀释剂稀释耐UV吸收剂,所述耐UV吸收剂为苯并三唑类高效紫外线吸收剂(HTUV160),其中,耐UV吸收剂与稀释剂的质量体积比为60:1g/L,然后加入交联剂AF6900,获得耐光照处理剂;所述耐UV吸收剂助剂与交联剂的质量比为1:1;
5)喷涂
采用口径为1.5mm的空气喷枪,对植绒区域进行喷涂步骤4)配制的耐光照处理剂进行处理,使植绒表面润湿,用湿膜测厚仪侧量喷涂厚度为0.5μm;
6)二次干燥固化
采用加热固化进行第二次干燥固化,加热固化温度为75℃,固化时间为20min;
7)检验包装
对植绒件进行清理检查,合格产品进行包装。
步骤2)获得的未处理的植绒件,在光照1000Kj时就会出现明显褪色;而步骤6)获得的处理后的零件,在光照2000Kj时未出现可见明显褪色现象,完全满足高耐光部位植绒需求。

3)固化
采用室温固化使液态的静电植绒胶变为固态;
4)耐光照处理剂
采用乙酸乙酯和乙醇混合溶剂做稀释剂,用稀释剂稀释耐UV吸收剂,所述耐UV吸收剂为苯并三唑类高效紫外线吸收剂,其中,耐UV吸收剂与稀释剂的质量体积比为50:1g/L—70:1g/L,然后加入交联剂AF6900,获得耐光照处理剂;所述耐UV吸收剂助剂与交联剂的质量比为1:0.8—1:1.2;
5)喷涂
