优选地,所述益生菌菌粉中的益生菌选自动物双歧杆菌(Bifidobacteriumlactis)和/或植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)。所述益生菌的制备方法为本领域常规制备方法,或可通过商业购买获得。
更优选地,所述益生菌菌粉中的益生菌选自动物双歧杆菌和植物乳杆菌。
优选地,所述益生菌菌粉中,双歧杆菌的活菌数不低于50亿CFU/g,植物乳杆菌的活菌数不低于500亿CFU/g。
本发明还提供了所述增强免疫力的组合物的用途,包括其在保健食品中的应用。
本发明还提供了一种保健食品,其含有本发明所述的增强免疫力的组合物。
益生菌是对宿主(如动物或人类)有正面效益的活性微生物,可以通过刺激肠道内的免疫机能,将过低或过高的免疫活性调节至正常状态。
沙棘粉由沙棘果制成;沙棘果为黄色小浆果,其营养价值很高,富含多种维生素、脂肪酸、微量元素、亚油素、沙棘黄酮、超氧化物等活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸。
灵芝提取物可调节免疫系统的众多组成成分,例如免疫球蛋白A等,从而可改善免疫系统功能。
酵母葡聚糖能够刺激增强NK细胞、巨噬细胞等免疫细胞的吞噬活性,刺激释放白介素以增强人体抵抗有害毒素的能力,可以有效增强人体清除毒素的能力,提高人体免疫力。
番茄红素可活化免疫细胞,保护吞噬细胞免受自身的氧化损伤,促进T、B淋巴细胞增殖,刺激效应T细胞的功能,促进某些白介素产生及抑制炎症介质生成。
N-乙酰神经氨酸(又称唾液酸)可阻碍以其为受体的病原体侵染目标宿主细胞,同时还可促进植物乳杆菌和双歧杆菌的增殖,调整微生物群落变化,维持肠道健康,从而提高机体免疫力。
本发明以益生菌菌粉、沙棘粉、灵芝提取物、酵母葡聚糖、番茄红素和N-乙酰神经氨酸这几种组分以特定的配比复配制成组合物,在本发明提供的配比下,组合物的各组分之间具有较好的互补互利作用,从而使组合物可更好地同时调节不同的免疫因子,从多方面发挥作用来增强机体免疫功能,包括为机体提供丰富的营养、改善肠道功能、抑制病原菌生长、活化免疫细胞和调节机体免疫功能等。
本发明经试验研究发现,本发明的组合物具有增强免疫力的保健作用,能减少流感发生的次数、症状的持续天数和药物治疗的天数。

为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,本发明通过下列实施例进一步说明。显然,下列实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。应理解,本发明实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术效果,而非用于限制本发明的保护范围。除非特别说明之外,实施例中所用原料均可通过市售购买获得。
实施例中的益生菌菌粉由动物双歧杆菌冻干粉和植物乳杆菌冻干粉按1:1的质量比混合而成;且益生菌菌粉中,动物双歧杆菌的活菌数不低于50亿CFU/g,植物乳杆菌的活菌数不低于500亿CFU/g。动物双歧杆菌冻干粉购自广州汇健生物科技有限公司,型号为:食品级20181015-46;植物乳杆菌冻干粉购自广州汇健生物科技有限公司,型号为:食品级SP180824。
实施例:
实验组1~3和对比组1~5的组合物由表1所示质量比的组分组成:

组合物的制备方法为:按配方比例称取各原料组分,混合均匀,即可。
试验例1:
受试样品为上述实验组1~3和对比组1~5的组合物。体重为18~22克的实验小鼠,随机分为8组,每组15只。将待测样品灌胃小鼠,每天灌胃一次,连续灌胃30天,每次灌胃量为0.167g/(kg·d)。
(1)碳廓清试验:
小鼠尾静脉注射1:3稀释的印度墨汁,按每10g体重0.1mL计算,待墨汁注入,立即计时;墨汁注入后的2min、10min分别从内眦静脉丛取血20μL,并立即将其加到2mL 0.1%碳酸钠溶液中;用半自动生化分析仪在600nm波长处测光密度值,以碳酸钠溶液作空白对照;将小鼠处死,取肝脏和脾脏,用滤纸吸干脏器表面血污,称重;计算吞噬指数。结果如下表2所示。

(2)组合物对小鼠NK细胞活性的影响:
无菌取脾,置于盛有适量无菌Hank’s液的研磨器中,轻轻将脾脏磨碎,制成细胞悬液。经200目筛网过滤,用Hank’s液洗2次,每次离心10min(1000r/min),最后用RPMI1640完全培养液调整细胞浓度为2×107个/mL;取靶细胞和效应细胞各100μL(效靶比50:1),加入U型96孔培养板中;靶细胞自然释放孔加靶细胞和培养液各100μL,靶细胞最大释放孔加靶细胞和1%NP40各100μL;上述各项均设三个复孔,于37℃、5%CO2培养箱中培养4h,然后将96孔培养板以1500r/min离心5min,每孔吸取上清100μL置平底96孔培养板中,同时加入LDH基质液100μL,反应3min,每孔加入1mol/L的HCl 30μL,在酶标仪490nm处测定光密度值(OD)。结果如下表3所示。

由表2和表3可看出:相比于对比组1和对比组2,喂服实验组1~3组合物的小鼠的碳廓清能力(吞噬指数α)和NK细胞活性均有明显提高,说明组分之间的配比也会对组合物的功效产生影响,而以本发明提供的配比制成的组合物具有更好的增强免疫力功效。相比于对比组3、对比组4和对比组5,喂服对比组1、对比组2和实验组1~3的组合物的小鼠的碳廓清能力(吞噬指数α)和NK细胞活性均有明显提高,说明组合物的各组分之间发挥了互补互利作用,本发明配方的组合物可更好地增强小鼠免疫力。
试验例2:
本试验选取30个免疫力较低的成人志愿者作为受试人员,随机均分为3组,每组为10人,分别服用实验组1~3的组合物。服用的量为10.0g/人/次,每天服用1次,连续服用2个月。考察受试人员的流感发生次数、症状持续天数和药物治疗天数。结果如下表4所示。

由表4可看出,受试人员服用本发明实验组1~3的组合物60d后,大部分受试人员的流感发生次数减少、流感症状持续天数减少以及需要药物治疗的天数减少。表明,本发明的组合物具有增强免疫力的保健作用,能减少流感发生的次数、症状的持续天数和药物治疗的天数。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下组分:益生菌菌粉、沙棘粉、灵芝提取物、酵母葡聚糖、番茄红素和N-乙酰神经氨酸。
2.如权利要求1所述的增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中各组分的质量比为,益生菌菌粉:沙棘粉:灵芝提取物:酵母葡聚糖:番茄红素:N-乙酰神经氨酸=1:(3~5):(8~12):(8~12):(2~4):(0.4~0.6)。
3.如权利要求1所述的增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中各组分的质量比为,益生菌菌粉:沙棘粉:灵芝提取物:酵母葡聚糖:番茄红素:N-乙酰神经氨酸=1:4:10:10:3:0.5。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于,所述益生菌菌粉中的益生菌选自动物双歧杆菌和/或植物乳杆菌。
5.如权利要求4所述的增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于,所述益生菌菌粉中的益生菌选自动物双歧杆菌和植物乳杆菌。
6.如权利要求4所述的增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于,所述益生菌菌粉中,双歧杆菌的活菌数不低于50亿CFU/g,植物乳杆菌的活菌数不低于500亿CFU/g。
7.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的增强免疫力的组合物在保健食品中的应用。
8.一种保健食品,其特征在于,含有如权利要求1~6任一项所述的增强免疫力的组合物。
