着人们生活的提高,供人们选用的饮料日渐丰富,对这些饮料有的人喜欢饮用,有的人不喜欢饮,而且在这些饮料中多是用于解渴或促进精神兴奋效果,但对调理胃脾、清理血脂、降血糖、增强体质提高免疫力几乎无效,咖啡是用经过烘培的咖啡豆制作出来的饮料,与可可、茶同为流行于世界的主要饮品,拥有较广的市场。
咖啡具有提神醒脑、强筋骨、利腰膝、开胃主食、喜悦颜色的功能;所含的多酚类物,不仅具有抗氧化作用,还有保护心血管的功能,开发深受消费者青睐的咖啡饮料有着广阔的发展前景,但是现有的咖啡功能单一,对于其他附加功效较少。

解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了山药茯苓咖啡及其制作方法,具备调理胃脾、清理血脂、降血糖、增强体质提高免疫力,祛湿、祛斑、瘦身,滋润肌肤等功效,解决了功能单一,对于其他附加功效较少的问题。
技术方案
为实现上述解决上述附加功效较少的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案山药茯苓咖啡,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:植脂末41%-45%,咖啡豆粉30%-34%,白茯苓粉10%-14%,铁山药粉10%-14%,晶体纤维素0.8%-1.2%。
优选的,该原料最佳重量份数配比为:植脂末43%,咖啡豆粉32%,白茯苓粉12%,铁山药粉12%,晶体纤维素1%。
优选的,所述咖啡豆粉采用云南小豆,所述白茯苓粉为云南无硫的野生白茯苓,所述铁山药粉采用焦作无酸的铁山药,所述植脂末的型号为C40-1。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供山药茯苓咖啡的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)拣选清洗:将咖啡豆、白茯苓、铁山药分别挑选去杂质,用流水在洗药机清洗干净。
2)进行处理:
咖啡豆:深烘焙、粹提祛酸、降低咖啡因;
白茯苓:竹刀切块风干,85度恒温干烘25分钟,激发其药性;
铁山药:去皮,切片风干,85度恒温炒25分钟,激发其药性。
3)将咖啡豆、白茯苓和铁山药分别细磨,打粉,按照比例混合配比。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了山药茯苓咖啡及其制作方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该山药茯苓咖啡及其制作方法,通过咖啡豆深焙、粹提,铁山药和白茯苓阴干,焙炒更是激发出它最强功效,再经过科学合理调配,自动化细加工,达到调理胃脾、清理血脂、降血糖、增强体质提高免疫力,祛湿、祛斑、瘦身,滋润肌肤等功效。
2、该山药茯苓咖啡及其制作方法,通过咖啡豆粉,白茯苓粉和铁山药粉的混合配比,在在提神醒脑的同时,具有健脾补气,益肺固肾的功效,可以降血脂、调理肠胃,可减少皮下脂肪堆积,能防止结缔组织的萎缩,预防类风湿关节炎等胶原病的发生。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
山药茯苓咖啡,按比重组成,包括:植脂末45%,咖啡豆粉34%,白茯苓粉10%,铁山药粉10%,晶体纤维素1%。
制备方法:将速植脂末、咖啡豆粉、白茯苓粉,铁山药粉,晶体纤维素按比例混合均匀,经灭菌后分装即成。
实施例二:
山药茯苓咖啡,按比重组成,包括:植脂末41%,咖啡豆粉30%,白茯苓粉14%,铁山药粉14%,晶体纤维素1%。
制备方法同实施例一。
实施例三:
山药茯苓咖啡,按比重组成,包括:植脂末43%,咖啡豆粉32%,白茯苓粉12%,铁山药粉12%,晶体纤维素1%。
制备方法同实施例一,同时此配方比重,为最佳配方比。
各原料功效:
一、植脂末:
1.增加口感润滑,具有一定的营养作用;
2.改善咖啡色泽,增加白度,有很好的增白性;
3.抑制咖啡苦味,掩盖不良气味;
4.柔和咖啡口感,提高爽滑度,使口感细腻、润滑、醇厚;
5.适用于不同种类咖啡,速溶性好,不产生白浊及分层。
二、咖啡豆:
1.深焙咖啡豆中的烟碱酸含有很高的维他命B;
2.有利尿祛湿,促进肾脏机能、改善腹胀水肿,有助减重瘦身;
3.具有刺激交感神经及胃肠分泌胃酸、促进肠胃激素有助消化,快速通便;
4.具有美容美白作用、有助抗癌,抗衰老;
5.增强高密度胆固醇、加速代谢环的胆固醇,减少冠状动脉粥样化、降低中风机率。
三、铁山药:味甘性平,归肺、脾、肾经,补脾养肺、固肾益精,主脾虚泄泻、食少浮肿,肺虚咳喘、消渴、遗精、带下;肾虚尿频。
1.含有丰富的多种维生素,18种氨基酸和10多种微量元素;
2.具有强胃健脾、补肺肾、补中益气;
3.山药碱可以调整酸性体液,从而减少很多种疾病;
4.抗衰老作用、山药中的、皂甙、糖蛋白、鞣质、止权素、山药碱、磷、铁、钙等,具有抗干扰素提高女性荷尔蒙作用;
5.有降低血糖,治疗糖尿病较强功效;
6.有效清理、分解、血脂在血管壁的沉淀,预防和治疗心血管疾病;
7.益智安神、延年益寿的功效。
四、白茯苓:具有利水渗湿、健脾宁心、痰饮眩悸、惊悸失眠的功效。
1.茯苓含有茯苓聚糖、茯苓酸、脂肪酸、卵磷脂、蛋白酶含量较高,还含有钾、铁、钙、镁、磷、及二氧化硅等矿物质;
2.茯苓多糖有增强机体免疫功能,有很好的抗肿瘤功能;
3.祛湿利尿,能增加尿中、钾、钠、氯和电解质的排出;
4.清理血脂的沉淀、保护肝脏、抑制溃疡、降血糖、抗辐射;
5.祛痘、祛斑和美白滋润肌肤及瘦身都有非常好的功效。

1.山药茯苓咖啡,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:植脂末41%-45%,咖啡豆粉30%-34%,白茯苓粉10%-14%,铁山药粉10%-14%,晶体纤维素0.8%-1.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的山药茯苓咖啡,其特征在于,该原料最佳重量份数配比为:植脂末43%,咖啡豆粉32%,白茯苓粉12%,铁山药粉12%,晶体纤维素1%。
3.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的山药茯苓咖啡的制作方法,其特征在于,所述咖啡豆粉采用云南小豆,所述白茯苓粉为云南无硫的野生白茯苓,所述铁山药粉采用焦作无酸的铁山药,所述植脂末的型号为C40-1。
4.山药茯苓咖啡的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
