Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological padding, in particular to zero-emission biological padding, a preparation method thereof and application of the biological padding in livestock and poultry breeding. Realizing zero pollution emission of livestock breeding.
Background
The biological padding is widely used in the breeding industry, beneficial microorganisms are utilized to inhibit harmful microorganisms, and the breeding environment is free of diseases. The method is an effective and reasonable ecological breeding technology, not only realizes the effective treatment of the livestock manure and the zero emission, no pollution and no odor, but also provides the most suitable ecological environment for the healthy growth of animals. The animals grow fast in the environment, the yield is high, the quality is good, the diseases are few, the labor, the water, the disinfection charge and the coal are saved, and the breeding benefit is obviously improved. The biological pad material is prepared by utilizing microbial resources in the nature. The microorganisms are cultured and propagated to form a microorganism mother strain with quite activity, and the microorganism mother strain, peanut shells, straw powder and the like, as well as a certain amount of auxiliary materials and active agents are mixed according to a certain formula to form the biological padding. Biological padding is padded in a colony house according to certain design requirements, and then animals are placed in the colony house, and the animals live on the organic padding from small to large. The excrement of the animals is degraded and digested rapidly by microorganisms in the organic padding, the excrement of the animals does not need to be treated manually, and excrement cleaning, storing and treating facilities are not needed daily. Thus achieving the purposes of conveniently breeding livestock, realizing zero discharge of feces and dirt and simultaneously not causing pollution to the environment.
The existing biological padding has been used for cultivation for years in China, but has various defects in the technology, so that the existing biological padding cannot be popularized in a large scale. There are mainly the following disadvantages.
1. The traditional padding is unreasonable in technical formula, mainly adopts sawdust and chaff, and is not beneficial to growth and reproduction of microorganisms; some wood chips are toxic and harmful to livestock and poultry.
2. The padding of the traditional padding technology is too thick, is 80 cm to 120 cm in thickness, has poor air permeability, is not beneficial to heat dissipation, is easy to ferment to generate high temperature which is more than 40 ℃, and makes the livestock difficult to suffer and influences the growth and development of the livestock.
3. The wood dust and rice husk consumption of the traditional padding technology is large, and the padding cost is high; the padding is too thick, and the livestock and poultry colony house needs to be improved and heightened to use, so that the construction cost of the colony house is increased.
4. The microbial strains used in the traditional padding technology are single, single strains such as bacillus subtilis, saccharomycetes and the like are mostly selected, the decomposition of excrement is slow and incomplete, the decomposition of ammonia gas is incomplete, and ammonia odor exists.
5. After the traditional padding technology is generally operated for two months, the phenomena of 'bad bed' and 'dead bed' that most of strains die and even cover the whole army are easily caused, the whole fermentation bed is scrapped, and the loss of users is heavy.
6. The traditional padding technology has large dependence on climate and temperature, and the degradation efficiency of excrement and urine is low when the temperature is low in winter.
7. The traditional padding technology is only suitable for being applied in regions with low air temperature, and China is only suitable for being applied in the north, and the south generates heat seriously, so that the traditional padding technology is not suitable for being used.
8. The padding material of the traditional padding technology is not sterilized at high temperature, has too many mixed bacteria, influences the use effect and has the risk of infecting the epidemic diseases of livestock.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a biological padding, and the components and the preparation method are improved, so that the biological padding is beneficial to the growth of strains, is beneficial to the livestock and poultry breeding, reduces the consumption and improves the breeding efficiency.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a zero-emission biological culture padding comprises agricultural waste straws, molasses powder and compound beneficial microorganisms, wherein the components in parts by volume are as follows: 80-90 parts of agricultural waste straw, 1-10 parts of molasses powder and 1-10 parts of composite beneficial microorganisms.
Further, the components are as follows according to parts by volume: 90 parts of agricultural waste straw, 5 parts of molasses powder and 5 parts of composite beneficial microorganisms.
Furthermore, the agricultural waste straws comprise bagasse, corn stalks, peanut shells and/or corn cobs, the agricultural waste straws also comprise bran shells and wheat bran, the total amount of the agricultural waste straws is 0.9, the bagasse, the corn stalks and/or the corn cobs accounts for 60%, the bran shells account for 20%, and the wheat bran accounts for 10%.
Furthermore, the compound beneficial microorganisms comprise various bacilli, yeasts, lactic acid bacteria, azotobacter, phosphate solubilizing bacteria, potassium solubilizing bacteria and fungi, and the bacteria are compounded into the compound beneficial microorganisms, wherein the bacteria number is 50 hundred million/g.
According to the biological padding, the heavy metals in agricultural wastes such as bagasse, corn stalks, corncobs, bran shells and wheat bran are not overproof and are non-toxic and harmless, the straw can be replaced by other existing high-fiber agricultural straws, and the raw materials are wide; wherein the bagasse, the corn stalks and the corn cobs can be singly 60 percent, and can also be randomly combined by 2 or 3 to 60 percent, so that the use effect is not influenced; the composite beneficial microorganism is compounded by various strains such as bacillus, saccharomycetes, lactic acid bacteria, azotobacter, phosphate solubilizing bacteria, potassium solubilizing bacteria, fungi and the like, is edible, and is non-toxic and harmless; the composite beneficial microbial strain is rapid in metabolism and propagation, proliferated for 10 ten thousand times in four hours, and capable of resisting low temperature of minus 60 ℃, high temperature of plus 280 ℃, strong acid, strong alkali and bacteria in a non-wet state, and completing the decomposition and fermentation process of excrement in various extreme environments.
A preparation method of a zero-emission culture biological padding comprises the following steps:
smashing agricultural wastes and straws: crushing bagasse, corn stalks, peanut shells and/or corn cobs into 5-30 meshes to obtain agricultural waste A; crushing the bran coat and the wheat bran to 5-30 meshes to obtain an agricultural waste material B;
mixing agricultural wastes and straws: mixing the material A and the material B according to the volume part ratio to obtain a mixture material C;
and (3) high-temperature drying: drying and sterilizing the material C at high temperature to obtain a material D, and conveying the material D to a storage tank for later use by wind, wherein the water content of the material is below 15%;
