The squat seedling method for open field cultivation of Chinese chives as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing of seedlings is continued until the Chinese chives are harvested, weeds are timely removed after the harvesting, the Chinese chives are loosened and aired in sunny days, and then the Chinese chives are harvested every 30 days.
3. The squat seedling method for outdoor cultivation of leeks as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the fertilizer in the fertilizer application is 60-80% of decomposed farmyard manure, 10-15% of dry fine soil and 5% of phoxim granules.

The squat seedling method for open field cultivation of leeks as claimed in claim 1, wherein one or more of crushed corn stalks, wheat straws and wheat bran are filled in the cold-proof ditches in the intertillage interval to serve as a heat insulation layer, and the heat insulation layer is covered with soil and compacted.
5. The squat seedling method for open field cultivation of leeks as claimed in claim 2, wherein the leek harvest period can repeat one cultivation, two cultivation, and seedling pressing.
6. The squat seedling method for leek open field cultivation as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pressing seedling comprises the steps of:
s171: ridging, namely shoveling surface soil of 3-5 cm of the roots of the Chinese chives seedlings by 2cm and adding 25% of decomposed farmyard manure, and piling up the Chinese chives seedlings after uniform mixing;
s172: removing the impurity leaves, cutting the impurity leaves into sections after cutting the impurity leaves by adopting a squatting device and taking the central point of the leek seedling cluster as the circle center and the radius of the leek seedling cluster is 5-6 cm,
s173: compacting, adopting a rolling mode to compact the hilling and the crushed miscellaneous leaves, irrigating a small amount of water, and covering wet straws with the thickness of 5 cm.
7. The squat seedling method for leek open field cultivation as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pressing seedling comprises the steps of:
s171: ridging, namely shoveling surface soil of 3-5 cm of the roots of the Chinese chives seedlings by 2cm, and piling up the ground Chinese chives seedlings after crushing;
s172: removing the impurity leaves, cutting the impurity leaves into sections after cutting the impurity leaves by adopting a squatting device and taking the central point of the leek seedling cluster as the circle center and the radius of the leek seedling cluster is 5-6 cm,
s173: compacting, adopting a rolling mode to compact the hilling and the crushed miscellaneous leaves, irrigating a small amount of water and fertilizer, and covering wet straws with the thickness of 5 cm.

The squat seedling method for leek open field cultivation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the squat seedling device comprises a support (1), a cylinder assembly (2), a motor assembly (3), an electric telescopic rod (4), a ring cutting blade (5), a rocker (6), an adjusting rod (7), a rolling shaft (8) and a cutting blade (9), the cylinder assembly (2) is installed at the lower end of the support (1), the motor assembly (3) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the cylinder assembly (2), the electric telescopic rod (4) and the rocker (6) are fixedly connected to a motor shaft of the motor assembly (3), the ring cutting blade (5) is fixedly connected to the electric telescopic rod (4), a plurality of adjusting rods (7) arranged in a straight line are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the rocker (6), and the rolling shaft (8) is connected between adjacent adjusting rods (7) through a universal rotary joint, and cutting blades (9) are sleeved on rolling shafts (8) at two ends of the rocker (6).
