背景技术
西北地区空气相对湿度低,人体容易失水。高原寒区低温缺氧,人体机能下降严重,不仅体能降低50%,而且肠胃蠕动减缓,无法正常吸收普通食物中的营养成份。目前我军单兵食品种类较多,但多是普通固体食物,如压缩饼干和自热米、面、肉、菜为主,需要随身携带饮用水,并不适合高原寒区的特殊条件。战时也需要一种可以食用又可补水,易吸收消化、营养丰富、快速恢复体能的应急食品。高原寒区执行任务和战时条件下,官兵体能消耗大,随身携行物资重量有限,因此需要一种可以既可以当食物又可以补充水分和营养的高能量食品。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种设计合理的适用于高原地区体能补充的凝胶状食物及其制备方法,富营养物质,适于战时食用和饮用,能够满足当天的90%的能量需要、100%维生素微量元素的需要和70%人体每天最低饮用水量的需要;不仅具有食品的口感,饮水的效果而且好消化易吸收,具有携行方便、易存储的优点,适用于西北高原执行边防任务和作战需要。

步骤一、称取如下重量份的成分:水50-70份、低聚糖5-10份、电解质1-5份、复合维生素5-10份、矿物质1-5份、牛磺酸1-10份、蛋白质5-10份、多肽1-10份、氨基酸10-20份,并投入搅拌混合设备中,搅拌混合均匀;
步骤二、称取重量份为5-10份的明胶,投入步骤一中所形成的的混合液中,快速搅拌20-30分钟后,再慢速搅拌10-20分钟,形成凝胶状即可。
进一步地,所述的步骤一中搅拌混合均匀后的混合液分为三份,三份混合液之间的质量比为1:1:5,备用;将步骤二中称取的明胶分为两份,两份明胶之间的质量比为7:3,备用,将第一份混合液与第一份明胶混合搅拌均匀形成含水率为30%的固态胶体,按照单位体积重量200g将固态胶体分为若干块,备用;将第二份混合液与第二份明胶混合搅拌均匀形成含水率为70%的胶体,并利用注胶设备将上述含水率为70%的胶体注入到若干块的固态胶体中,注入量为100g/块;最后,将第三份混合液利用灌装设备注入到上述含水率为70%的胶体中,注入量为200g/块,即可。

低聚糖的分子比葡萄糖和果糖大3~10倍,比蔗糖大1~5倍。它的优点包括提供能量多、甜度低、不黏口咽等,有利于补充血糖,使大脑和肌肉在运动时不断吸收糖,从而提高耐力,延缓疲劳并加速运动后的恢复。采用6%的糖浓度,这对加快体液的恢复,提供能量是一个最佳浓度。任何高于6%的糖浓度将会减慢吸收,导致饮料滞留于胃肠道。

步骤四、将第一份混合液与第一份明胶混合搅拌均匀形成含水率为30%的固态胶体,按照单位体积重量200g将固态胶体分为若干块,备用;将第二份混合液与第二份明胶混合搅拌均匀形成含水率为70%的胶体,并利用注胶设备将上述含水率为70%的胶体注入到若干块的固态胶体中,注入量为100g/块;最后,将第三份混合液利用灌装设备注入到上述含水率为70%的胶体中,注入量为200g/块,即可(形成表层为含水率30%的固态凝胶、中层为含水率70%的液态凝胶,内层为混合营养水)。在食用时,直接取出所需量的块状物直接配合质量分数为1份的富硒酵母粉一同服用,也可以利用凝胶分解剂将块状物溶解为液态水后,再与质量分数为1份的富硒酵母粉一同饮用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于高原地区体能补充的凝胶状食物,其特征在于:所述的适用于高原地区体能补充的凝胶状食物,它包含如下质量份数成分:明胶5-8份、水50-55份、低聚糖5-8份、电解质1-5份、复合维生素5-8份、矿物质1-5份、牛磺酸1-5份、蛋白质5-8份、多肽1-5份、氨基酸10-15份、富硒酵母粉5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于高原地区体能补充的凝胶状食物,其特征在于:所述的适用于高原地区体能补充的凝胶状食物,它包含如下质量份数成分:明胶9-10份、水65-70份、低聚糖9-10份、电解质3-5份、复合维生素9-10份、矿物质3-5份、牛磺酸8-10份、蛋白质8-10份、多肽8-10份、氨基酸15-20份、富硒酵母粉1-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于高原地区体能补充的凝胶状食物,其特征在于:所述的复合维生素的成分含量如下:维生素A含量400mg/份、维生素D含量5μg/份、维生素E含量7μg/份、维生素K含量80μg/份、维生素B1含量0.7mg/份、维生素B2含量0.7mg/份、维生素B6含量0.7mg/份、维生素B12含量1.2mg/份、泛酸含量2.5mg/份、叶酸200μgDFE/份、烟酸7.5mg NE/份、胆碱250mg/份、生物素20μg/份、维生素C含量50mg/份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于高原地区体能补充的凝胶状食物,其特征在于:其配备有凝胶分解剂。
6.一种适用于高原地区体能补充的凝胶状食物的制备方法,其特征在于:其步骤如下:
步骤(一)、称取如下重量份的成分:水50-70份、低聚糖5-10份、电解质1-5份、复合维生素5-10份、矿物质1-5份、牛磺酸1-10份、蛋白质5-10份、多肽1-10份、氨基酸10-20份,并投入搅拌混合设备中,搅拌混合均匀;
步骤(二)、称取重量份为5-10份的明胶,投入步骤(一)中所形成的的混合液中,快速搅拌20-30分钟后,再慢速搅拌10-20分钟,形成凝胶状即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种适用于高原地区体能补充的凝胶状食物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(一)中搅拌混合均匀后的混合液分为三份,三份混合液之间的质量比为1:1:5,备用;将步骤(二)中称取的明胶分为两份,两份明胶之间的质量比为7:3,备用,将第一份混合液与第一份明胶混合搅拌均匀形成含水率为30%的固态胶体,按照单位体积重量200g将固态胶体分为若干块,备用;将第二份混合液与第二份明胶混合搅拌均匀形成含水率为70%的胶体,并利用注胶设备将上述含水率为70%的胶体注入到若干块的固态胶体中,注入量为100g/块;最后,将第三份混合液利用灌装设备注入到上述含水率为70%的胶体中,注入量为200g/块,即可。
