Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfectants. More particularly, it relates to a skin disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the gradual improvement of the life quality of people, healthy and safe disinfection products and composite antibacterial and bacteriostatic products are developed rapidly. Currently, commercially available disinfectants mainly include the following types: phenols, alcohols, aldehydes, chlorine-containing disinfectants, quaternary ammonium salts, iodine and the like. For skin surface disinfection, alcohol disinfectant, iodine tincture disinfectant and hydrogen peroxide disinfectant are generally adopted. Wherein, the effective component ethanol of the alcohol disinfectant is easy to volatilize, and the effective content is reduced quickly, so that the alcohol disinfectant needs more usage amount when in use; the characteristic color of the iodine tincture skin disinfectant after use is limited in an environmental place, so that the iodine tincture skin disinfectant is not recommended to be used in a public place; hydrogen peroxide skin disinfectants have an irritating odor that is intolerable to humans.
In order to solve various defects of active ingredients in single use, multiple reagents with disinfection efficacy are often combined in the prior art to achieve the effect of low-concentration efficient sterilization, for example, chinese patent application CN102696674A discloses a low-concentration hydrogen peroxide disinfectant, which is prepared from hydrogen peroxide, alkyl dimethyl amine oxide, a metal ion complexing agent, ethanol, glycerol, an inorganic acid and water, and has the effects of rapid sterilization and stable property; chinese patent application CN101766183A discloses a sanitary disinfectant, which is prepared from chlorhexidine, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, chloramine-based sodium toluenesulfonate, hydrogen peroxide and ethanol, and has good bactericidal effect and low production cost. However, both of the two disinfectant solutions contain hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide), which is very unstable and can be rapidly decomposed in the presence of metal ions, impurities, heat and other factors, so that the effective content is reduced, and effective sterilization cannot be achieved; and the hydrogen peroxide has stronger oxidizability, can cause the oxidation of metal containers and technical devices in the preparation and storage processes, and seriously limits the application of the hydrogen peroxide.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide a skin disinfectant which has good stability, is compatible with metal, has broad-spectrum efficient sterilization and long-acting bacteriostasis.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of overcoming the defects and the defects of poor stability, limited disinfection effect of single active ingredients and the like of the existing hydrogen peroxide disinfectant and providing the skin disinfectant which has good stability, is compatible with metal, has broad-spectrum efficient sterilization and long-acting bacteriostasis.
The invention aims to provide a skin disinfectant.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the disinfectant for skin.
The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the skin disinfectant is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
30-80 vol% of ethanol, 1-3 wt% of hydrogen peroxide, 0.02-0.1 wt% of a stabilizer, 0-0.5 wt% of a forming agent, 0.1-1 wt% of a synergist, 0-0.2 wt% of a pH regulator and the balance of water;
wherein the stabilizer is inorganic phosphate or organic phosphate.
In practice, the inventor finds that when the disinfectant solution of about 30 vol% of ethanol and about 2 wt% of hydrogen peroxide is separately adopted for carrying out a microbe killing test, the killing logarithm value of the two disinfectant solutions is less than 1 (the killing rate is less than 90%), and the killing logarithm value of the microbe killing test of the two mixed disinfectant solutions is more than 3, which indicates that the ethanol and the hydrogen peroxide have good sterilization synergistic performance, and the principle should be as follows: the hydrogen peroxide is subjected to heterolysis to generate molecular oxygen, which permeates into bacteria (viruses) to generate a de-electron reaction on proteins and generates a high-efficiency synergistic effect with the denaturation of ethanol molecules on the proteins, so that the protein denaturation and death processes of the bacteria (viruses) are greatly accelerated, the time is shortened, and the efficiency is greatly improved.
However, it was found that hydrogen peroxide, an active ingredient thereof, has poor stability when used, and is rapidly decomposed in the presence of metal ions, impurities, heat, etc., thereby significantly reducing the effective content and reducing the sterilization effect. The inventor finds that the stability of the effective component hydrogen peroxide can be obviously improved and the degradation caused by the external influence can be reduced by adding inorganic phosphate or organic phosphate into the disinfectant through a great deal of creative research.
Preferably, the skin disinfectant is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
40-80 vol% of ethanol, 1-2 wt% of hydrogen peroxide, 0.02-0.5 wt% of a stabilizer, 0-0.4 wt% of a forming agent, 0.5-1 wt% of a synergist, 0-0.2 wt% of a pH regulator and the balance of water.
More preferably, the skin disinfectant is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
60 vol% of ethanol, 1 wt% of hydrogen peroxide, 0.02 wt% of stabilizer, 0.36 wt% of forming agent, 0.5 wt% of synergist, 0.2 wt% of pH regulator and the balance of water.
Further, the inorganic phosphate includes phosphate, metaphosphate, pyrophosphate.
Still further, the organophosphates include hydroxyethylidene diphosphonate (HEDP), aminotrimethylene phosphonic Acid (ATMP).
Further, the synergist is azone.
Further, the azone is water soluble azone or oil soluble azone.
The azone can effectively promote the perforation, irregular breakage and content expansion of the cell wall of the bacteria (virus) and promote the death of the bacteria (virus). The inventor finds that the sterilization effect of the disinfectant can be obviously improved by compounding ethanol, hydrogen peroxide and azone, and the quantitative killing test of the suspension of staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and escherichia coli in 1min meets the killing log value of the disinfectant being more than 5.
Further, the forming agent is polyacrylic acid, polyacrylate salt or cellulose thickening agent.
Still further, the pH adjuster is citric acid, sodium hydroxide, phosphoric acid, or triethanolamine.
The skin disinfectant can be prepared into liquid spray, gel and other dosage forms, and is used for disinfecting human skin, animal skin and the like in hospitals, civilian use and public places.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the disinfectant for skin, which comprises the following steps:
adding the stabilizer into water, stirring for dissolving, adding ethanol, hydrogen peroxide, forming agent and synergist, stirring and mixing to be uniform, and adjusting pH to obtain the final product.
Further, the pH value is adjusted to be 3-7.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the skin disinfectant disclosed by the invention comprises the components of ethanol, hydrogen peroxide, a stabilizer, a synergist and the like, and the ethanol, the hydrogen peroxide and the synergist can synergistically improve the sterilization effect on staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and escherichia coli, so that the sterilization effect is strong; the inorganic phosphate or organic phosphate stabilizer can reduce the effective content reduction of the hydrogen peroxide caused by external factors and obviously improve the stability of the hydrogen peroxide; the disinfectant has the advantages of no toxicity, no odor, low irritation, etc., and is suitable for disinfecting and cleaning skin surface.
