Abstract
The invention discloses a disinfection cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof. The disinfection cleaning agent comprises the following components: alkyl glycoside surfactant, succinic acid, hydrogen peroxide and methylsulfonic acid. In the disinfection cleaning agent, on the premise that succinic acid is used as a stabilizer, methanesulfonic acid is used as a hydrogen peroxide synergist, so that the stability and the high efficiency of the disinfection and sterilization effect are ensured; the alkyl glycoside surfactant is used as a cleaning main agent, has low surface tension, good detergency, good solubility, good compatibility with skin, no toxicity, no stimulation and rapid and complete biodegradation. Besides the respective effects, the sterilizing agent and the cleaning surfactant have the effect of obviously enhancing the cleaning effect, and the components complement each other and have the synergistic effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field related to disinfection, sterilization and cleaning, in particular to a disinfection cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Traditional disinfectants such as alcohol, chlorine-containing disinfectants, peroxides can inactivate viruses. However, the traditional chemical disinfectant has certain toxicity and strong irritation, is easy to damage skin tissues, respiratory systems and the like after long-term use, and can damage the environment in the production and use processes. There is also a safety risk in the use of chemical disinfectants in large quantities, and there is a risk of explosion initiation in public areas where large quantities of disinfectants such as alcohol are sprayed. Disinfectants containing chlorine or peroxides also present residual problems, with potential risks to both humans and the environment.
The ideal disinfectant has the advantages of wide sterilization spectrum, strong sterilization capability, high action speed, good stability, low toxicity, corrosiveness and small irritation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a more environmentally effective viral disinfectant.
Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows:
a disinfecting detergent is provided.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of the disinfection cleaning agent is provided.
The third technical problem to be solved by the invention is:
the application of the disinfection cleaning agent.
In order to solve the first technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the disinfection cleaning agent comprises the following components:
alkyl glycoside surfactant, succinic acid, hydrogen peroxide and methylsulfonic acid.
According to the embodiments of the present invention, one of the technical solutions has at least one of the following advantages or beneficial effects:
the alkyl glycoside surfactant is a nonionic surfactant made from renewable plant raw materials. Has no stimulation to human body, extremely low toxicity and quick biodegradation; the surface tension is low, the detergency is good, the solubility is good, and the mildness of the formula can be obviously improved; has good compatibility with skin, no toxicity, no irritation and rapid and complete biodegradation.
The succinic acid is a good performing chelating agent. In the process of chelating metal impurity ions, the hydrogen peroxide is helped to be stable and not to be catalytically decomposed, and the storage time of cargoes is prolonged.
The hydrogen peroxide is used as a main agent for disinfection and sterilization, and is used as a natural compound in the earth atmosphere, hydrogen peroxide (H) 2 O 2 ) The environment-friendly water purifier has more sustainable performance, is safer on the surface, does not leave any residues when nontoxic components are decomposed into water and oxygen, and meets the severe requirements of various environmental protection certification.
The methylsulfonic acid is a stabilizer. The introduction of the methylsulfonic acid can enhance the disinfection and sterilization activity of the hydrogen peroxide and shorten the disinfection time of the hydrogen peroxide.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the alkyl glycoside surfactant comprises APG0810.APG0810 is one of the alkyl glycoside surfactants.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-0.3 part of alkyl glycoside surfactant, 0.2-0.5 part of succinic acid, 1-3 parts of hydrogen peroxide and 0.1-0.5 part of methanesulfonic acid.
Under the weight parts, the disinfection cleaning agent disclosed by the invention can achieve the optimal sterilization effect and the optimal stability.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the mass concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is 25% -27.5%.
The concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is too low, so that viruses cannot be killed within 1 minute, and when the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is too high, the stability of a disinfection cleaning agent system can be damaged, and based on the fact that the mass concentration of the hydrogen peroxide in the disinfection cleaning agent is 25% -27.5%, the high efficiency of disinfection and sterilization effects and the stability of disinfection and sterilization are guaranteed.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the composition further comprises the following components in parts by weight:

test examples
The test example tests 7 tables and stools of isolation rooms of novel coronavirus infectors respectively for the disinfection cleaning agent prepared in the examples 1-3 and the cleaning agent prepared in the comparative examples 1-4. The disinfection cleaner prepared in the invention examples 1-3 was stored in a warehouse for more than one year for testing. Specifically:
test microorganism: staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, covd-19 virus.
1. The test basis is as follows:
staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli are subjected to the sanitary standard of disposable sanitary products according to GB 15979-2002;
the COVID-19 virus is in accordance with WS/T775-2021 standard;
the instrument comprises normal-temperature trigger spraying, and detects the antibacterial effect of the stock solution on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli for 1 minute according to the practical use condition.
2. Test materials and methods:
detection conditions: culturing Staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and COVID-19 virus, collecting culture solution, and spraying the above microorganism onto the table and chair.
Wherein the bacterial culture temperature is 36+/-1 ℃; the culture period is 72 hours;
the fungus culture temperature is 28+/-1 ℃; the incubation period was 72 hours.
The COVID-19 virus was cultured in the BSL-3 laboratory under the condition of WS/T775-2021, which was commissioned to perform the novel experiment for coronavirus culture.
In each of the above tables and chairs sprayed with the above microorganisms, 7 squares of equal area were taken, and the disinfecting cleaners of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were sprayed into the squares, respectively, and the cleanliness and antibacterial rate of the squares were tested after 1 minute.
