Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfectant preparation, in particular to a multifunctional cleaning disinfectant and a preparation method thereof. The multifunctional cleaning disinfectant is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-5 parts of biosurfactant, 0.1-3 parts of biological enzyme, 0.1-3 parts of cosolvent, 0.1-6 parts of bactericide, 0.1-3 parts of auxiliary agent and 50-100 parts of water. According to the invention, through the addition of various components such as biosurfactant, biostatic enzyme, modern high-efficiency nano silver ions and the like, the technical effects of high-efficiency cleaning, quick sterilization, green, convenience, harmless residue, safety and environmental protection are achieved, and the sanitation, safety and normal logistics supply of outdoor food of troops can be effectively guaranteed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfectant preparation, in particular to a multifunctional cleaning disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cleaning disinfectant is widely applied to different places such as restaurants, hospitals, schools and the like, and has very positive and effective effects on human health and sanitation. The cleaning and disinfecting liquid is roughly divided into the following parts by distinguishing from the disinfecting components: oxygenates, aldehydes, phenols, alcohols, bases, salts, halogens, surfactants; generally, the cleaning agent is classified into three main types, i.e., an aqueous cleaning agent, a semi-aqueous cleaning agent and a non-aqueous cleaning agent. Most of the cleaning disinfectant used in daily life belongs to a water-based cleaning agent, and an ideal cleaning disinfectant needs to have strong decontamination capability and is environment-friendly, convenient to use for cleaning and disinfection and harmless to human health, and a cleaned water body is easy to purify and meets the safety and environment-friendly standard.
The common chemical disinfectant utilizes chemical drugs to permeate into the body of bacteria, so that mycoprotein coagulates and denaturates, the activity of bacterial enzyme is interfered, the metabolism and growth of the bacteria are inhibited or the structure of a bacterial membrane is damaged, the permeability of the bacteria is changed, the physiological function of the bacteria is damaged, and the like, thereby achieving the purposes of disinfection and sterilization. However, the use effect of many chemical disinfectants is poor due to the problems of safety and health, environmental residual pollution and microbial drug resistance caused by chemicals, and the chemical disinfectants cause damage to the environment, so that people often have a lot of concerns and dissatisfaction when using the disinfectants.
Therefore, the technical problem that needs to be solved by the technical staff in the field is how to provide a disinfectant solution with good sterilizing effect and no harm to human body and environment so as to solve the technical problems of high residue of chemical disinfectants and damage to human environment in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multifunctional cleaning disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, and the multifunctional cleaning disinfectant achieves the technical effects of efficient cleaning, rapid sterilization, green, convenience, no harm to residue, safety and environmental protection by adding various components such as biological surface active factors, biological antibacterial enzymes, modern efficient nano silver ions and the like, and can effectively guarantee the food sanitation safety and the normal logistics supply of personnel in the field.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the invention provides a multifunctional cleaning disinfectant, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-5 parts of biosurfactant, 0.1-3 parts of biological enzyme, 0.1-3 parts of cosolvent, 0.1-6 parts of bactericide, 0.1-3 parts of auxiliary agent and 50-100 parts of water.
Preferably, the biosurfactant is one or more of rhamnolipid, sophorolipid, algal glycolipid and sucrose ester.
Preferably, the biological enzyme is one or more of lipase, protease and lysozyme.
Preferably, the dissolution promoter is one or more of N-alkyl glucamide, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl glycoside, polyoxypropylene block polymer and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate.
Preferably, the bactericide is one or more of nano silver ions, hydrogen peroxide, 8-hydroxyquinoline and dodecylamine ethyl glycine.
Preferably, the adjuvant is one or more of lactic acid, acetic acid, sodium gluconate, sodium citrate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and cyclodextrin.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the multifunctional cleaning disinfectant, which mixes the biosurfactant, the biological enzyme, the cosolvent, the bactericide, the auxiliary agent and water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the biological enzyme, the biological surfactant and the bactericide are compounded, so that the synergistic effect is achieved, the cleaning permeability of the cleaning agent and the disinfection and sterilization effects of the bactericide can be effectively enhanced, and the purposes of efficient cleaning and sterilization, environmental protection, health, safety, convenience and harmlessness are achieved.
