TABLE 3
The result of an antibacterial test on common pathogenic bacteria of aquatic organisms shows that the folium artemisiae argyi volatile oil has the best antibacterial effect on pseudomonas fluorescens and Aeromonas hydrophila, and the MIC is 0.5 mu L/mL; the antibacterial agent also has certain antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and parahaemolyticus, and the MIC of the antibacterial agent is 1 muL/mL; the bactericidal effect on Klebsiella oxytoca and Myxococcus coides is slightly weak, and the MIC is 2 muL/mL. The results show that the volatile oil of Artemisia princeps Pampanini can effectively inhibit 6 common pathogenic bacteria of aquatic organisms, and the results are shown in Table 4
TABLE 4 MIC and MBC determination results of folium Artemisiae Argyi volatile oil on 6 common pathogenic bacteria of aquatic organisms/(uL/mL)
TABLE 4
The difference between the air spraying of the folium artemisiae argyi extract and the disinfection of ultraviolet rays in the gynecological ward is as follows:
compared with the moxa extract before disinfection, the number of bacterial colonies in the air of a ward is remarkably reduced (P is less than 0.01 or 0.05) 30 minutes to 12 hours after the high-dose disinfection of the moxa extract, the number of bacterial colonies in the air of the ward is remarkably reduced by less than 0.05 in 30 minutes after the low-dose disinfection, and the sterilization rate of 20.9 percent is still obtained after 12 hours; 30 minutes after ultraviolet disinfection, the bacterial colony number in the air of the ward is obviously reduced (P is less than 0.05), but the sterilizing effect disappears after 12 hours. The effect of the moxa extract on air disinfection of the ward is better than that of ultraviolet disinfection.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
