Description

Cleaning composition containing biological enzyme and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological enzyme, and particularly relates to a cleaning composition containing biological enzyme and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cleaning agent is a general name of cleaning products used for washing clothes, cleaning tools, cleaning furniture and the like, and becomes an indispensable daily chemical product in daily life. In order to ensure good cleaning effect, the cleaning agent used in daily life usually contains inedible components, the content of the surfactant is high, part of chemical components contained in the cleaning agent are easy to generate irritation to human skin and the like, the biodegradation degree of the cleaning agent is low, and environmental pollution is easy to cause. The safety of the existing daily chemical cleaning agent is not ideal enough, and if people or animals eat the cleaning agent by mistake, the health of the people or animals can be affected, and even the personal safety is harmed.
The biosurfactant is a metabolite with certain surface activity secreted by microorganisms in a metabolic process under certain conditions, such as glycolipid, polysaccharide lipid, lipopeptide or neutral lipid derivative. Although the biosurfactant product has the advantages of good performance, safety, environmental protection and easy degradation, the industrial production of the biosurfactant product is still in the initial stage, the production cost and the application cost are higher, the global dosage of the biosurfactant is less than 2 percent of the global dosage of all the biosurfactants, and the industrial application of the biosurfactant product in the daily chemical field is limited to a certain extent.
For example, patent No. cn201811198188.x discloses a cleaning composition, its application and a cleaning agent, the composition contains a chelating agent, a polymer containing polyoxyethylene ether chain segment, a defoaming agent, a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant, and further contains a complex enzyme, the complex enzyme contains at least two enzymes of protease, lipase, amylase and cellulase. However, the content of the surfactant in the invention is high, which reaches more than 15 percent, even more than 30 percent, and the safety and environmental protection are still to be studied. And patent CN201810039671.7 discloses a biodegradable environment-friendly glass cleaning solution, which comprises: 3-8 parts of biological surfactant, 0.1-0.5 part of biological enzyme compound agent, 1-5 parts of biological corrosion inhibitor, 50-80 parts of water and 10-40 parts of freezing point depressant, wherein the biological enzyme compound agent contains at least one of protease, lipase, amylase, cellulase, pectinase, catalase and lysozyme, and the cleaning solution can completely realize biodegradation, has zero pollution to the environment, is almost harmless to human, animals and plants and the like, and is safe and environment-friendly. However, the invention does not further examine the safety, bacteriostasis and oil stain removal capability of the related cleaning solution.
Therefore, aiming at the problems of high surfactant content, poor safety and environmental protection and the like of related cleaning products in the prior art, the search for a cleaning composition with low surfactant content, safety and environmental protection is of great significance.

Second, bacteriostatic test
The test method comprises the following steps: carrying out bacteriostatic performance test according to the method in GB 9985 + 2000 detergent for washing tableware by hand, and counting the results to table 2;
the test substance: the compositions containing the biological enzymes and the commercial detergents in each example were diluted 10-fold and tested, for 9 samples in 9 groups.
Table 2 bacteriostatic test results of the compositions of the present invention
Figure BDA0003346715860000071
Figure BDA0003346715860000081
The above table shows that the composition has good antibacterial effect, the antibacterial rate of the diluted composition on staphylococcus aureus reaches more than 98.2%, the antibacterial rate on candida albicans reaches more than 97.3%, the antibacterial rate on escherichia coli reaches more than 98.2%, and the composition is obviously superior to the detergent sold in the market.
Third, oil stain removal performance test on hard object surface
The test method comprises the following steps: the surface of the model hard object was a 10cm × 10cm glass plate, and before use, all the glass plates were washed with chloroform and sufficiently dried, and the initial mass (m) was recorded0) About 0.1g of oil stain (to the nearest 0.0001g) was applied and used after aging in an oven at 60 ℃ overnight. Drying at room temperature for 4h, recording the weight as m1. Washing treatment: in a decontamination machine, 9 test articles (product in each example of the invention and commercial detergent 98.1) were prepared, one set of wash water corresponding to one set of glass plates was soaked in wash water at 30 ℃ for 1min and washed for 2.5min, then the dishes were taken out and dried for 4h, the recorded weight m2. The average stain removal per group was calculated: the removal efficiency of the oil stain was calculated by the following formula, and the results are shown in Table 3.
The test substance: tap water containing 0.1% of the composition containing the biological enzyme in each example, 8 samples in 8 groups;
