Abstract
The invention relates to a detergent, in particular to a dry powder detergent. The invention provides a dry powder detergent, aiming at solving the problem that the existing liquid detergent contains benzoic acid preservative which is harmful to human body. The dry powder detergent comprises salt, soda powder, baking soda, edible alum and flour. The dry powder detergent provided by the invention is prepared from natural raw materials, does not contain benzoic acid preservative, and is environment-friendly and free of toxic and side effects.

Background
The existing liquid detergent for cleaning vegetables and fruits usually contains sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate surfactant, benzoic acid preservative and the like, which are harmful to human bodies.
