Abstract

The invention discloses a kitchen cleaner, which comprises alkali, an acid-alkali buffer, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, edible alcohol and a tea extract; wherein the alkali is one or two of edible sodium carbonate or edible sodium bicarbonate; the acid-base buffer is one or two of sodium citrate and sodium gluconate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1: mixing alkali, acid-base buffer and tea extract at a certain ratio, and stirring; step 2: mixing anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant at a certain ratio, adding edible alcohol, and stirring; and step 3: and (3) adding the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) into the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain the kitchen cleaner. The invention has simple preparation components and easy preparation method. The saponification effect of the soda ash is utilized to play a role in cleaning oil stains, and the free alkalinity of the cleaning solution is reduced due to the buffering principle of the acid-base buffering agent, so that the effect of protecting the human skin during manual cleaning is achieved, the application range of the cleaning agent is expanded, and the COD (chemical oxygen demand) discharge can be reduced.

Description

Kitchen detergent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning agent, in particular to a cleaning agent for kitchen tableware and kitchenware.
Background
Kitchen cleaners for hand washing, which are commonly used in the market at present, are generally in liquid state. In the national standard GB9985-2000 of dishwashing detergents, the total active matter content is more than or equal to 15 percent, which is equivalent to the total amount of all surfactants in the dishwashing detergents being more than or equal to 15 percent. Because kitchen tableware and kitchen ware are relatively high in oiliness, in order to achieve certain cleanliness, the content of various surfactants added in the cleaning agent is generally more than 15%, and all the surfactants are one of the reasons for improving the COD value, so that the removal capacity of oil stains is enhanced due to the increase of the content of the surfactants, the COD value content in sewage is improved, the difficulty of sewage treatment in the later period is increased, and the environmental protection is not facilitated.
The currently used liquid detergent is to strip off the greasy dirt by means of emulsification and osmosis of active agent. The molecules of the oil stain are not chemically changed per se, but are only changed in physical form. If the oil stain is removed by strong alkali, the hand skin of a person is easily injured.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a cleanser with low surfactant content, which has strong degreasing ability, no harm to skin and low COD discharge, and can remove oil stains mainly by saponification.
The adopted technical scheme is as follows:
kitchen detergent including alkali, acid-base buffer, anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, edible alcohol, and tea extract; wherein the alkali is one or two of sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate; the acid-base buffer is one or two of sodium citrate and sodium gluconate.
The preparation steps are as follows:
step 1: mixing alkali, acid-base buffer and tea extract at a certain ratio, and stirring;
step 2: mixing anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant at a certain ratio, adding edible alcohol, and stirring;
and step 3: and (3) adding the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) into the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain the kitchen cleaner.
Further, in the step 1, the content of the alkali is 65-75%, and the content of the acid-base buffering agent is 10-30%.
Further, in step 1, 0.1-2% of tea extract is also added.
Further, in the step 2, the content of the anionic surfactant is 1-3%; the nonionic surfactant is 1-3%.
Further, the anionic surfactant is SAS; the nonionic surfactant is an alkyl glycoside.
Further, the content of the added edible alcohol in the step 2 is 0.1-3%.
The kitchen detergent is powder, and can be dissolved in water completely by a quantitative spoon according to the amount of tableware and the like. The invention achieves the effects of efficiently and quickly stripping the oil stain by the saponification action of alkali and the oil stain and the permeation and wetting action of a small amount of surfactant, changes partial oil into grease, and leads the natural degradation process to be faster than that of emulsified and stripped oil, thereby achieving the effects of protecting the environment and reducing the burden of wastewater treatment. Meanwhile, the used surfactant accounts for 4-6% of the total mass of the formula, and is far lower than the surfactant in the washing liquid on the market by more than or equal to 15% (GB9985-2000), and the dosage of the surfactant in the invention is less, so that the COD of the kitchen discharged sewage in the whole society is reduced, the social environment is protected, and the effect brought by reducing the wastewater treatment cost is obvious.
The sodium carbonate is high in alkalinity, and when the sodium carbonate is manually contacted with a sodium carbonate solution, grease on the surface of the skin can fall off, so that the skin of the hand is cracked. The invention adds high-efficiency acid-base buffering agent, so that the free alkalinity of the sodium carbonate can only saponify the oil stain on the tableware without stripping the grease on the surface of the skin under the artificial regulation and control, thereby achieving the effect of protecting the skin. The acid-base buffering agent is food-grade sodium citrate and food-grade sodium gluconate, and is harmless to human body and environment. The pH of the cleaning agent is 10.5 at 2.5%, 10.4 at 5%, and the requirement of GB9985-2000 is 4-10.5.
When the tableware is rinsed by water, the surfactant can adsorb an adsorption layer of 1-2 microns on the surface of the tableware and the surface of the cleaning cloth, so that the cleaning purity is reduced, and the consumption of rinsing water is increased, thereby wasting water resources. In the invention, a small amount of edible alcohol is added to be used as an eluent of the surfactant, so that the cleaning effect is improved, and water is saved. The addition of the tea extract has the function of sterilization, and the storage stability and the use safety of the cleaning agent are improved.
The preparation method is simple, and the prepared powder has stable and reliable performance and convenient operation.
