Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to a laundry detergent with an anti-bacterial function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people and the pursuit of green, environment-friendly and healthy life, the requirements of consumers on washing products are higher and higher, including higher requirements on the cleanness and sanitation degree of clothes contacted with the consumers, and the requirements on softness, no dirt and no pathogenic bacteria on the surfaces of the clothes are met. Correspondingly, the sterilizing and disinfecting washing products are developed rapidly, and the products generally introduce bactericides into the washing products to endow the washing products with antibacterial action.
The types of the bactericides are various, and the bactericidal effect is determined by the bactericidal components and the dosage. At present, the main sterilization components used in the sterilization and disinfection products are chlorine, peroxy, phenols, aldehydes, ethers, quaternary ammonium salts and the like. In view of the characteristics of non-corrosiveness, non-irritation, non-toxic and non-side effects and the like of washing products, the selection of the bactericide also strictly follows the principles of green, safety and environmental protection.
As a novel environment-friendly disinfectant, the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant has extremely strong sterilization and bacteriostasis performance, broad spectrum, high efficiency, long validity period, no toxic or side effect, no corrosiveness and irritation, safe use, degradability under natural environment, environmental friendliness and no pollution, and is a novel disinfecting component which is widely concerned in recent years.
The quaternary ammonium salt bactericide includes single-chain and double-chain quaternary ammonium salt, one end of which has positive electricity and the other end of which is long-chain fatty alkane/arene, and belongs to cationic surface active disinfection components. The sterilization mechanism is that the quaternary ammonium salt unit with positive charge is adsorbed on the surface of the bacteria with negative charge, the long-chain alkyl/aryl unit is combined with the substance on the lipoid layer of the cell as a lipophilic group, so that the cell wall and cell membrane structure of the bacteria is damaged, the permeability of the cell is changed, the substance in the cell is leaked, the activity of the related enzyme is inhibited, and the protein is denatured, so that the bacteria are killed.
The quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent has good antibacterial effect and is widely applied, certain bacteria generate certain drug resistance to the quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent, and the existing solution is that the adding amount of the antibacterial agent is increased to achieve the purpose of high-efficiency antibacterial, which is obviously not a good solution. Therefore, the laundry detergent with the antibacterial function and the preparation method thereof are provided.
