Description

Compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for livestock and poultry and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfection, in particular to a compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for livestock and poultry and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of intensive breeding industry, the disinfectant is used for disinfecting livestock and the surrounding environment to kill pathogens and cut off the infection path, and the disinfectant becomes an important measure for preventing and controlling the epidemic of the livestock and poultry infectious diseases.
Under the current trend of higher and higher intensification degree, diseases of the breeding farm are more and more complicated, and the problem of animal epidemic disease prevention and treatment is very prominent. The occurrence of epidemic diseases in large-scale farms is often the result of a multi-factor combination effect, but the most important of the epidemic diseases is caused by invasion and diffusion of pathogenic microorganisms in the external environment or pollution and diffusion of pathogenic microorganisms of animals in the farms. Effective disinfection is one of important measures for stopping and reducing pathogens in the environment of a farm, cutting off epidemic disease transmission ways and preventing and controlling infectious diseases of the farm. However, the disinfectants commonly used at present, such as bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite, peroxide, phenols, formaldehyde and the like, have common defects, such as poor stability, strong corrosivity, strong irritation and the like, and some disinfectants are harmful to human bodies and even have carcinogenic effect.
Therefore, the development of low-toxicity and high-efficiency compound disinfectants is a necessary development trend.

Evaluation of Performance
1. Sterilization and disinfection Capacity test
The compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for livestock and poultry provided by the embodiments 1 to 8 is subjected to a carrier soaking quantitative sterilization test, and experimental bacteria are respectively staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538), escherichia coli (8099) and candida albicans (ATCC 10231). The formulated solutions obtained in examples 1-8 were each added to a sterile plate in an amount of 5.0mL for one pellet. Preheating for 5min on a water bath at the temperature of 19-21 ℃, and then adding the bacterial tablets. After a certain time of action, the bacterial slices are moved into a test tube filled with 5.0mL of neutralizer, and the neutralization action is carried out for 10 min. The tube was tapped 80 times to elute the pellet and mixed well. 5.0mL of eluent is taken as viable bacteria for counting, and the killing rate is calculated. The results obtained are shown in table 1.
