Description

Aldehyde disinfectant
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfectants, in particular to an aldehyde disinfectant.
Background
Disinfectant means a formulation that kills pathogenic microorganisms in a transmission medium, thereby rendering it harmless. At present, the disinfectant in the market is various in types, and different disinfectants have different disinfection efficacies. In order to overcome the defect of single component, improve the disinfection effect and meet the requirements of broad spectrum, high efficiency, proper cost and the like of an ideal disinfectant as much as possible, most of the disinfectants in the market are compound disinfectants.
Glutaraldehyde is aldehyde disinfectant, and can kill bacteria propagule, spore, fungus and virus. Decamethyl ammonium bromide is a double-long-chain cationic surfactant, and quaternary ammonium cations of the decamethyl ammonium bromide can actively attract negatively charged bacteria and viruses and cover the surfaces of the negatively charged bacteria and viruses, so that the bacterial metabolism is blocked, and the permeability of a membrane is changed. The glutaraldehyde and the ammonium decamethylammonium bromide are compounded for use, so that the glutaraldehyde can easily enter bacteria and viruses, the protein and the enzyme activity are damaged, and the quick and efficient disinfection effect is achieved.
A glutaraldehyde decamethylammonium bromide compound disinfectant is available on the market, the concentration of the disinfectant is that each 100mL contains 5g of glutaraldehyde and 5g of decamethylammonium bromide, and the disinfectant is mainly used for disinfecting farms, public places and equipment instruments. Before use, the disinfectant is diluted by water according to a certain proportion, disinfected in a conventional environment, diluted by water according to the proportion of 1: 2000-4000 and sprayed; when epidemic diseases occur, the environment is disinfected, and the disinfectant and water are diluted according to the proportion of 1: 500-1000 and then sprayed. Disinfecting instruments and equipment, and diluting and soaking the instruments and the equipment with disinfectant and water according to the proportion of 1: 1500-3000.
However, the disinfectant has irritant odor and poor stability, and can be separated, suspended and turbid after long-term storage, and the sterilization effect is reduced when the disinfectant is used again.
