Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sanitary cleaning products, and particularly relates to a novel quick no-wash disinfectant.
Background
The hand is the most frequent part of the human body contacting the outside, is very easy to be infected with various bacteria in daily work and life, and is especially in the environments of hospitals and the like with a large amount of pathogenic microorganisms. The hand is the most frequent part of the human body contacting the outside, and is very easy to be infected with various bacteria in daily work and life, especially in the environments of hospitals and the like with a large amount of pathogenic microorganisms. Medical staff can not be polluted by pathogenic microorganisms in medical treatment and nursing work, and pathogenic bacteria infection is easily caused if the hand disinfection work is not done. In order to control the occurrence of nosocomial infection, the people pay more and more attention to the hand disinfection work of medical staff and are emphasizing the hand hygiene regulation work of the medical staff, so that the hand disinfection product has stable and long-term requirements in medical institutions. In the aspect of daily life, due to the improvement of the living level of people, the awareness of health and the prevention of diseases are gradually improved, especially infectious atypical pneumonia, avian influenza, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, influenza A H1N1 and novel coronary pneumonia are experienced, people have good awareness of the application of disinfectants, and the market demand of hand disinfection products is increased. In particular, the demand of people engaged in financial work (such as bank personnel and cashiers) and tourists for sterilizing the hand products is greatly increased. The investigation data shows that the qualification rate of the bacterial contamination condition of the banknote counting fingers of bank tellers is only 36.25 percent; after 3000 banknote counting, the number of the thumb, the middle finger, the index finger and the bacteria carrying number of the cashier increases by 37 times than before banknote counting. It can be seen that the demand population for disinfecting solutions is enormous.
At present, hand sanitizer on the market is various, but most of the hand sanitizer has obvious sterilization effect on certain bacteria, has single sterilization effect, does not have the capability of killing difficult viruses, and simultaneously has no universality. After being used, a plurality of products easily generate irritation to the skin of a user, especially the skin of the user can be damaged when the hand washing frequency is frequent or the hand washing frequency is long-term used, so that the skin of the user is dry, cracked, itchy and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects and provides the hand-washing-free disinfectant which is convenient to use, remarkable in disinfection and sterilization effect and free of irritation.
In order to overcome the defects in the background art, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the novel quick washing-free disinfectant comprises the following components of 500-600L Kg of ethanol, 50-150L Kg of propanol, 30-70L Kg of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 20-40L Kg of 1, 3-butanediol, 2-6Kg of glycerol, 3-8Kg of phosphoric acid, 2-4Kg of hydrogen peroxide and 120 liters of deionized water.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ethanol is 75% -95% of the specification.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the propanol is of 75% to 99% specification.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the 1, 2-propanediol is at least 99% of specification.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the 1, 3-butanediol is in a specification of 99% or more
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the glycerol is in the range of 70% to 90%.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the phosphoric acid is 50% to 85% of the specification.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hydrogen peroxide is 10% to 30% of specification.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the sterilization agent can effectively kill various bacteria, has broad spectrum and remarkable sterilization effect, can effectively kill various bacteria within the action range, such as aeromonas, staphylococcus, corynebacterium, klebsiella, haemolyticus, streptococcus pneumoniae, escherichia coli and pathogenic saccharomycetes, can effectively avoid the disease probability of patients or medical staff, is convenient to use and carry, can clean both hands anytime and anywhere, can quickly sterilize through the mixing of various alcohols, and effectively reduces the cross infection in public places;
2. the hand cream can completely eliminate bacteria and viruses of the skin, multiple raw materials are mixed and matched, the raw materials are scientifically prepared, the advantages of the raw materials are complementary, and the moisture and skin care ingredients such as glycerol are added by utilizing the mutual synergy or resistance effect of the raw materials, so that the stimulation to the skin is reduced, the skin is nourished, and the hand is kept moist;
3. the invention does not add any coloring agent or flavoring agent, has no toxicity or stimulation to normal skin, and is safe and efficient;
4. the reasonable proportioning of the raw materials ensures that the interaction of the raw materials is stable, thereby realizing the quality guarantee for 24 months.
