After sampling, cutting a sampling end of a cotton swab into a diluent tube by using scissors in a sterile operation mode to serve as a positive control group; then, disinfecting the right hand for 1min by adopting skin-nourishing hand-washing-free disinfection gel liquid, replacing diluent with neutralization liquid after disinfection, sampling natural bacteria remained on the right hand of the subject once by the same method as a positive control group, taking the natural bacteria as an experimental group, culturing after sampling, and culturing at 37 ℃ for 48h to observe the final result.

The table shows that the skin-nourishing hand-washing-free disinfection gel liquid prepared by the invention has a good effect of killing microorganisms, and meanwhile, the skin-nourishing hand-washing-free disinfection gel liquid prepared by the invention does not cause hand chap and allergy of medical care personnel in the using process and has excellent quality.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art can implement the present invention in other embodiments according to the disclosure of the present invention, or make simple changes or modifications on the design structure and idea of the present invention, and fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The skin-nourishing hand-washing-free disinfection gel liquid is characterized in that:
comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-10 parts of sophora flavescens extract, 0.1-1 part of double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, 0.01-1 part of single-chain quaternary ammonium salt, 1-20 parts of beta cyclodextrin derivative, 0.1-1 part of nonionic surfactant, 0.5-2 parts of plant gel, 0.5-3 parts of vitamin, 0.0001-0.001 part of essence and 70-95 parts of water.

The gel liquid for nourishing skin and disinfecting hands without washing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the double-chain quaternary ammonium salt of the no-clean hand disinfection gel liquid with the function of nourishing the skin comprises at least one of double-C alkyl quaternary ammonium bromide salt and double-C alkyl quaternary ammonium chloride salt.

The gel liquid for nourishing skin and disinfecting hands without washing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the single-chain quaternary ammonium salt of the skin-nourishing no-wash hand disinfection gel solution comprises at least one of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide, octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, cyano quaternary ammonium salt, polyazacyclo quaternary ammonium salt and polyquaternary ammonium salt.

The gel liquid for nourishing skin and disinfecting hands without washing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the skin-nourishing no-wash hand disinfection gel liquid betacyclodextrin derivative contains at least one of hydroxypropyl betacyclodextrin, sulfobutyl betacyclodextrin, methyl betacyclodextrin and hydroxybutyl betacyclodextrin.
5. The gel liquid for nourishing skin and disinfecting hands without washing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the disinfectant gel solution vitamin with the function of nourishing the skin comprises vitamin E and vitamin B6.

The gel liquid for nourishing skin and disinfecting hands without washing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the non-ionic surfactant of the gel liquid for washing-free hand disinfection with skin nourishing function comprises at least one of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester.

The gel liquid for nourishing skin, no-washing and disinfecting hands as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein: the non-washing hand disinfection gel liquid plant gel capable of nourishing skin comprises one or a mixture of more of guar gum, peach gum, chitosan, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, Arabic gum and quaternary ammonium salt guar gum.

The gel liquid for nourishing skin and disinfecting hands without washing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the skin-nourishing washing-free disinfection gel liquid plant gel bitter extract comprises the following steps: adding into deionized water 5-8 times its weight, decocting at 85-96 deg.C for 2-3 times, filtering, mixing filtrates, and separating the extract with ion exchange resin.
9. The method for preparing the gel liquid for nourishing skin, washing free and disinfecting hands as claimed in claim 1 or 8, wherein:
the method comprises the following steps:
1) mixing the raw materials and stirring uniformly;
2) standing for 50-80 minutes after the step 1);
3) and 2) obtaining the skin-nourishing hand-washing-free disinfection gel liquid.
