随着妈妈们对直接接触肌肤的婴儿湿纸巾的质量要求愈来愈高,市面上也出现了无乙醇抗菌湿纸巾,但是这些湿纸巾通常是将抗菌剂直接添加到湿纸巾中,使用者容易于湿纸巾中的抗菌剂直接接触。这种做法虽然可以确保抗菌效果,但是任然存在一定的不利影响。
而且,现有的湿纸巾的主体存在有效成分保留率低的问题,非常容易受到微生物生物侵害,导致纤维理化性能的劣化,影响婴儿的使用体验。
为此,本发明旨在提供一种安全舒适、抗菌效果稳定的婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾。

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种安全舒适、抗菌效果稳定的婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾。该婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾至少包括三层结构,上层水刺无纺布、下层水刺无纺布、中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布。通过将抗菌剂负载在粘胶无纺布上,并夹设在两层水刺无纺布之间,可以避免使用者直接与抗菌剂接触,减少抗菌剂对人体造成的不利影响。并利用水刺无纺布对抗菌剂的低保留率,可以保障整个湿纸巾的抗菌效果。

其中,水刺无纺布包括以下质量份的各个组分:木浆纤维50-100份、醋酸纤维50-100份、薄荷酰胺0.1-0.5份。
其中,中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布的本体包括以下质量份的各个组分:竹纤维30-50份、棉纤维20-30份、丝瓜络10-20份、表面活性剂聚乙烯亚胺1-3份。

相比于现有的抗菌湿纸巾,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过将抗菌剂负载在粘胶无纺布上,并夹设在两层水刺无纺布之间,可以避免使用者直接与抗菌剂接触,减少抗菌剂对人体造成的不利影响。在中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布层的制备过程中,添加了表面活性剂聚乙烯亚胺,利用表面活性剂聚乙烯亚胺对银离子的络合作用,使得银离子稳定负载在粘胶无纺布的表面。
2、抗菌湿纸巾中不含酒精、防腐剂等化学成分,无刺激性和致敏性,安全舒适性好。

一种婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾,所述婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾至少具有三层结构,其特征在于,所述三层结构包括上层水刺无纺布层、下层水刺无纺布层、中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布层。
其中,水刺无纺布包括以下质量份的各个组分:木浆纤维90份、醋酸纤维80份、薄荷酰胺0.2份;中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布的本体包括以下质量份的各个组分:竹纤维35份、棉纤维25份、丝瓜络20份、表面活性剂聚乙烯亚胺1份。
所述婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照比例将竹纤维、棉纤维、丝瓜络、表面活性剂依次经过粉碎、打磨、制浆,然后在湿法抄纸机上抄造、干燥制得湿纸巾半成品A,然后将该半成品A浸泡在银盐溶液中,利用表面活性剂聚乙烯亚胺对银离子的络合作用,使得银离子稳定负载在粘胶无纺布的表面,得到中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布层;
(2)按比例将木浆纤维、醋酸纤维薄荷酰胺混合打浆后,通过气流成网,水刺定型后制备而成水刺无纺布层;
(3)按照上层水刺无纺布层、中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布层、下层水刺无纺布层的层叠顺序将三层结构简单压印,得到婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾。

Claims (6)

1.一种婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾,所述婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾至少具有三层结构,其特征在于,所述三层结构包括上层水刺无纺布层、下层水刺无纺布层、中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾,其特征在于:水刺无纺布包括以下质量份的各个组分:木浆纤维50-100份、醋酸纤维50-100份、薄荷酰胺0.1-0.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾,其特征在于:中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布的本体包括以下质量份的各个组分:竹纤维30-50份、棉纤维20-30份、丝瓜络10-20份、表面活性剂聚乙烯亚胺1-3份。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的一种婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾,其特征在于:所述中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布层的制备方法包括如下步骤:
按照比例将竹纤维、棉纤维、丝瓜络、表面活性剂依次经过粉碎、打磨、制浆,然后在湿法抄纸机上抄造、干燥制得湿纸巾半成品A,然后将该半成品A浸泡在银盐溶液中,利用表面活性剂聚乙烯亚胺对银离子的络合作用,使得银离子稳定负载在粘胶无纺布的表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾,其特征在于:所述上层水刺无纺布层和/或下层水刺无纺布层中还包括芦荟、甘油等添加剂。
6.一种婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照比例将竹纤维、棉纤维、丝瓜络、表面活性剂依次经过粉碎、打磨、制浆,然后在湿法抄纸机上抄造、干燥制得湿纸巾半成品A,然后将该半成品A浸泡在银盐溶液中,利用表面活性剂聚乙烯亚胺对银离子的络合作用,使得银离子稳定负载在粘胶无纺布的表面,得到中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布层;
(2)按比例将木浆纤维、醋酸纤维薄荷酰胺混合打浆后,通过气流成网,水刺定型后制备而成水刺无纺布层;
(3)按照上层水刺无纺布层、中间含抗菌剂的粘胶无纺布层、下层水刺无纺布层的层叠顺序将三层结构简单压印,得到婴儿用清凉抗菌湿纸巾。
