背景技术
湿巾即用来擦拭皮肤的湿润的纸巾,市场上的湿巾大致可以分为两类,一类是本身被消毒,但不能消毒其他物品,里面含有护肤的成分,只能做皮肤的润肤保养;另一类是不仅本身被消毒,而且对别的物品也可起到消毒作用的消毒湿巾,可以用做皮肤擦伤、划伤等的消毒或杀菌,一般在包装上会注明消毒或杀菌的成分。
一般来说,优质湿巾多采用无纺布,以纵横网织水刺无纺布为最佳,质地柔软洁白,手感紧密厚实,劣质湿巾稀薄而易变形。在使用中,优质湿巾不会起毛,劣质湿巾则有明显起毛现象,对皮肤有刺激作用。
婴幼儿湿巾是专门给宝宝用的湿巾,和成人的湿巾相比,婴幼儿湿巾的要求相对更高,因为宝宝的皮肤是非常娇嫩的,很容易过敏。婴儿湿巾又分为普通湿巾和手口专用湿巾,普通婴儿湿巾通常用来擦宝宝的小屁屁,手口湿巾用来擦宝宝的嘴和手的。
目前,市场上售卖的婴幼儿湿巾虽然具有一定的保湿效果,但是其中通常含有一些对婴幼儿皮肤有害的化学药品,十分不环保。而且其不具有抗过敏功能和治疗皮肤瘙痒的功能。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供了一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾及其制备方法,用于解决背景技术中所提出的技术问题。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,包括湿巾载体和湿巾浸泡液;其制备方法为:将湿巾载体浸泡在湿巾浸泡液中浸泡5~8h,并向其中持续通入臭氧;然后将湿巾载体取出抽样送检,检验合格后装袋密封,即得婴幼儿用环保型湿巾成品。
更进一步地,所述湿巾载体的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a、准确取重量份为70~80份的亚麻纤维、13~20份的甲壳素纤维和8~15份的竹炭纤维,将其清洗干净后干燥处理;再经粉碎后得纤维长度为10~15mm的混合纤维;
b、将混合纤维铺网,按常规水刺法操作流程进行加固,烘干,得天然环保无纺布;
c、将步骤b中所得的无纺布切分成规定规格,即得湿巾载体。
更进一步地,所述湿巾浸泡液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
i、按照重量组分准确称取常春藤2.4~3.6份、野甘菊1.6~2.3份、酪梨2.5~3.4份、地肤子1.7~2.5份、兰花2.2~2.8份和木瓜1.3~2.5份,并分别对其进行粉碎处理,分别保存各组分,备用;
ii、将步骤i中所得的各组分粉末置于100~110份的去离子水中,并向其中加入复合酶,同时超声震荡30~50min,然后武火熬制40~60min后,再转文火熬制35~50min;所得记为混合药液;
iii、对步骤ii中所得的混合药液进行过滤处理,弃去药渣,保留滤液;再将称取好的3.5~5.6份甘油、2.5~4.3份海藻胶、1.8~2.5份胆汁醇酯、1.5~2.0份月见草油、0.4~0.8份保湿剂、0.3~0.6份抗菌剂和0.4~0.8份表面活性剂加入滤液中,升温至40~55℃,超声搅拌25~40min后,自然冷却至室温,即得湿巾浸泡液。
更进一步地,所述保湿剂选用三羟基甘氨酸、二甲基脯氨酸中的一种或两者的混合。
更进一步地,所述抗菌剂选用乳酸纳、苯扎氯胺中的一种或两者的混合。
更进一步地,所述表面活性剂选用聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、聚山梨酸酯中的一种或两者的混合。

采用上述的技术方案,本发明达到的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用常春藤、月见草油、海藻胶和兰花之间相互配伍,不仅能防止皮肤水分丧失,达到滋养细胞的目的。同时,还能达到保湿、促进细胞再生和强化皮肤新陈代谢的功能,使得婴幼儿的皮肤始终处于紧绷且光滑的水嫩状态。
2、本发明中的湿巾载体采用亚麻纤维、甲壳素纤维和竹炭纤维作为原料,制备的湿巾载体不仅具有很好的杀毒抗菌和抑菌的功能,同时其透气性和爽滑性均比较好,使用时十分的舒适也比较环保。再者,其还具有很好的保湿和除臭的功能。
3、本发明采用野甘菊、酪梨、地肤子和木瓜作为制备湿巾浸泡液的原料。所制备的湿巾浸泡液不仅具有很好地预防婴幼儿皮肤出现瘙痒的现象,达到镇静皮肤之功效。而且,还能有效减小使用湿巾时发生过敏现象的几率。
4、本发明在制备湿巾浸泡液时,通过酶解法和超声震荡相互配合,并向其中加入了表面活性剂,三者之间相互配合,减小了各组分粉末中有效因子的表面能,增大各组分细胞与复合酶碰撞的几率,充分将各组分细胞壁酶解仅需30min(而仅采用酶解法酶解各组分细胞壁所需时间均在1-2小时。),提高了酶解的效率。使得各组分粉末中的有效成分充分溶解在湿巾浸泡液中,提高了湿巾浸泡液的功效的同时,也提高了各组分的利用率。
5、本湿巾浸泡液没有采用任何防腐剂,因为构成全部为纯天然植物原材料,并且制备后是冷却到室温得到浸泡液后再浸泡湿巾载体,因此,使用完毕后可以自然降解回归自然,不产生化学分解有毒有害物质,有利于环保。

i、按照重量组分准确称取常春藤2.4份、野甘菊1.8份、酪梨2.5份、地肤子2.0份、兰花2.2份和木瓜1.8份,并分别对其进行粉碎处理,分别保存各组分,备用;
ii、将步骤i中所得的各组分粉末置于100份的去离子水中,并向其中加入复合酶,同时超声震荡30min,然后武火熬制40min后,再转文火熬制35min;所得记为混合药液;

c、将步骤b中所得的无纺布切分成规定规格,即得湿巾载体。
所述湿巾浸泡液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
i、按照重量组分准确称取常春藤2.8份、野甘菊1.6份、酪梨2.8份、地肤子1.7份、兰花2.4份和木瓜1.3份,并分别对其进行粉碎处理,分别保存各组分,备用;
ii、将步骤i中所得的各组分粉末置于105份的去离子水中,并向其中加入复合酶,同时超声震荡35min,然后武火熬制45min后,再转文火熬制40min;所得记为混合药液;
iii、对步骤ii中所得的混合药液进行过滤处理,弃去药渣,保留滤液;再将称取好的4.0份甘油、2.5份海藻胶、2.0份胆汁醇酯、1.5份月见草油、0.5份保湿剂、0.3份抗菌剂和0.6份表面活性剂加入滤液中,升温至45℃,超声搅拌30min后,自然冷却至室温,即得湿巾浸泡液。

一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,包括湿巾载体和湿巾浸泡液;其制备方法为:将湿巾载体浸泡在湿巾浸泡液中浸泡7h,并向其中持续通入臭氧;然后将湿巾载体取出抽样送检,检验合格后装袋密封,即得婴幼儿用环保型湿巾成品。
所述湿巾载体的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a、准确取重量份为80份的亚麻纤维、17份的甲壳素纤维和15份的竹炭纤维,将其清洗干净后干燥处理;再经粉碎后得纤维长度为14mm的混合纤维;
b、将混合纤维铺网,按常规水刺法操作流程进行加固,烘干,得天然环保无纺布;
c、将步骤b中所得的无纺布切分成规定规格,即得湿巾载体。
所述湿巾浸泡液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
i、按照重量组分准确称取常春藤3.2份、野甘菊2.3份、酪梨3.2份、地肤子2.5份、兰花2.6份和木瓜2.5份,并分别对其进行粉碎处理,分别保存各组分,备用;
ii、将步骤i中所得的各组分粉末置于108份的去离子水中,并向其中加入复合酶,同时超声震荡45min,然后武火熬制55min后,再转文火熬制45min;所得记为混合药液;
iii、对步骤ii中所得的混合药液进行过滤处理,弃去药渣,保留滤液;再将称取好的4.8份甘油、4.3份海藻胶、2.3份胆汁醇酯、2.0份月见草油、0.7份保湿剂、0.6份抗菌剂和0.7份表面活性剂加入滤液中,升温至50℃,超声搅拌35min后,自然冷却至室温,即得湿巾浸泡液。
所述保湿剂选用三羟基甘氨酸、二甲基脯氨酸两者的混合。
所述抗菌剂选用乳酸纳、苯扎氯胺两者的混合。
所述表面活性剂选用聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、聚山梨酸酯两者的混合。
实施例4:
一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,包括湿巾载体和湿巾浸泡液;其制备方法为:将湿巾载体浸泡在湿巾浸泡液中浸泡8h,并向其中持续通入臭氧;然后将湿巾载体取出抽样送检,检验合格后装袋密封,即得婴幼儿用环保型湿巾成品。
所述湿巾载体的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a、准确取重量份为78份的亚麻纤维、20份的甲壳素纤维和13份的竹炭纤维,将其清洗干净后干燥处理;再经粉碎后得纤维长度为15mm的混合纤维;
b、将混合纤维铺网,按常规水刺法操作流程进行加固,烘干,得天然环保无纺布;
c、将步骤b中所得的无纺布切分成规定规格,即得湿巾载体。
所述湿巾浸泡液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
i、按照重量组分准确称取常春藤3.6份、野甘菊2.0份、酪梨3.4份、地肤子2.2份、兰花2.8份和木瓜2.1份,并分别对其进行粉碎处理,分别保存各组分,备用;
ii、将步骤i中所得的各组分粉末置于110份的去离子水中,并向其中加入复合酶,同时超声震荡50min,然后武火熬制60min后,再转文火熬制50min;所得记为混合药液;
iii、对步骤ii中所得的混合药液进行过滤处理,弃去药渣,保留滤液;再将称取好的5.6份甘油、3.6份海藻胶、2.5份胆汁醇酯、1.9份月见草油、0.8份保湿剂、0.5份抗菌剂和0.8份表面活性剂加入滤液中,升温至55℃,超声搅拌40min后,自然冷却至室温,即得湿巾浸泡液。
所述保湿剂选用三羟基甘氨酸、二甲基脯氨酸中的一种或两者的混合。
所述抗菌剂选用乳酸纳、苯扎氯胺中的一种或两者的混合。
所述表面活性剂选用聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、聚山梨酸酯中的一种或两者的混合。
所述复合酶为纤维素酶和果胶酶等质量混合而成。
产品性能检测:
对比例:义乌某日用品有限公司生产的婴儿湿巾。
将实例1至4所得的保湿抗菌型湿巾及对比例产品进行性能检测,所得具体检测结果如下表所示:
注:除臭性能测试:将湿巾放置在已知浓度C0的被测气体(氨气、硫化氢)的容器中,密闭1.5h后,用对应的气体检测管测定密闭容器中北侧气体的浓度C1,即得除臭百分率=(1-C1/C0)×100%。
由上表中的数据可知,本发明制备的湿巾在保湿和除臭方面的效果均优于对比例。表明本发明制备的产品整体性能比对比例更好,具有更广阔的前景,更值得推广。

Claims (7)

1.一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,其特征在于:包括湿巾载体和湿巾浸泡液;其制备方法为:将湿巾载体浸泡在湿巾浸泡液中浸泡5~8h,并向其中持续通入臭氧;然后将湿巾载体取出抽样送检,检验合格后装袋密封,即得婴幼儿用环保型湿巾成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,其特征在于,所述湿巾载体的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a、准确取重量份为70~80份的亚麻纤维、13~20份的甲壳素纤维和8~15份的竹炭纤维,将其清洗干净后干燥处理;再经粉碎后得纤维长度为10~15mm的混合纤维;
b、将混合纤维铺网,按常规水刺法操作流程进行加固,烘干,得天然环保无纺布;
c、将步骤b中所得的无纺布切分成规定规格,即得湿巾载体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,其特征在于:所述湿巾浸泡液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
i、按照重量组分准确称取常春藤2.4~3.6份、野甘菊1.6~2.3份、酪梨2.5~3.4份、地肤子1.7~2.5份、兰花2.2~2.8份和木瓜1.3~2.5份,并分别对其进行粉碎处理,分别保存各组分,备用;
ii、将步骤i中所得的各组分粉末置于100~110份的去离子水中,并向其中加入复合酶,同时超声震荡30~50min,然后武火熬制40~60min后,再转文火熬制35~50min;所得记为混合药液;
iii、对步骤ii中所得的混合药液进行过滤处理,弃去药渣,保留滤液;再将称取好的3.5~5.6份甘油、2.5~4.3份海藻胶、1.8~2.5份胆汁醇酯、1.5~2.0份月见草油、0.4~0.8份保湿剂、0.3~0.6份抗菌剂和0.4~0.8份表面活性剂加入滤液中,升温至40~55℃,超声搅拌25~40min后,自然冷却至室温,即得湿巾浸泡液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,其特征在于:所述保湿剂选用三羟基甘氨酸、二甲基脯氨酸中的一种或两者的混合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂选用乳酸纳、苯扎氯胺中的一种或两者的混合。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂选用聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、聚山梨酸酯中的一种或两者的混合。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种婴幼儿用环保型湿巾,其特征在于:所述复合酶为纤维素酶和果胶酶等质量混合而成。
