背景技术
随着人们的健康意识逐渐增强,抗菌杀菌等功能性日化品逐渐被人们接纳。湿纸巾作为一种一次性卫生用品,由于其便携性,在一些公共场所被广泛使用。通过在湿纸巾中添加无刺激性抗菌剂,对人体手部、皮肤表面及物体表面进行清洁,使人们更加安心的使用。目前市面上一些抗菌湿纸巾通常是添加酒精,这类湿纸巾能达到杀菌效果但刺激性较强,还有部分抗菌湿纸巾添加一些有机抗菌剂使其具有杀菌效果,但此类杀菌剂易产生耐药性。
银系抗菌剂由于其具有强效杀菌、广谱抗菌、修复再生、长效抗菌、安全性高及不易产生耐药性等特点,被广泛应用于生活的各个领域,但是银系抗菌剂不稳定、久置会变色,导致其在某些领域使用受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌卫生湿纸巾及其制备方法,本发明中的抗菌卫生湿纸巾温和无刺激、安全舒适性好、强效杀菌且稳定的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,适用于人体手部、皮肤表面及物体表面的清洁。

所述抗菌浸渍液包括以下质量分数的组分:

B)将抗菌原液、甘油、芦荟汁、金银花提取液、苯氧乙醇、维生素E和乳酸钠在水中混合,得到抗菌浸渍液;
C)将无纺布在所述抗菌浸渍液中浸泡1~2小时,得到抗菌卫生湿纸巾。

所述银离子抗菌液包括聚乙烯亚胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、银盐和水。
在本发明中,所述无纺布的种类本发明不做特殊的限制,根据实际需求选择适合的无纺布即可,具体的,在本发明的实施例中,所述无纺布优选为水刺无纺布。
在本发明中,所述银离子抗菌液的质量分数优选为0.5~3%,更优选为1~2.5%,如、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%、3%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
所述银离子抗菌液是由高分子聚合物与银盐溶液在稳定剂中配位而成;所述高分子聚合物为聚乙烯亚胺,所述银盐优选为硝酸银,所述稳定剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
在本发明中,所述聚乙烯亚胺是一种阳离子表面活性剂,末端有大量氨基,可与银形成配位体,形成复合银系抗菌剂。但是,当聚乙烯亚胺用量过大时,由于聚乙烯亚胺具有一定细胞毒性,使该复合银系抗菌剂细胞毒性变大,对人体一定危害;当聚乙烯亚胺用量过小时,该复合银系抗菌剂久置会变色。本发明在复合银系抗菌剂中添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,本发明中的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用于提高银系抗菌剂的氧化稳定性,使其在聚乙烯亚胺低用量的前提下,提高银系抗菌剂的稳定性,解决其易变色的问题。
在本发明中,所述银离子抗菌液中,聚乙烯亚胺的浓度优选为20~400ppm,更优选为50~300ppm,如20ppm、50ppm、80ppm、100ppm、120ppm、150ppm、180ppm、200ppm、230ppm、250ppm、270ppm、300ppm、330ppm、350ppm、380ppm、400ppm,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
所述银离子抗菌液中,银离子的浓度优选为5~50ppm,更优选为10~40ppm,如5ppm、10ppm、15ppm、20ppm、25ppm、30ppm、35ppm、40ppm、45ppm、50ppm,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
所述银离子抗菌液中,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的浓度优选为50~1000ppm,更优选为100~800ppm,如50ppm、100ppm、150ppm、200ppm、250ppm、300ppm、350ppm、400ppm、450ppm、500ppm、550ppm、600ppm、650ppm、700ppm、750ppm、800ppm、850ppm、900ppm、950ppm、1000ppm,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
在本发明中,所述甘油的质量分数优选为0.8~1%,如0.8%、0.9%或1%;
所述芦荟汁的质量分数优选为0.5~0.8%,如0.5%、0.6%、0.7%或0.8%;在本发明中,所述芦荟汁的质量浓度优选为0.1~1%,更优选为0.2~0.8%,最优选为0.5~0.6%。
所述金银花提取液的质量分数优选为0.2~0.5%,如0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%。
所述苯氧乙醇的质量分数优选为0.1~0.2%,如0.11%、0.12%、0.13%、0.14%、0.15%、0.16%、0.17%、0.18%、0.19%、0.2%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
所述维生素E的质量分数优选为0.05~0.1%,如0.05%、0.06%、0.07%、0.08%、0.09%、0.1%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
所述乳酸钠的质量分数优选为0.05~0.1%,如0.05%、0.06%、0.07%、0.08%、0.09%、0.1%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
在本发明中,余量为水,水与上述原料之和为100%。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌卫生湿纸巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯亚胺、硝酸银在水中混合,得到抗菌原液;
B)将抗菌原液、甘油、芦荟汁、金银花提取液、苯氧乙醇、维生素E和乳酸钠在水中混合,得到抗菌浸渍液;
C)将无纺布在所述抗菌浸渍液中浸泡1~2小时,得到抗菌卫生湿纸巾。
在本发明中,各原料的种类和用量与上文所述的各原料的种类和用量一致,在此不再赘述。
本发明提供一种抗菌卫生湿纸巾,由无纺布在抗菌浸渍液中浸渍得到;所述抗菌浸渍液包括以下质量分数的组分:银离子抗菌液:0.5~3%,甘油:0.8~1%,芦荟汁:0.5~0.8%,金银花提取液:0.2~0.5%,苯氧乙醇:0.1~0.2%,维生素E:0.05~0.1%,乳酸钠:0.05~0.1%,水:94.3~97.8%;所述银离子抗菌液包括聚乙烯亚胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和银盐和水。本发明以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为稳定剂,其属于高分子有机聚合物,可以附着在PEI-Ag+表面,阻止银离子与空气接触,有效降低光照、空气接触等使银产生氧化变色等因素,从而获得不易变色的银系抗菌剂,提高银系抗菌剂的稳定性。
为了进一步说明本发明,以下结合实施例对本发明提供的一种抗菌卫生湿纸巾及其制备方法进行详细描述,但不能将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
以下实施例中所使用的金银花提取液为臻樾科技研发有限公司提供的ZY-909P型号的市售商品。
实施例1
取1.2g聚乙烯吡络烷酮、0.4g聚乙烯亚胺于40ml去离子水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.063g硝酸银,搅拌1h,得抗菌原液备用。向97.1g去离子水中分别加入抗菌原液1g,甘油0.8g,芦荟汁0.6g,金银花提取液0.2g,苯氧乙醇0.15g,维生素E 0.05g,乳酸钠0.1g,得到抗菌浸渍液。最后将水刺无纺布浸泡于抗菌浸渍液中1h,取出包装得抗菌卫生湿纸巾。
实施例2
取1.5g聚乙烯吡络烷酮、0.3g聚乙烯亚胺于40ml去离子水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.2g硝酸银,搅拌1h,得抗菌原液备用。向97.2g去离子水中分别加入抗菌原液0.5g,甘油0.9g,芦荟汁0.8g,金银花提取液0.3g,苯氧乙醇0.15g,维生素E 0.1g,乳酸钠0.05g,得到抗菌浸渍液。最后将水刺无纺布浸泡于抗菌浸渍液中2h,取出包装得抗菌卫生湿纸巾。
实施例3
取3g聚乙烯吡络烷酮、1.2g聚乙烯亚胺于60ml去离子水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.47g硝酸银,搅拌2h,得抗菌原液备用。向96.3g去离子水中分别加入抗菌原液1g,甘油1g,芦荟汁0.8g,金银花提取液0.5g,苯氧乙醇0.2g,维生素E 0.1g,乳酸钠0.1g,得到抗菌浸渍液。最后将水刺无纺布浸泡于抗菌浸渍液中1h,取出包装得抗菌卫生湿纸巾。
实施例4
取1.8g聚乙烯吡络烷酮、0.3g聚乙烯亚胺于60ml去离子水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.11g硝酸银,搅拌2h,得抗菌原液备用。向94.5g去离子水中分别加入抗菌原液3g,甘油1g,芦荟汁0.8g,金银花提取液0.4g,苯氧乙醇0.1g,维生素E 0.1g,乳酸钠0.1g,得到抗菌浸渍液。最后将水刺无纺布浸泡于抗菌浸渍液中2h,取出包装得抗菌卫生湿纸巾。
实施例5
取0.3g聚乙烯亚胺于60ml去离子水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.12g硝酸银,搅拌2h,得抗菌原液备用。向94.5g去离子水中分别加入抗菌原液3g,甘油1g,芦荟汁0.8g,金银花提取液0.4g,苯氧乙醇0.1g,维生素E 0.1g,乳酸钠0.1g,得到抗菌浸渍液。最后将水刺无纺布浸泡于抗菌浸渍液中2h,取出包装得抗菌卫生湿纸巾。
实施例6
取0.6g聚乙烯亚胺于60ml去离子水中,搅拌溶解,再加入0.12g硝酸银,搅拌1h,得抗菌原液备用。向96.3g去离子水中分别加入抗菌原液1g,甘油1g,芦荟汁0.8g,金银花提取液0.5g,苯氧乙醇0.2g,维生素E 0.1g,乳酸钠0.1g,得到抗菌浸渍液。最后将水刺无纺布浸泡于抗菌浸渍液中1h,取出包装得抗菌卫生湿纸巾。
实施例1~4为添加稳定剂的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,实施例5~6为不添加稳定剂的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,上述样品在室温不避光的条件下放置1~2周后,添加稳定剂的抗菌原液及抗菌卫生湿纸巾不变色,不添加稳定剂的抗菌原液变黄,如图1所示,并且抗菌卫生湿纸巾会出现局部变黄。因此添加稳定剂可有效防止抗菌原液及抗菌卫生湿纸巾变色。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种抗菌卫生湿纸巾,由无纺布在抗菌浸渍液中浸渍得到;
所述抗菌浸渍液包括以下质量分数的组分:
银离子抗菌液:0.5~3%,甘油:0.8~1%,芦荟汁:0.5~0.8%,金银花提取液:0.2~0.5%,苯氧乙醇:0.1~0.2%,维生素E:0.05~0.1%,乳酸钠:0.05~0.1%,水:94.3~97.8%;
所述银离子抗菌液包括聚乙烯亚胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、银盐和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,其特征在于,所述银离子抗菌液中,聚乙烯亚胺的浓度为20~400ppm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,其特征在于,所述银离子抗菌液中,银离子的浓度为5~50ppm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,其特征在于,所述银离子抗菌液中,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的浓度为50~1000ppm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,其特征在于,所述银盐为硝酸银。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,其特征在于,所述银离子抗菌液中,聚乙烯亚胺的浓度为50~100ppm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,其特征在于,所述银离子抗菌液中,银离子的浓度为10~30ppm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗菌卫生湿纸巾,其特征在于,所述银离子抗菌液中,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的浓度为200~500ppm。
9.如权利要求1所述的抗菌卫生湿纸巾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯亚胺、硝酸银在水中混合,得到抗菌原液;
B)将抗菌原液、甘油、芦荟汁、金银花提取液、苯氧乙醇、维生素E和乳酸钠在水中混合,得到抗菌浸渍液;
C)将无纺布在所述抗菌浸渍液中浸泡1~2小时,得到抗菌卫生湿纸巾。
