背景技术
研究表明,头皮屑是由于头皮功能失调引起的,头屑过多和头皮发痒与马拉色菌(糠秕孢子菌)的异常繁殖有密切关系。而在洗发产品中添加具有抑菌和杀菌功能的活性物可减少头皮微生物的生长,有效抑制头皮屑,达到祛屑止痒的目的。
但目前市售的洗发产品中,大多添加的是化学类祛屑剂,例如,二硫化硒、吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)、吡啶硫酮(NPY、MPS)、吡啶羟基酮(OPY)等。这些化学类祛屑剂对头皮的刺激性较大,有些还会产生副作用,例如二硫化硒会使头发变得干燥,若冲洗不彻底,还会使头发脱色,甚至造成脱发等。随着近年来环保、低碳、绿色和天然趋势的流行,天然功效成分的使用已逐渐成为洗发产品的发展方向,并越来越受到消费者的关注和喜爱。

本发明的祛屑组合物的原料来源于牡丹根皮、橄榄叶和柚子皮这些天然植物,温和安全。其中,牡丹根皮为毛茛科芍药属植物牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)的根皮,牡丹根皮中富含丹皮酚等多种生物活性物质,气味芳香。橄榄叶提取物为橄榄科橄揽属植物橄榄的干燥叶提取物,主要成分有黄酮、萜类及其衍生物、芳香族化合物、脂肪族化合物、酚酸类化合物等,其中黄酮、萜类Chemicalbook及其衍生物为主要活性成分,具有降血压、降血糖、抗氧化、抗血栓、抗菌、抗病毒、抗微生物和抗癌等多种药理作用。柚子皮中含有精油,还含有果胶、柚皮苷、胡萝卜素、维生素、有机酸和高级醇等活性成分,具有抗氧化、降血脂和抗肿瘤作用。

优选地,所述祛屑组合物中,按质量比计,牡丹根皮提取物:橄榄叶提取物:柚子皮提取物=(2~4):(3~7):(0.5~1.5)。牡丹根皮提取物、橄榄叶提取物和柚子皮提取物按照该配比进行复配使用时,对马拉色菌的抑制和杀灭效果达到显效。
优选地,所述祛屑组合物中,按质量比计,牡丹根皮提取物:橄榄叶提取物:柚子皮提取物=(2.5~3.5):(4~6):(0.8~1.2)。牡丹根皮提取物、橄榄叶提取物和柚子皮提取物按照该配比进行复配使用时,对马拉色菌的抑制和杀灭效果更优。
优选地,所述祛屑组合物中,按质量比计,牡丹根皮提取物:橄榄叶提取物:柚子皮提取物=3:5:1。牡丹根皮提取物、橄榄叶提取物和柚子皮提取物按照该配比进行复配使用时,对马拉色菌的抑制和杀灭效果最优。
本发明还提供了所述祛屑组合物在制备洗发产品中的应用。
本发明还提供了一种洗发水,其含有所述祛屑组合物。
优选地,所述祛屑组合物在所述洗发水中的含量为3wt%~10wt%。所述祛屑组合物按照该含量应用于洗发水中,即可发挥有效的祛屑作用。
优选地,所述洗发水还含有如下组分:表面活性剂10wt%~15wt%、吐温285wt%~10wt%、角鲨烷1wt%~5wt%、柠檬酸0.1wt%~1wt%、防腐剂0.01wt%~0.1wt%、香精0.05wt%~0.5wt%和去离子水余量。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂LS30和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35的混合物。该两种表面活性剂组合使用,具有更好的清洁作用,且温和无刺激,泡沫细腻稳定,还能起到增稠作用。
优选地,所述表面活性剂中,按质量比计,氨基酸表面活性剂LS30:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35=1:(1~3)。按照该配比组合使用时,洗发水的清洁效果更好。
优选地,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、苯氧乙醇、尼泊金酯中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了一种所述洗发水的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将吐温28、角鲨烷和祛屑组合物加入油相锅中,搅拌均匀,得到第一混合物;
(2)将表面活性剂、柠檬酸、防腐剂、香精和去离子水混合均匀,得到第二混合物;
(3)搅拌条件下,将第二混合物加入第一混合物中,均质,制得洗发水。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的祛屑组合物是从牡丹根、橄榄叶和柚子皮这些天然植物中提取获得,主要功效是抑制和杀灭马拉色菌,杀菌能力较强,可通过抑制或破坏马拉色菌的生长繁殖来达到抑制头皮屑的目的,无刺激性、无过敏性和无毒性,天然绿色,温和安全,可作为祛屑活性成分应用于洗发水中。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。实施例和对比例中所用的原料均可通过市售购买获得,且平行实验用的都是同一种。其中,牡丹根皮提取物、橄榄叶提取物和柚子皮提取物购自扶风斯诺特生物科技有限公司。
实施例1~7和对比例1~3
实施例1~7和对比例1~3提供了一种洗发水,其由如下组分组成:祛屑组合物5wt%、表面活性剂12wt%、吐温28 8wt%、角鲨烷3wt%、柠檬酸0.5wt%、尼泊金酯0.05wt%、香精0.2wt%和去离子水余量。表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂LS30和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35的混合物,按质量比计,氨基酸表面活性剂LS30:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35=1:1。实施例1~7和对比例1~3的祛屑组合物的组分组成及组分配比见表1所示。
洗发水的制备方法如下:
(1)将吐温28、角鲨烷和祛屑组合物加入油相锅中,搅拌均匀,得到第一混合物;
(2)将表面活性剂、柠檬酸、尼泊金酯、香精和去离子水混合均匀,得到第二混合物;
(3)搅拌条件下,将第二混合物加入第一混合物中,均质,制得洗发水。

实施例8
实施例8提供了一种洗发水,其与实施例1的区别仅在于:表面活性剂的组分配比不同。实施例8的表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂LS30和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35的混合物,按质量比计,氨基酸表面活性剂LS30:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35=1:2。
实施例9
实施例9提供了一种洗发水,其与实施例1的区别仅在于:表面活性剂的组分配比不同。实施例9的表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂LS30和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35的混合物,按质量比计,氨基酸表面活性剂LS30:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35=1:3。
实施例10
实施例10提供了一种洗发水,其与实施例1的区别仅在于:表面活性剂的组分配比不同。实施例10的表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂LS30和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35的混合物,按质量比计,氨基酸表面活性剂LS30:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35=1:0.5。
实施例11
实施例11提供了一种洗发水,其与实施例1的区别仅在于:表面活性剂的组分配比不同。实施例11的表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂LS30和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35的混合物,按质量比计,氨基酸表面活性剂LS30:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35=1:4。
对比例4
对比例4提供了一种洗发水,其与实施例1的区别仅在于:表面活性剂的组分组成不同。对比例4的表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂LS30。
对比例5
对比例5提供了一种洗发水,其与实施例1的区别仅在于:表面活性剂的组分组成不同。对比例5的表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35。
实施例12
实施例12提供了一种洗发水,其由如下组分组成:祛屑组合物3wt%、表面活性剂15wt%、吐温28 5wt%、角鲨烷1wt%、柠檬酸1wt%、尼泊金酯0.02wt%、香精0.2wt%和去离子水余量。表面活性剂和祛屑组合物的组分组成及组分配比同实施例1,制备方法也同实施例1。
实施例13
实施例13提供了一种洗发水,其由如下组分组成:祛屑组合物10wt%、表面活性剂10wt%、吐温28 10wt%、角鲨烷5wt%、柠檬酸0.1wt%、尼泊金酯0.08wt%、香精0.5wt%和去离子水余量。表面活性剂和祛屑组合物的组分组成及组分配比同实施例1,制备方法也同实施例1。
试验例
一、刺激性评价
随机抽选26名志愿者,分为13组,每组2人。分别以实施例1~13的洗发水作为受试样品,涂于志愿者耳后,静置20min,看有无红肿、瘙痒、刺痛等过敏症状出现,以此评价刺激性。
测试结果显示,涂抹实施例1~13的洗发水的受试者均未出现过敏症状。由此说明,本发明的祛屑组合物及洗发水温和安全无刺激。
二、马拉色菌的抑制效果
按照卫生部2002年版《消毒技术规范》-2.1.8抑菌圈试验(滤纸片法)测试实施例1~7和对比例1~3的洗发水(按照祛屑组合物5wt%测定)对头皮的马拉色菌的抑菌能力,以市售吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)为阳性对照组(ZPT浓度为5wt%)。测试结果如表2所示。

从上表测试结果可看出,相比于对比例1~3的洗发水,实施例1~7的洗发水对马拉色菌具有更优异的抑菌效果,尤其是实施例2~6的抑菌效果甚至超过了吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)的抑菌效果。说明,牡丹根皮提取物、橄榄叶提取物和柚子皮提取物三者复配使用,在抑制和杀灭马拉色菌效果上具有协同增效作用。
三、清洁效果
随机抽选45名志愿者,分为9组,每组5人。9组志愿者分别试用实施例1、实施例8~13和对比例4~5的洗发水清洗头发。试验开始前,用CK皮肤测试仪检测每位志愿者头顶处的油脂指数;洗发后吹干15min后再次检测头顶处的油脂指数,记录数据,取均值(四舍五入取整)。测试结果如表3所示。

从上表测试结果可看出,相比于对比例4~5的洗发水,本发明实施例1和实施例8~13的洗发水在洗发吹干15min后的油脂指数明显降低,说明实施例1和实施例8~13的洗发水对头皮和头发具有更优异的清洁作用。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种祛屑组合物,其特征在于,包括如下组分:牡丹根皮提取物、橄榄叶提取物和柚子皮提取物;所述祛屑组合物中,按质量比计,牡丹根皮提取物:橄榄叶提取物:柚子皮提取物=(2~4):(3~7):(0.5~1.5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的祛屑组合物,其特征在于,所述祛屑组合物中,按质量比计,牡丹根皮提取物:橄榄叶提取物:柚子皮提取物=(2.5~3.5):(4~6):(0.8~1.2)。
3.如权利要求1所述的祛屑组合物,其特征在于,所述祛屑组合物中,按质量比计,牡丹根皮提取物:橄榄叶提取物:柚子皮提取物=3:5:1。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的祛屑组合物在制备洗发产品中的应用。
5.一种洗发水,其特征在于,含有如权利要求1~4任一项所述的祛屑组合物。
6.如权利要求5所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述祛屑组合物在所述洗发水中的含量为3wt%~10wt%。
7.如权利要求6所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述洗发水还含有如下组分:表面活性剂10wt%~15wt%、吐温28 5wt%~10wt%、角鲨烷1wt%~5wt%、柠檬酸0.1wt%~1wt%、防腐剂0.01wt%~0.1wt%、香精0.05wt%~0.5wt%和去离子水余量。
8.如权利要求7所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂LS30和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35的混合物。
9.如权利要求8所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂中,按质量比计,氨基酸表面活性剂LS30:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB-35=1:(1~3)。
