Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物及其应用。植物组合物包括以下按重量份数计的组分:余甘子果提取物3-10份、朱槿叶提取物0.15-0.60份、土丁桂提取物0.15-0.60份、调料九里香提取物1-8份、总序天冬提取物0.03-0.25份和蜀葵花提取物0.2-2.5份。将具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物应用于洗发水中,所述植物组合物在洗发水中所占的重量百分比为2-13%。本发明通过合理筛选、科学配比,使得各组分起协同增效作用,不仅能够有效抑制马拉色菌,解决头屑、头皮瘙痒问题,还有抗炎、修护头皮屏障的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化妆品领域,具体涉及一种具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物及其应用。
背景技术
流行病学调研研究表明,中国一般成年人的头皮都存在不同程度的健康问题,其中头皮屑是常见且频发的头皮疾病。头发是人类美容的第一要素,也是健康的重要标准,拥有一头飘逸的头发是每位爱美人士所向往的。头屑多不仅影响了个人形象,给人以一种不卫生的感觉,与他人交往时也常会碰到困扰,甚至对某些特定职业人群产生巨大的不良影响,如礼仪、模特等。
目前,市面上去屑、止痒的洗发水种类较多。去屑洗发水中的主要去屑成分为化学物质,如吡硫嗡锌(ZPT)、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐(PO)等,虽然杀菌力强、即效好,但刺激性大、会产生耐药性,长期使用以及残留会破坏头皮代谢平衡,引发炎症及菌落失衡,造成头皮问题的频繁出现。
天然植物去屑剂不仅具有优异的去屑抑菌效果,且安全、无毒副作用,较适合长期使用。随着环保、低碳、绿色和天然趋势的流行,市面上虽已有洗发水宣称植物去屑,但绝大部分还是以植物和化学混合物为配方原料,因而对头皮仍具有一定的刺激性。
因此,开发温和的去屑产品,从源头改善头皮环境来防止头皮屑和发痒症状具有重要意义。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种纯植物去屑组合物,以解决现有市面上去屑洗发产品存在对头皮的刺激性、破坏头皮微环境的问题。为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物,按重量份数计包括以下原料:余甘子果提取物3-10份、调料九里香提取物1-8份、总序天冬提取物0.03-0.25份、朱槿叶提取物0.15-0.60份和土丁桂提取物0.15-0.60份。
进一步,所述的植物组合物还包括印度楝提取物、圣罗勒提取物、夜花提取物、蜀葵花提取物或姜根提取物中的一种或多种的组合,优选蜀葵花提取物;按重量份数计分别为:印度楝提取2-3份、圣罗勒提取物0.01-0.15份、夜花提取物0.01-0.15份、蜀葵花提取物0.2-2.5份以及姜根提取物3-5份,优选蜀葵花提取物0.2-2.5份。
在本发明采取的技术方案中,
余甘子果:富含单宁类、酚类和黄酮类等具有生物活性的成分、氨基酸、多糖、维生素等物质,具有极强的抗氧化、清除自由基、抗菌等活性;能够营养毛发,促进毛发生长,使头发乌黑发亮。
朱瑾叶:含蒲公英赛醇乙酸酯、β-谷甾醇、氨基酸、维生素、羟基酸等对头发和头皮有益的物质,能够促进毛发生长,保持头皮健康,减少油脂过多分泌。
土丁桂:含有黄酮苷类、生物碱类、氨基酸等丰富的化学成分,不仅能够有效抑制马拉色菌,还有保肝、抗癌、抗氧化、免疫调节等作用。
调料九里香:在民间,调料九里香具有镇静、消炎的功能;其富含咔唑类生物碱、多酚类等活性物质,具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抗菌、抗炎等生物活性。
总序天冬:印度阿育吠陀医学中著名的强壮剂,其化学成分主要为甾体皂苷、异黄酮等,具有降血脂、抗溃疡、抗结石、抗辐射、抑菌等生物活性,毒副作用较少。
蜀葵:主要含酚酸类和黄酮类化合物,有镇痛抗炎、有清热凉血、解毒散结之功效,对细菌和真菌也均有抑制作用。
本发明经过研究显示,该6种组分复配,达到了协同增效的作用,可以有效抑制马拉色菌起到去屑止痒效果,与此同时具备深层去油、控油以及抗炎、修护头皮屏障效果。
作为本发明具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物的优选实施方式,所述余甘子果、朱槿叶、土丁桂、调料九里香、总序天冬和蜀葵花的重量比为(3-10):(0.15-0.60):(0.15-0.60):(1-8):(0.03-0.25):(0.2-2.5)。
本发明所述植物提取物采用上述配比的复配,能够相互促进达到较好的抑制马拉色菌起到去屑止痒效果,同时具备深层去油、控油以及抗炎修护的功效。
作为本发明具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物的优选实施方式,所述余甘子果、朱槿叶、土丁桂、调料九里香、总序天冬和蜀葵花的重量比为余甘子果:朱槿叶:土丁桂:调料九里香:总序天冬:蜀葵花=(3-8):(0.15-0.25):(0.15-0.25):(1-6):(0.1-0.25):(0.25-0.5)。
尤其是,当植物组合物按照上述比例进行复配时,其抑菌、去屑止痒、抗炎以及修护头皮屏障的效果更佳。

经过一系列实验研究发现,当所述植物组合物按照上述比例进行复配时,其抑菌、去屑止痒、抗炎以及修护的效果达到最佳。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种含有所述具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物在发用产品中的应用。以上任一所述组合物在发用产品中的应用,也属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明的目的之三是提供一种含有所述具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物的洗发水,所述植物组合物在洗发水中的重量百分含量为2-13%,随着组合物在洗发水中的含量增加,其去屑效果也增加,当组合物的添加量大于2%时,去屑效果显著,当添加量大于13%时,去屑效果不明显。因此,当植物组合物的添加量为2%-13%时,去屑效果显著。
作为本发明的植物去屑洗发水的优选实施方式,所述植物组合物在洗发水中的重量百分比为10%。
作为本发明的洗发水的优选实施方式,所述洗发水还包括5-40%阴离子表面活性剂、1-10%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、0.05-3.0%阳离子聚合物、0.05-3.0%珠光剂、0.1-5.0%黏度调节剂、螯合剂0.01-0.30%、pH调节剂0.1-0.5%、防腐剂0.1-0.2%、0.1-0.5%芳香剂和余量的去离子水。
优选地,阴离子表面活性剂为烷基硫酸酯盐、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、α-烯基磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、N-酰甘胺酸盐中的至少一种。
更优选地,阴离子表面活性剂为α-烯基磺酸钠和N-酰甘氨酸盐的组合物,其重量比为(1:2)-(2:1)。
申请人在实验中发现,当N-酰甘胺酸盐与α-烯基磺酸钠一起使用可以产生良好的协同效应,如明显降低α-烯基磺酸钠的刺激性,具有卓越的温和性能、良好的洗涤性能,对头发有较好的调理性。更进一步发现,当二者的重量比为(1:2)-(2:1)时,能够更好稳定植物提取物,也有更好的泡沫性能和温和性。
优选地,阳离子聚合物为阳离子纤维素聚合物或阳离子瓜尔胶聚合物。
优选地,黏度调节剂为氯化钠、氯化铵、卡波姆、黄原胶、丙烯酸酯类共聚物中的一种或几种的组合。
优选地,pH调节剂为柠檬酸、乳酸、柠檬酸钠中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
优选地,螯合剂为EDTA-二钠。
作为本发明洗发水的优选实施方式,所述洗发水包括以下重量百分比的组分:α-烯基磺酸钠6%、油酸酰甘氨酸钠12%、椰油基两性醋酸钠4%、阳离子瓜尔胶0.15%、植物组合物10%、乙二醇硬脂酸双酯1.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.15%、防腐剂0.1%、螯合剂0.05%、芳香剂0.4%、pH调节剂0.15%、黏度调节剂0.5%和余量的去离子水。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的植物组合物通过合理选择、科学配比将余甘子果、朱槿叶、土丁桂、调料九里香、总序天冬、蜀葵这6种成分复配,相对于单一组分,所述组合物具有更好的去屑止痒、抗炎修护作用,长期使用也不会破坏头皮微生态环境。可应用于多种头发护理产品中,安全、副作用小,具有较好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施实例对本发明进一步作出详细阐述。所述实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。下述实施例所涉及各原料均为市售通用材料,试验方法均为常规方法。
作为本发明一种具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物的实施例,所述植物组合物包括一下组分:余甘子果、朱槿叶、土丁桂、调料九里香、总序天冬根和蜀葵花,其重量比见表1,制备方法相同。
所述植物组合物的制备方法:将余甘子果、调料九里香、蜀葵花、朱槿叶、土丁桂、总序天冬根、姜根分别粉碎至粗粉,加入10倍量水/高纯度乙醇浸泡,小火加热回流2次,每次1h,滤过,合并滤液后进行脱色、浓缩、杀菌,最后进行精滤收集滤液,即可获得各个植物的提取物。最后按照重量比进行复配,混合均匀得到组合物。
实施例I-X

经过一系列研究发现,按照实施例IX各植物重量比进行配比时,获得的植物组合物在抑菌、抗氧化方面达到的效果最佳。
所述一种具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护的植物组合物包括以下组分:余甘子果、朱槿叶、土丁桂、调料九里香、总序天冬以及蜀葵花,且各自的重量比为8:0.25:0.25:1:0.25:0.25。
合适的制备实施例XI-XV中含所述植物去屑组合物的洗发水的方法如下:将适量水加入到反应罐中,在缓慢搅拌下加入瓜尔胶进行分散,在缓慢搅拌加热到60℃至80℃,加入适量的柠檬酸中和。接着加入油酸酰甘氨酸钠、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰油两性醋酸钠、癸基葡糖苷、乙二醇硬脂酸酯、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(如果使用这些物质),使这些物质完全分散溶解后保温30分钟,开始降温。待温度降至50℃左右时氯化钠、柠檬酸、防腐剂、色素、香精等继续搅拌,得到洗发液基料D,最后将植物去屑组合物与基料D混合并搅拌均匀。在加入所有的组分后,可根据需要加入粘度调节剂和pH调节剂,调节产品的粘度和pH到合适的程度。任选地最后可以加入少量水补足。

性能测试
1、安全性测试
选择30名受试者,将实施例IX所制备的植物组合物样品用滤纸浸润后放入斑试器内,对照孔为空白样品(不置任何物质)。将组合物和对照样品均贴于受试者的前臂曲侧,用手掌轻压使之均匀地贴敷于皮肤上,持续24h。去除斑贴器后间隔30min,待压痕消失后观察皮肤反应。斑贴试验后24h和48h分别再观察一次,确定皮肤反应。试验结果见表4

2、抑菌性测试:依据QW66-抑菌圈测试指导书对实施例I-X进行抑菌性能测试,抑菌圈直径大于5(mm)则说明具有抑菌能力。且数值越大表明抑菌效果越好,预示去屑效果越好;结果见表5。

3、斑马鱼功效测试
头皮屑的主要发生机制包括微生物定植、皮脂分泌以及头皮屏障受损。微生物定植以及油脂的过度分泌容易诱发炎症反应,头屑的产生与炎症和头皮的屏障损伤有着密切的联系,因此还可通过斑马鱼抗炎、修护功效测试作为另一种体现形式。
(1)抗炎功效测试:应用硫酸铜诱导斑马鱼胚胎侧线区域神经丘细胞损伤引起中性粒细胞聚集模型进行测试。将24尾鱼胚胎分别暴露于0.16mg/L五水硫酸铜和由低到高设定5个植物组合物浓度(用鱼胚胎培养液稀释至所要浓度)样品溶液中,同时设置模型对照组,暴露40min后将鱼胚胎进行固定和苏丹黑染色,记数侧线区域中性粒细胞数目并进行统计分析。测试结果见表6。抑制中性粒细胞聚集图片见附图1。

结论:植物组合物能够显著抑制斑马鱼胚胎中性粒细胞聚集,具有抗炎、舒缓的效果。
(2)修护功效测试:应用斑马鱼胚胎尾鳍切除模型进行测试。将24条尾鳍切除鱼胚胎暴露于5个植物组合物浓度(由低到高)样品溶液中(用鱼胚胎培养液稀释至所要浓度),同时设置模型对照组,暴露48h后于显微镜下对鱼胚胎进行拍照,测量尾鳍再生长度并进行统计分析。测试结果见表7。修护斑马鱼胚胎尾鳍图见附图2。
其中,用于测试的植物组合物由以下原料组成,余甘子果:朱槿叶:土丁桂:调料九里香:总序天冬:蜀葵花=8:0.25:0.25:1:0.25:0.25。

结论:植物组合物能够显著促进斑马鱼胚胎尾鳍再生,具有促进修护效果。
4、志愿者使用感受测试
测试方法:选择96位有中度头皮屑和头皮与头发偏干燥的志愿者,要求无脂溢性皮炎、无过敏、无伤口。试用前,对志愿者进行感官和头发图像评估,在不向志愿者和评价员透露所试用产品信息的情况下随机派发样品1和样品2(各48份),让志愿者持续使用(按照日常使用频率使用样品),第14天(两周)后停止使用,停止使用后的第12小时,第24小时和第48小时分别观察头屑和头痒的状态,进行评分,评价员分析后再揭盲(样品1为本发明最佳实施例XIV洗发水;样品2为不添加植物组合物的空白对照洗发水),综合评估见表8。
志愿者皮肤的使用前后的打分,1,2,3,4,5分,分数越高效果越好;1-2:无效;2-3:中等;3-4:好;4-5:非常好。志愿者使用该产品前后志愿者的头发感官评估。

表8中头皮屑减少与头痒减少统计来看,本发明最佳实施例的无效百分比明显低于本发明空白对照实施例。
5、功效验证
招募60名具有头皮屑困扰的志愿者,随机分成三组,每组20人。每组使用不同产品,其中包括本发明最佳实施例XIV洗发水一个和市售洗发水产品两个,一个是市售A、另一个是市售B。
在不向志愿者和评价员透露所试用产品信息的情况下,第一组使用市售洗发水产品A(只含化学去屑剂),第二组使用本发明最佳实施例XIV洗发水,第三组使用市售洗发水产品B(含化学去屑剂和植物去屑剂)。持续使用(按照每周使用3次的频率),第14天(两周后)停止使用,填写试用表进行评分,综合评价其使用感受和效果。结果见表9。
其中,1-2:无效/非常刺激;2-3:中等/刺激;3-4:好/有点刺激;4-5:非常好/无刺激。

从表9可以看出,本发明最佳实施例XIV洗发水其去屑效果与市售产品相当,但更为温和。值得一提的是,第一组志愿者(使用市售产品A-化学去屑)多数反映洗后感觉脱脂力太强,头皮和头发干涩感突出,第三组志愿者(使用市售产品B-化学+植物去屑)少数反馈洗后头皮和头发有干涩感、不够滋润,说明使用单纯含植物去屑剂的洗发水比含有化学去屑剂的洗发水更安全、更温和。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有去屑止痒、抗炎修护功效的植物组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括余甘子果提取物3-10份,调料九里香提取物1-8份,总序天冬提取物0.03-0.25份,朱槿叶提取物0.15-0.60份和土丁桂提取物0.15-0.60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物组合物,其特征在于,还包括印度楝提取物、圣罗勒提取物、夜花提取物、蜀葵花提取物或姜根提取物中的任意一种或多种的组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的植物组合物,按重量份数计的印度楝提取物2-3份、圣罗勒提取物0.01-0.15份、夜花提取物0.01-0.15份、蜀葵花提取物0.2-2.5份以及姜根提取物3-5份。
4.根据权利要求1-3中所述任一项所述的植物组合物适用于发用产品配方。
5.根据权利要求4中所述的植物组合物适用于洗发水配方。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗发水,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括5-40%阴离子表面活性剂,1-10%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,0.05-3.0%阳离子聚合物,植物组合物2-13%,0.05-3.0%珠光剂,0.1-5.0%黏度调节剂,螯合剂0.01-0.30%,pH调节剂0.1-0.5%,防腐剂0.1-0.2%,0.1-0.5%芳香剂和余量的去离子水。
7.根据权利要求6所述洗发水,优选包括以下重量百分比的组分:α-烯基磺酸钠6%,油酸酰甘氨酸钠12%,椰油基两性醋酸钠4%,阳离子瓜尔胶0.15%,植物组合物10%,乙二醇硬脂酸双酯1.5%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.15%,防腐剂0.1%,螯合剂0.05%,芳香剂0.4%,pH调节剂0.15%,黏度调节剂0.5%和余量的去离子水。
