Abstract
The invention discloses a skin care composition and a preparation method thereof, wherein the skin care composition comprises the following active ingredients in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of soluble collagen; 1-10 parts of Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract; the preparation method comprises the following steps: the preparation steps of the extract are as follows: extracting dried Chimaphila umbellata leaf with ethanol to obtain filtrate, adding butanediol into the filtrate, and evaporating to obtain Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract; mixing: 1-5 parts of soluble collagen; mixing 1-10 parts by weight of Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract to obtain skin care composition; the composition contains Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract, and has effects of inhibiting collagenase activity, delaying collagen decomposition, and promoting collagen synthesis, so that the skin care composition is beneficial for delaying skin aging.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin care composition and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of skin care products.
Background
The determinant of skin aging is the destruction of collagen in the dermal layer by the internal and external environment. Collagen supports the skin like a spring, and when the skin is broken, the dermal tissue collapses, wrinkles appear, and the skin becomes loose and sags. With age, collagen begins to be lost from skin at 18-22 years of age, and nearly 40% of the collagen is lost from skin by 45-50 years of age.
Extensive research has been conducted to find a method for preventing and alleviating skin wrinkles, and the important role of collagen has been elucidated. Collagen commonly used in cosmetics is generally derived from fish skin or pig skin, and has poor skin-friendly property, so that the transdermal utilization rate is low. On the other hand, collagen is hydrolyzed by collagenase contained in the skin, and thus the original effect is lost. At present, a plurality of anti-aging cosmetics added with collagen exist in the market, but the actual using effect is not ideal and is also because of the reason. Therefore, the preparation of collagen cosmetics with remarkable anti-aging effect is a problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, the first object of the present invention is to provide a skin care composition, wherein the eriosema chinense leaf extract can inhibit the activity of collagenase, delay the decomposition of collagen, and promote the synthesis of collagen, so that the skin care composition is beneficial to delaying the skin aging symptoms.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the skin care composition.
The first purpose of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme: a skin care composition comprises the following effective components in parts by weight:
1-5 parts of soluble collagen;
1-10 parts of Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract.

Further, the emollient comprises at least one of cetostearyl alcohol, squalane, isopropyl palmitate, ethylhexyl palmitate, dimethicone, cyclomethicone, caprylic/capric triglyceride, jojoba oil, mineral oil, shea butter (Butyrschum PARKII) fat oil, macadamia nut (MACADAMIA TERNIFOLIA) seed oil, avocado (PERSEAGRATISSIMA) oil, emu oil, isopropyl myristate, CROCUS sativa (CROCUS SATIVUS) oil, and neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate.
Further, the moisturizer includes at least one of glycerin, butylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, betaine, inositol, erythritol, methyl propanediol, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, and trehalose.
Further, the skin conditioner comprises at least one of bisabolol, tocopherol (vitamin E), beta-glucan, nicotinamide, matrine, superoxide dismutase (SOD), and purslane (PO RTULACA OLERACEA) extract.

1. the skin care composition of the invention reasonably combines the soluble collagen and the Chimaphila umbellate leaf extract according to a specific proportion, wherein the structure, the characteristics and the like of the soluble collagen are highly consistent with the collagen of human, and the soluble collagen can be directly used for filling connective tissues by skin, supplying the collagen lost along with age, reconstructing a spiral reticular structure, repairing damaged skin, promoting the synthesis of the collagen of cells and promoting the repair of skin barriers;
2. the eriosema chinense leaf extract in the skin care composition can inhibit the activity of collagenase, delay the decomposition of collagen and promote the synthesis of collagen; the collagen has a synergistic effect with soluble collagen, protects the soluble collagen to exert the effect for a longer time, has a synergistic effect and greatly improves the anti-aging effect;
3. the preparation method of the skin care composition is simple, and can meet the requirement of industrial production.

The INCI name of the eriosema umbellata leaf extract is: the eriosema umbellata (CHIMAPHILA UMBELLATA) leaf extract contains arbutin, homoarbutin, isohomoarbutin, ursolic acid, gallic acid, quinic acid, eriosema umbellata hance herb element, etc., and has effects of resisting oxidation, inhibiting melanin, inhibiting activity of collagenase, delaying decomposition of collagen, promoting synthesis of collagen, whitening skin, and resisting aging.
A method of making a skin care composition comprising:
the preparation steps of the extract are as follows: adding 2 times of 95 vt% ethanol into dried Chimaphila umbellate leaf, extracting under reflux and soaking for 2h, repeating for 3 times, mixing filtrates, filtering with 200 mesh filter cloth, adding 2 times of butanediol into filtrate, and evaporating at 45-55 deg.C to obtain Chimaphila umbellate leaf extract;
mixing:
adding phase A materials (water, hydrogenated lecithin, polysorbate-20, carbomer, xanthan gum, methyl hydroxybenzoate, glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and sodium hyaluronate) into vacuum emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 deg.C, stirring, and keeping the temperature for use;
adding B phase raw materials (polydimethylsiloxane, cyclomethicone, shea butter, squalane, bisabolol, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate) into an oil pan, stirring, heating to 80-85 deg.C, stirring, and keeping the temperature for use;
pumping the phase B raw material into a vacuum emulsifying pot, mixing and stirring uniformly, homogenizing and emulsifying for 5-8 min, stirring uniformly, stirring at constant temperature for defoaming for 10min, and cooling;
cooling to below 40 deg.C, adding C phase materials (trehalose, matrine, beta-dextran, soluble collagen, and Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract), stirring, and cooling;
cooling to below 35 deg.C, adding D phase materials (phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin), stirring, and discharging.
Examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3:
the skin care compositions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 were prepared according to the ingredients and amounts shown in table 2, and the preparation method was the same as the embodiment.

The first test example:
physical and chemical index detection: according to QB/T2660, the skin care composition prepared by the method is subjected to physical and chemical index tests, and all the tests meet the following conditions:
1. appearance: white or yellowish translucent mucus;
2. pH value: 5.5-6.8;
3. and (3) investigating heat resistance stability: keeping the temperature at (40 +/-1) ℃ for 24h, and ensuring that no obvious character difference exists between the temperature after the temperature is restored to the room temperature and the temperature before the test, so that the product is qualified;
4. and (3) cold resistance stability investigation: keeping the temperature at (5 +/-1) ℃ for 24h, and ensuring that no obvious character difference exists between the product after the temperature is restored to the room temperature and the product before the test, so that the product is qualified.
Test example two:
detecting the application performance:
1) and (3) product safety test:
the skin care compositions obtained in examples and comparative examples were subjected to a human patch test according to the method described in technical specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition).
The experimental population is as follows: total 36, 30 women, 6 men, age 21-59, 6 per group, composite subject volunteer enrollment criteria;
the test method comprises the following steps: the selection area is not more than 50mm2Suitable spot tester with depth of about 1mmAdding about 0.020-0.025mL of a test object into a spot tester by a closed spot test method; the plaque test device is pasted on the curved side of the forearm of a subject, the subject is removed after 24h, the skin reaction is observed after 0.5h, 24h and 48h respectively after the removal, and the result is recorded according to the skin reaction grading standard in technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition).
And (3) test results: the 36 subjects scored 0 at 3 observation time points 0.5h, 24h, 48h after removal of the patch (negative response).
2) And (3) product efficacy test:
1. type iii collagen synthesis promotion rate test:
human fibroblasts cultured in DMEM medium containing 12% FBS were seeded in 24-well plates, and after cell attachment, medium exchange was performed with DMEM medium containing 0.22% FBS and 200 μ M magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, to which samples to be tested in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively, were added. After three days of culture, the culture medium supernatant was recovered, centrifuged, and the type III collagen in the resulting supernatant was measured.
The evaluation method of the ability of type III collagen in cells to biosynthesize was carried out by measuring the content of the terminal peptide (Procollagen type III-peptide: abbreviated as PIII P) of type III collagen secreted in the supernatant using the "R IA-gnost PIII P (PIII P) measurement kit". The strength of the anti-wrinkle effect of these samples was evaluated by the promotion rate of collagen type III synthesis. The calculation formula is as follows:

A: the amount of type III collagen produced after addition of the test sample;
b: amount of type iii collagen production without addition of test sample;

As shown in the table, the skin care compositions prepared in the examples 1-3 of the invention can promote the secretion of type III collagen by cells, the promotion rate is far higher than that of the comparative examples 1-3, and the reasonable proportion of the soluble collagen and the Chimaphila umbellate leaf extract can obviously improve the generation amount of type III collagen, thicken extracellular matrix and further realize the anti-wrinkle effect.
2. And (3) anti-aging efficacy test:
18 volunteers of 35-55 years old were selected, sex randomized. The volunteers were randomly divided into 6 groups, and the skin care compositions of examples and comparative examples were randomly used on one of the left cheek or the right cheek, and one of the left canthus and the right canthus, respectively, of each volunteer, and were used as experimental groups; the volunteers used one cheek and the canthus of the examples and comparative examples as a control group.
The volunteers were applied once a day, in the morning and evening, with a usage period of 4 weeks, and were unable to use other cosmetics during the test period. Then, the skin care composition was comparatively analyzed for wrinkle improvement and skin elasticity of volunteers using a skin elasticity tester and a facial wrinkle imager, and the results are shown in table 4:

The wrinkles were reduced in the test group and improved significantly after the application of the example samples, compared to the control group. Meanwhile, after the skin elasticity tester is used for testing the skin of each group of volunteers, the elasticity of the skin at the position where the sample is smeared in the embodiment is obviously improved compared with the control group.
The test results show that the skin care composition composed of the soluble collagen and the Chimaphila umbellate leaf extract has a synergistic interaction effect, and the Chimaphila umbellate leaf extract can inhibit the activity of collagenase, delay the decomposition of collagen and promote the synthesis of collagen. Has synergistic effect with soluble collagen, can protect soluble collagen for long-term use, and can prevent and improve skin aging.
Various other changes and modifications to the above-described embodiments and concepts will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the above description, and all such changes and modifications are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A skin care composition is characterized by comprising the following effective components in parts by weight:
1-5 parts of soluble collagen;
1-10 parts of Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract.
2. The skin care composition of claim 1, further comprising an adjuvant in an amount from 85 to 98 parts by weight.
3. The skin care composition of claim 2 wherein said adjunct comprises at least one of an emulsifier, a thickener, an emollient, a humectant, a skin conditioning agent, a pH adjusting agent, a preservative, and a solvent.
4. The skin care composition according to claim 1, comprising the following active ingredients in parts by weight:
3 parts of soluble collagen;
5 parts of Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract.
5. The skin care composition of claim 1, wherein the soluble collagen is recombinant human collagen.
6. A method of preparing a skin care composition, comprising:
the preparation steps of the extract are as follows: extracting dried Chimaphila umbellata leaf with ethanol to obtain filtrate, adding butanediol into the filtrate, and evaporating to obtain Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract;
mixing: 1-5 parts of soluble collagen; mixing 1-10 parts by weight of Chimaphila umbellata leaf extract to obtain the skin care composition.
7. A method for preparing a skin care composition according to claim 6, wherein the extract is prepared by adding 95 vt% ethanol in an amount 2 times the weight of dried Chimaphila umbellata leaves.
8. The method of preparing a skin care composition according to claim 6, wherein the extract is prepared by filtering the filtrate with a 200 mesh filter cloth and adding butylene glycol.
9. The method of preparing a skin care composition according to claim 6, wherein in the step of preparing the extract, butylene glycol is added in an amount of 2 times the weight of the filtrate.
10. The method of preparing a skin care composition according to claim 6, wherein the evaporation temperature in the step of preparing the extract is 45-55 ℃.
