本发明涉及一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂及其制备方法,属于纺织品整理剂领域。
背景技术
柔软剂是印染加工行业后整理工序中经常用到的常规助剂,是一种能赋予衣物和织物平滑手感、柔软感觉的纺织化工产品。目前我国柔软剂使用量大,品种繁多,已从传统的脂肪酸酰胺化合物逐步向有机硅聚合物演变,但在实际加工使用中,单一的品种往往很难满足客户的需求。非硅类柔软剂手感蓬松,价格低廉,但平滑度不够,耐高温,耐碱都比较差:有机硅类柔软剂手感优异,但又容易出硅油斑,而且随着氨值的增大和有机溶剂的过度使用,通常布面色变较大,包装运输过程中储存酚黄变大,这种现象严重困扰着印染加工厂。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂,按重量份计,包括耐碱软片10-20份,分散稳定剂5-10份,低黄变嵌段硅油10-20份,抗酚黄变剂5-10份,去离子水40-70份。
作为改进,所述耐碱软片采用长链不饱和脂肪酸油酸等,或采用脂肪酸酯硬脂酸酯和多元胺化合物二乙烯三胺等酰胺化反应后继续季铵化形成的阳离子型化合物。
作为改进,所述分散稳定剂采用高EO数的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚化合物。
作为改进,所述高EO数的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚化合物采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚O-25、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物分散剂IW、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物分散剂W的一种或多种混合。
作为改进,所述低黄变嵌段硅油由端环氧硅油和聚醚胺按照摩尔比为1:2-2:1开环聚合而成,其中端环氧硅油的分子量为8000-20000,聚醚胺分子量为200-2003。

另外,本发明还提供了一种所述高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将配方量的耐碱软片和分散稳定剂加入到去离子水中,升温至70-80℃,保温搅拌60-90分钟至均一乳液,然后降温至30-40℃,加入低黄变嵌段硅油和抗酚黄变剂,搅拌均匀20-30分钟,过滤即得该柔软剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的柔软剂通过合理选材复配,克服了阳离子柔软剂和阴离子抗酚黄剂容易发生离子性反应的难点,稳定性佳,具有优异的耐高温、耐剪切性能,手感柔软舒适,色变黄变小,适用于白色或浅色织物的整理,同时在棉及其混纺面料的运输储存抗酚黄效果可以达到四级,满足出口要求。

将10份油酸和5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚O-25加入到40份去离子水中,升温至70℃,保温搅拌60分钟至均一乳液,然后降温至30℃,加入10份低黄变嵌段硅油和5份磺酸盐型抗酚黄变剂,搅拌均匀20分钟,即得所述柔软剂。
本实施例制得柔软剂耐高温,室温耐5g/L纯碱、10g/L元明粉,不漂油,不粘辊。
实施例2
一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂的制备方法,按质量份计,包括以下步骤:
将15份耐碱软片和8份脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物分散剂W加入到54份去离子水中,升温至75℃,保温搅拌75分钟至均一乳液,然后降温至35℃,加入10份低黄变嵌段硅油和5份磺酸盐型抗酚黄变剂,搅拌均匀20分钟,即得所述柔软剂。
本实施例制得柔软剂耐高温,室温耐5g/L纯碱、10g/L元明粉,不漂油,不粘辊。
实施例3
一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂的制备方法,按质量份计,包括以下步骤:
将20份耐碱软片和10份脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物分散剂IW,加入到70份去离子水中,升温至80℃,保温搅拌90分钟至均一乳液,然后降温至40℃,加入20份低黄变嵌段硅油和10份羧酸盐型抗酚黄变剂,搅拌均匀30分钟,即得所述柔软剂。
本实施例制得柔软剂耐高温,室温耐5g/L纯碱、10g/L元明粉,不漂油,不粘辊。
以实施例2制得柔软剂为例,与市售柔软整理剂分别应用在棉针织布、锦棉布、涤棉布中,测试整理后织物的抗酚黄性能和手感,结果如下表1、2所示;其中,以5分为最优,1分为最差。

分析可知,本发明制备的柔软剂与市售的柔软剂相比,能赋予各种纤维织物极佳的应用稳定性,赋予织物优异的柔滑手感,同时可以有效解决高温条件下易黄变的问题,处理后织物黄变、色变小,适用于白色或浅色织物整理,储存酚黄变小。

Claims (7)
1.一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂,其特征在于,按质量份计,包括耐碱软片10-20份,分散稳定剂5-10份,低黄变嵌段硅油10-20份,抗酚黄变剂5-10份,去离子水40-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂,其特征在于,所述耐碱软片采用长链不饱和脂肪酸如油酸等,或采用脂肪酸酯硬脂酸酯和多元胺化合物二乙烯三胺酰胺化反应后继续季铵化形成的阳离子型化合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂,其特征在于,所述分散稳定剂采用高EO数的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚化合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂,其特征在于,所述高EO数的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚化合物采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚O-25、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物分散剂IW、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物分散剂W中的一种或多种混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂,其特征在于,所述低黄变嵌段硅油由端环氧硅油和聚醚胺按照摩尔比为1:2-2:1开环聚合而成,其中端环氧硅油的分子量为8000-20000,聚醚胺分子量为200-2003。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂,其特征在于,所述抗酚黄变剂采用阴离子磺酸盐型抗酚黄剂、阴离子羧酸盐型抗酚黄剂的一种或两种的混合。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述高稳定低色变抗酚黄的柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将配方量的耐碱软片和分散稳定剂加入到去离子水中,升温至70-80℃,保温搅拌60-90分钟至均一乳液,然后降温至30-40℃,加入低黄变嵌段硅油和抗酚黄变剂,搅拌均匀20-30分钟,过滤即得该柔软剂。
