S2:将软化剂通过超声波加热设备进行加热反应,冷却至70℃时加入乳化剂以300-350r/min速率搅拌30min,制得环保印染助剂。

测试方法:将实施例1、实施例2、对比例所制得的产品进入性能测试,其中皂洗牢度按gb/T3921-2008测试;摩擦牢度按GB/T3920-2008测试;汗渍牢度按GB/T3922-1995测试;手感测试:闭目触摸,根据手感进行评分,5级代表最好:柔软丝滑;

结合上述数据,可以明显看出本申请实施例1和实施例2具有较高的色牢度,相对于对比例有较高的改进。
综上所述:本发明用料考究、配比科学,改性锁色剂可以在染色表面形成一层保护膜,提升整体的固色效果,亲水性较好,有效防止在脱水现象,软化剂可以使得印染后的更加柔软,避免传统印染后出现印染区手感不佳的问题,有效的提高了穿戴的舒适性,同时具有抗泛黄效果。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于纺织的环保印染助剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份成分:改性锁色剂18-24份、软化剂4-8份、着色剂5-10份、乳化剂1-3份、分散剂1-3份、去离子水20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织的环保印染助剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份成分:改性锁色剂22份、软化剂7.2份、着色剂8份、乳化剂2.6份、分散剂2.6份、去离子水23份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种用于纺织的环保印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将改性锁色剂、着色剂、分散剂、去离子水置入搅拌机中,以540-720r/min搅拌反应30-45min,制得混合料;
S2:将软化剂通过超声波加热设备进行加热反应,冷却至70℃时加入乳化剂以300-350r/min速率搅拌30min,制得环保印染助剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于纺织的环保印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性锁色剂包括以下重量份组分:阳离子型季铵盐3-5份、蒸馏水8-10份、钠长石6-8份、羧甲基纤维素钠3-5份、纯水15-30份;
所述改性锁色剂的制备方法如下:
步骤1:将阳离子型季铵盐置入容器中加入蒸馏水搅拌均匀制得季铵盐溶液;
步骤2:将钠长石置入季铵盐溶液中水浴反应2h,冷却、脱水、干燥后得到阳离子改性钠长石;
步骤3:羧甲基纤维素钠置入反应釜中,加入纯水静置反应2h,2h后升温至70-80℃搅拌溶解,加入改性钠长石搅拌均匀,制得改性锁色剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于纺织的环保印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中水浴的温度50-80℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于纺织的环保印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述软化剂由氨基硅油、有机酸酯、亚硫酸氢钠以及抗泛黄剂混合反应而成,四者的用量比为3:2:1:1。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于纺织的环保印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,氨基硅油由D4和β-氨基乙基-γ-氨基丙基甲基混合而成。
