本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提出一种阻燃毛织物柔软剂及其制备方法,该制备方法简单易行,制备出的柔软剂使得毛织物具有一定的阻燃性以及抗菌性,有利于皮肤的健康。

环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯 30-40份
二甲基二硅氧烷 10-15份
八甲基四硅氧烷 7-9份
二月桂酸二丁基锡 5-7份
聚乙烯醇 10-15份
酒石酸 9-11份
硝酸银 7-9份
复配阻燃剂 8-12份
硅藻土 3-5份
去离子水 15-20份;
复配阻燃剂为无醛阻燃剂与的混合物,其中,无醛阻燃剂与磷氮硅三元阻燃剂按质量比2:1的比例混合;
环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯的制备方法如下:
将环氧大豆油和阻聚剂4-甲氧基苯酚加入到装有温度计、电动搅拌器与回流冷凝管的四颈烧瓶中,搅拌10-15min,并升温至30-50℃,同时向烧瓶中加入丙烯酸和三苯基膦的混合物,反应20-40min,继续升温至80℃,反应40-50min,得到粗品,将粗品用丁酮溶解,再加入石油醚产生沉淀,分离出沉淀物,即可得到环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯。

(一)将环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯和二甲基二硅氧烷、八甲基四硅氧烷投入反应器,在40-50℃下反应20-30min;
(二)向步骤(一)中加入二月桂酸二丁基锡维持搅拌10min后加入聚乙烯醇,继续于55℃搅拌50-70 min;
(三)将步骤(二)中体系温度以大约2℃/min的速度降低至30℃,在25min内缓慢加入二月桂酸二丁基锡及硅藻土,并维持搅拌温度在20-30℃之间,之后搅拌保持25min,然后加入酒石酸及硝酸银继续搅拌20-30min,最后加入复配阻燃剂继续搅拌均匀,分批次加入去离子水,即可制得毛织物柔软剂,灌装。

本发明中加入了硝酸银、酒石酸具有一定的抗菌性,增强了柔软剂的抗菌性,对人体皮肤具有一定的好处,有利于人体的健康。
本发明中以植酸作为酸源、丙三醇作为碳源、尿素作为气源、配制成的新型棉用膨胀阻燃剂,可以有效的对织物进行阻燃整理,阻燃效果较好,对织物损伤小,并且原料环保、价格便。
本发明中加入的磷元素协同阻燃剂的合成工艺简单、产率高、阻燃效果好,具有广阔的前景。
本发明中将几种不同的阻燃剂混合形成一种新的阻燃体系,共同阻燃效果大于各阻燃成分单独作用之和,协同效应不仅能提高阻燃体系的效率,而且能减少体系中某种成分或全部成分的用量。
本发明中添加了硅系阻燃剂,在经过硅系阻燃系整理织物后,织物阻燃性能明显提高,且对织物的柔软性没有大的影响。

(三)将步骤(二)中体系温度以大约2℃/min的速度降低至30℃,在25min内缓慢加入二月桂酸二丁基锡及硅藻土,并维持搅拌温度在20℃之间,之后搅拌保持25min,然后加入酒石酸及硝酸银继续搅拌20min,最后加入复配阻燃剂继续搅拌均匀,分批次加入去离子水,即可制得毛织物柔软剂,灌装。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种阻燃毛织物柔软剂,该柔软剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯:40份,二甲基二硅氧烷:15份,八甲基四硅氧烷:9份,二月桂酸二丁基锡:7份,聚乙烯醇:15份,酒石酸:11份,硝酸银:9份,复配阻燃剂:12份,硅藻土:5份,去离子水:20份。
复配阻燃剂为无醛阻燃剂与的混合物,其中,无醛阻燃剂与磷氮硅三元阻燃剂按质量比2:1的比例混合;
环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯的制备方法如下:
将环氧大豆油和阻聚剂4-甲氧基苯酚加入到装有温度计、电动搅拌器与回流冷凝管的四颈烧瓶中,搅拌15min,并升温至50℃,同时向烧瓶中加入丙烯酸和三苯基膦的混合物,反应40min,继续升温至80℃,反应50min,得到粗品,将粗品用丁酮溶解,再加入石油醚产生沉淀,分离出沉淀物,即可得到环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯。
前述阻燃毛织物柔软剂,复配阻燃剂的制备方法具体如下:
(1)将无醛阻燃剂、磷氮硅三元阻燃剂混合并加入丙三醇溶液中搅拌均匀;
(2)向上述步骤(1)中加入植酸和尿素,再加入少量的去离子水,在超声波振荡器中完全溶解;
其中,植酸和尿素的质量比为3:1;
(3)向上述步骤(2)中加入浓氨水,调节PH为6,最后即得到复配阻燃剂。
上述阻燃毛织物柔软剂的制备方法,该柔软剂的具体制备方法如下:
(一)将环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯和二甲基二硅氧烷、八甲基四硅氧烷投入反应器,在50℃下反应30min;
(二)向步骤(一)中加入二月桂酸二丁基锡维持搅拌10min后加入聚乙烯醇,继续于55℃搅拌70 min;
(三)将步骤(二)中体系温度以大约2℃/min的速度降低至30℃,在25min内缓慢加入二月桂酸二丁基锡及硅藻土,并维持搅拌温度在30℃之间,之后搅拌保持25min,然后加入酒石酸及硝酸银继续搅拌30min,最后加入复配阻燃剂继续搅拌均匀,分批次加入去离子水,即可制得毛织物柔软剂,灌装。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种阻燃毛织物柔软剂,该柔软剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯:35份,二甲基二硅氧烷:13份,八甲基四硅氧烷:8份,二月桂酸二丁基锡:6份,聚乙烯醇:13份,酒石酸:10份,硝酸银:8份,复配阻燃剂:11份,硅藻土:4份,去离子水:11份。
复配阻燃剂为无醛阻燃剂与的混合物,其中,无醛阻燃剂与磷氮硅三元阻燃剂按质量比2:1的比例混合;

(三)将步骤(二)中体系温度以大约2℃/min的速度降低至30℃,在25min内缓慢加入二月桂酸二丁基锡及硅藻土,并维持搅拌温度在25℃之间,之后搅拌保持25min,然后加入酒石酸及硝酸银继续搅拌25min,最后加入复配阻燃剂继续搅拌均匀,分批次加入去离子水,即可制得毛织物柔软剂,灌装。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种阻燃毛织物柔软剂,其特征在于:该柔软剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯 30-40份
二甲基二硅氧烷 10-15份
八甲基四硅氧烷 7-9份
二月桂酸二丁基锡 5-7份
聚乙烯醇 10-15份
酒石酸 9-11份
硝酸银 7-9份
复配阻燃剂 8-12份
硅藻土 3-5份
去离子水 15-20份;
所述的复配阻燃剂为无醛阻燃剂与的混合物,其中,所述无醛阻燃剂与磷氮硅三元阻燃剂按质量比2:1的比例混合;
所述环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯的制备方法如下:
将环氧大豆油和阻聚剂4-甲氧基苯酚加入到装有温度计、电动搅拌器与回流冷凝管的四颈烧瓶中,搅拌10-15min,并升温至30-50℃,同时向烧瓶中加入丙烯酸和三苯基膦的混合物,反应20-40min,继续升温至80℃,反应40-50min,得到粗品,将粗品用丁酮溶解,再加入石油醚产生沉淀,分离出沉淀物,即可得到环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述阻燃毛织物柔软剂,其特征在于:该柔软剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯:30份,二甲基二硅氧烷:10份,八甲基四硅氧烷:7份,二月桂酸二丁基锡:5份,聚乙烯醇:10份,酒石酸:9份,硝酸银:7份,复配阻燃剂:8份,硅藻土:3份,去离子水:5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的所述阻燃毛织物柔软剂,其特征在于:该柔软剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯:40份,二甲基二硅氧烷:15份,八甲基四硅氧烷:9份,二月桂酸二丁基锡:7份,聚乙烯醇:15份,酒石酸:11份,硝酸银:9份,复配阻燃剂:12份,硅藻土:5份,去离子水:20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的所述阻燃毛织物柔软剂,其特征在于:该柔软剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯:35份,二甲基二硅氧烷:13份,八甲基四硅氧烷:8份,二月桂酸二丁基锡:6份,聚乙烯醇:13份,酒石酸:10份,硝酸银:8份,复配阻燃剂:11份,硅藻土:4份,去离子水:11份。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的阻燃毛织物柔软剂,其特征在于:所述复配阻燃剂的制备方法具体如下:
(1)将无醛阻燃剂、磷氮硅三元阻燃剂混合并加入丙三醇溶液中搅拌均匀;
(2)向上述步骤(1)中加入植酸和尿素,再加入少量的去离子水,在超声波振荡器中完全溶解;
其中,所述的植酸和尿素的质量比为3:1;
(3)向上述步骤(2)中加入浓氨水,调节PH为5-6,最后即得到复配阻燃剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的阻燃毛织物柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该柔软剂的具体制备方法如下:
(一)将环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯和二甲基二硅氧烷、八甲基四硅氧烷投入反应器,在40-50℃下反应20-30min;
(二)向步骤(一)中加入二月桂酸二丁基锡维持搅拌10min后加入聚乙烯醇,继续于55℃搅拌50-70 min;
(三)将步骤(二)中体系温度以大约2℃/min的速度降低至30℃,在25min内缓慢加入二月桂酸二丁基锡及硅藻土,并维持搅拌温度在20-30℃之间,之后搅拌保持25min,然后加入酒石酸及硝酸银继续搅拌20-30min,最后加入复配阻燃剂继续搅拌均匀,分批次加入去离子水,即可制得毛织物柔软剂,灌装。
