本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含有抗菌成分的纺织助剂及其制备方法
背景技术
纺织助剂是纺织品生产加工过程中必须的化学品。纺织助剂对提高纺织品的产品质量和附加价值具有不可或缺的重要作用,它不仅能赋予纺织品各种特殊功能和风格,如柔软、防皱、防缩、防水、抗菌、抗静电、阻燃等,还可以改进染整工艺,起到节约能源和降低加工成本的作用。纺织助剂对提升纺织工业的整体水平以及在纺织产业链中的作用是至关重要的。现有的纺织助剂主要有精练剂、染色剂、匀染剂、柔软剂、毛效提升剂、涤纶低温染色载体、代用碱、CT粉、化纤油剂、高效退煮粉、双氧水稳定剂、除硅剂、起泡剂、起毛剂、固色剂等。
但是,常规的纺织助剂往往抗菌性能不强,即使添加有抗菌成分,其作用对象也较为单一、所需剂量较大,不能满足纺织品实际生产的需求。因此,急需开发一种抗菌效果优良的复合纺织助剂
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种含有抗菌成分的纺织助剂及其制备方法,通过采用特定原料进行组合,配合相应的生产工艺,得到了一种新型纺织助剂,其抗菌效果显著,同时兼具防污效果,具有良好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种含有抗菌成分的纺织助剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠50-60份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮45-55份、十二烷基磺酸钠40-50份、羟乙磺酸酯30-40份、乙二醇水杨酸酯30-40份、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯25-35份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂25-35份、三氯均二苯脲15-25份、乙基香兰素15-25份、氧化锌5-10份、交联剂5-10份、柔软剂5-10份。
优选地,所述的交联剂选自多异氰酸酯、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、封闭型水性异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述的柔软剂选自硅油柔软剂、酯基季铵盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
所述含有抗菌成分的纺织助剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、羟乙磺酸酯、乙二醇水杨酸酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500-8500r/m的状态下搅拌6-10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65-75℃,然后加入三氯均二苯脲、乙基香兰素、氧化锌,在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入交联剂、柔软剂,进行第二次超声,得到成品。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中第一次超声功率为800w,超声时间为6-7h,第二次超声功率为950w,超声时间为4-5h。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明的纺织助剂以琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、羟乙磺酸酯、乙二醇水杨酸酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂为主要成分,通过加入三氯均二苯脲、乙基香兰素、氧化锌、交联剂、柔软剂,辅以改性、搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而成的纺织助剂具有良好的抗菌效果,且同时具备防污功能。
(2)本发明的纺织助剂中添加的抗菌成分三氯均二苯脲、乙基香兰素、氧化锌具有协调增效作用,有效提高了组合物的抗菌效果。
(3)本发明的纺织助剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。

下面结合具体实施例对发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠50份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮45份、十二烷基磺酸钠40份、羟乙磺酸酯30份、乙二醇水杨酸酯30份、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯25份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂25份、三氯均二苯脲15份、乙基香兰素15份、氧化锌5份、多异氰酸酯5份、硅油柔软剂5份;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、羟乙磺酸酯、乙二醇水杨酸酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500r/m的状态下搅拌6h;

(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、羟乙磺酸酯、乙二醇水杨酸酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在8000r/m的状态下搅拌8h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至70℃,然后加入三氯均二苯脲、乙基香兰素、氧化锌,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为6.5h,随后加入聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、酯基季铵盐,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为4.5h,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。

(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、羟乙磺酸酯、乙二醇水杨酸酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在8500r/m的状态下搅拌10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至75℃,然后加入三氯均二苯脲、乙基香兰素、氧化锌,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为7h,随后加入封闭型水性异氰酸酯、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为5h,得到成品。

(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、羟乙磺酸酯、乙二醇水杨酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500r/m的状态下搅拌6h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65℃,然后加入三氯均二苯脲、氧化锌,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为6h,随后加入多异氰酸酯、硅油柔软剂,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为4h,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)按照重量份称取琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠60份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮55份、十二烷基磺酸钠50份、乙二醇水杨酸酯40份、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯35份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂35份、三氯均二苯脲25份、乙基香兰素25份、封闭型水性异氰酸酯10份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵10份;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、乙二醇水杨酸酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在8500r/m的状态下搅拌10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至75℃,然后加入三氯均二苯脲、乙基香兰素,在超声机中进行第一次超声,超声功率为800w,超声时间为7h,随后加入封闭型水性异氰酸酯、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,进行第二次超声,超声功率为950w,超声时间为5h,得到成品。
制得的纺织助剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
将实施例1-4和对比例1-2的纺织助剂应用于织物后,采用改良AATCC-100测定法以及GB/T30159.1-2013中的液态沾污法分别测试其抑菌率及沾污等级。

本发明以琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠为主要成分,通过加入羟乙磺酸酯、乙二醇水杨酸酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂、三氯均二苯脲、乙基香兰素、氧化锌、交联剂、柔软剂,辅以改性、搅拌、加热、超声等工艺,使得制备而成的纺织助剂具有良好的抗菌效果,同时具备防污功能,应用前景好,具有良好的社会效益。

Claims (5)

1.一种含有抗菌成分的纺织助剂,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠50-60份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮45-55份、十二烷基磺酸钠40-50份、羟乙磺酸酯30-40份、乙二醇水杨酸酯30-40份、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯25-35份、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂25-35份、三氯均二苯脲15-25份、乙基香兰素15-25份、氧化锌5-10份、交联剂5-10份、柔软剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有抗菌成分的纺织助剂,其特征在于:所述的交联剂选自多异氰酸酯、聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷、封闭型水性异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有抗菌成分的纺织助剂,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂选自硅油柔软剂、酯基季铵盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述的含有抗菌成分的纺织助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取各原料;
(2)将琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、羟乙磺酸酯、乙二醇水杨酸酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂混合,加入10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至8.5,在7500-8500r/m的状态下搅拌6-10h;
(3)将搅拌后的混合液加热至65-75℃,然后加入三氯均二苯脲、乙基香兰素、氧化锌,在超声机中进行第一次超声,随后加入交联剂、柔软剂,进行第二次超声,得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含有抗菌成分的纺织助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中第一次超声功率为800w,超声时间为6-7h,第二次超声功率为950w,超声时间为4-5h。
