本发明公开了一种适用于蚕丝面料的处理液,每千克处理液包括以下成分:乙酰水杨酸20‑60g、二氯苯酚烷1‑7g、双环戊二烯基锆10‑40g、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵10‑70g、海藻酸钠20‑60g、烷基苯磺酸钠10‑40g、二聚酸10‑50、二甲苯磺酸钾20‑80g、8‑羟基喹啉铜50‑130、尼泊金丙酯1‑7g,己基癸醇200‑300g,其余为去离子水。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料处理技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于蚕丝面料的处理液。
背景技术
目前常采用数码喷涂,数码喷涂采用环保的活性染料,喷染在经过上浆处理过的面料上,后期需通过汽蒸、水洗、烘干等多道工序,全过程实行自动化、信息化操作,生产过程中噪音和废水也极少,非常生态环保。
但一般面料长时间置于室内或自然环境中,如遇到相对湿度较大的,或在透气性差的空间中时,面料表面的病菌还是可能会生长或繁殖,易致霉变,有害病菌、微生物的存在还会引起面料中的蚕丝蛋白的降解,使蚕丝面料出现泛黄、霉变、褪色等现象,影响到面料的售出。
故,需要一种新的技术以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有技术存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种适用于蚕丝面料的处理液。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种适用于蚕丝面料的处理液,每千克处理液包括以下成分:乙酰水杨酸20-60g、二氯苯酚烷1-7g、双环戊二烯基锆10-40g、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵10-70g、海藻酸钠20-60g、烷基苯磺酸钠10-40g、二聚酸10-50、二甲苯磺酸钾20-80g、8-羟基喹啉铜50-130、尼泊金丙酯1-7g,己基癸醇200-300g,其余为去离子水。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明每千克处理液包括以下成分:乙酰水杨酸20g、二氯苯酚烷1g、双环戊二烯基锆10g、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵10g、海藻酸钠20g、烷基苯磺酸钠10g、二聚酸10、二甲苯磺酸钾20g、8-羟基喹啉铜50、尼泊金丙酯1g,己基癸醇200g,其余为去离子水。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明每千克处理液包括以下成分:乙酰水杨酸60g、二氯苯酚烷7g、双环戊二烯基锆40g、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵70g、海藻酸钠60g、烷基苯磺酸钠40g、二聚酸50、二甲苯磺酸钾80g、8-羟基喹啉铜130、尼泊金丙酯7g,己基癸醇300g,其余为去离子水。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明每千克处理液包括以下成分:乙酰水杨酸38g、二氯苯酚烷2g、双环戊二烯基锆22g、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵35g、海藻酸钠38g、烷基苯磺酸钠18g、二聚酸45、二甲苯磺酸钾45g、8-羟基喹啉铜65、尼泊金丙酯2g,己基癸醇208g,其余为去离子水。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明每千克处理液包括以下成分:乙酰水杨酸42、二氯苯酚烷4g、双环戊二烯基锆32g、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵32g、海藻酸钠44、烷基苯磺酸钠35g、二聚酸35、二甲苯磺酸钾38g、8-羟基喹啉铜86、尼泊金丙酯4g,己基癸醇258g,其余为去离子水。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:将经过浸轧之后的面料坯置于本发明的处理液中,浸渍时间大概控制在半小时,解决了传统的面料易于滋生各种细菌而发生霉变影响面料质量的问题。

本实施例的一种适用于蚕丝面料的处理液,每千克处理液包括以下成分:乙酰水杨酸20-60g、二氯苯酚烷1-7g、双环戊二烯基锆10-40g、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵10-70g、海藻酸钠20-60g、烷基苯磺酸钠10-40g、二聚酸10-50、二甲苯磺酸钾20-80g、8-羟基喹啉铜50-130、尼泊金丙酯1-7g,己基癸醇200-300g,其余为去离子水。
实施例2

1.一种适用于蚕丝面料的处理液,其特征在于:每千克处理液包括以下成分:乙酰水杨酸20-60g、二氯苯酚烷1-7g、双环戊二烯基锆10-40g、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵10-70g、海藻酸钠20-60g、烷基苯磺酸钠10-40g、二聚酸10-50、二甲苯磺酸钾20-80g、8-羟基喹啉铜50-130、尼泊金丙酯1-7g,己基癸醇200-300g,其余为去离子水。
