本发明公开了一种纺织用品防泛黄用处理液，每千克处理液包括以下成分：水杨酸苯酯20‑60g、壳聚糖1‑7g、焦磷酸钠10‑40g、N‑辛基异噻唑啉酮10‑70g、溴硝丙醇20‑60g、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯10‑40g、端羟基聚丁二烯10‑50、二甲苯磺酸钾20‑80g、N，N‑二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍50‑130、吡虫啉1‑7g，乙醇200‑300g,其余为去离子水。

一种纺织用品防泛黄用处理液
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料处理技术领域，具体涉及一种纺织用品防泛黄用处理液。
背景技术
目前常采用数码喷涂，数码喷涂采用环保的活性染料，喷染在经过上浆处理过的面料上，后期需通过汽蒸、水洗、烘干等多道工序，全过程实行自动化、信息化操作，生产过程中噪音和废水也极少，非常生态环保。
但一般面料长时间置于室内或自然环境中，如遇到相对湿度较大的，或在透气性差的空间中时，面料表面的病菌还是可能会生长或繁殖，易致霉变，有害病菌、微生物的存在还会引起面料中的蚕丝蛋白的降解，使蚕丝面料出现泛黄、霉变、褪色等现象，影响到面料的售出。
故，需要一种新的技术以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
发明目的：针对上述现有技术存在的问题和不足，本发明的目的是提供一种纺织用品防泛黄用处理液。
技术方案：本发明公开了一种纺织用品防泛黄用处理液，每千克处理液包括以下成分：水杨酸苯酯20-60g、壳聚糖1-7g、焦磷酸钠10-40g、N-辛基异噻唑啉酮10-70g、溴硝丙醇20-60g、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯10-40g、端羟基聚丁二烯10-50、二甲苯磺酸钾20-80g、N，N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍50-130、吡虫啉1-7g，乙醇200-300g,其余为去离子水。
作为本发明的进一步优化，本发明每千克处理液包括以下成分：水杨酸苯酯20g、壳聚糖1g、焦磷酸钠10g、N-辛基异噻唑啉酮10g、溴硝丙醇20g、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯10g、端羟基聚丁二烯10、二甲苯磺酸钾20g、N，N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍50、吡虫啉1g，乙醇200g,其余为去离子水。
作为本发明的进一步优化，本发明每千克处理液包括以下成分：水杨酸苯酯60g、壳聚糖7g、焦磷酸钠40g、N-辛基异噻唑啉酮70g、溴硝丙醇60g、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯40g、端羟基聚丁二烯50、二甲苯磺酸钾80g、N，N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍130、吡虫啉7g，乙醇300g,其余为去离子水。
作为本发明的进一步优化，本发明每千克处理液包括以下成分：水杨酸苯酯38g、壳聚糖2g、焦磷酸钠22g、N-辛基异噻唑啉酮35g、溴硝丙醇38g、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯18g、端羟基聚丁二烯45、二甲苯磺酸钾45g、N，N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍65、吡虫啉2g，乙醇208g,其余为去离子水。
作为本发明的进一步优化，本发明每千克处理液包括以下成分：水杨酸苯酯42、壳聚糖4g、焦磷酸钠32g、N-辛基异噻唑啉酮32g、溴硝丙醇44、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯35g、端羟基聚丁二烯35、二甲苯磺酸钾38g、N，N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍86、吡虫啉4g，乙醇258g,其余为去离子水。
有益效果：本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：将经过浸轧之后的面料坯置于本发明的处理液中，浸渍时间大概控制在半小时，解决了传统的面料易于滋生各种细菌而发生霉变影响面料质量的问题。

本实施例的一种纺织用品防泛黄用处理液，每千克处理液包括以下成分：水杨酸苯酯20-60g、壳聚糖1-7g、焦磷酸钠10-40g、N-辛基异噻唑啉酮10-70g、溴硝丙醇20-60g、聚甘油单硬脂酸酯10-40g、端羟基聚丁二烯10-50、二甲苯磺酸钾20-80g、N，N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍50-130、吡虫啉1-7g，乙醇200-300g,其余为去离子水。
实施例2
