Abstract

本发明公开了一种防泼水面料的加工工艺。工艺包括以下步骤:首先,采用树脂溶液对面料进行涂布处理,烘干后;再用泼水剂和架桥剂的复配溶液浸轧或喷涂所述面料,烘干定型后得到防泼水面料。本发明的工艺在面料上先进行树脂处理,首先减少纤维间空隙,同时降低纤维表面粗糙程度,为后续拨水剂加工提供更好的加工基础,同时由于树脂对拨水剂的亲和力较面料对拨水剂的亲和力要强,所以在耐水洗方面表现更优异。可改善面料的防水效果,达到水洗20次后80分的结果。

一种防泼水面料的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,属于纺织加工技术领域。
背景技术
AATCC-22的方式喷淋试验的原理,是在一定高度的条件下,水低落到面料上,形成一定的冲击力,在面料和水的表面张力的作用下,测试水是否可以润湿面料,在一般的加工条件下,拨水剂会在纤维表面形成较底表面张力的膜,减少水的润湿达到防水效果。
在纺织材料工业中,对于纺织材料泼水中要求一直是产品的重点,针对纺织品不同织法,有分平织及针织织法, 尤其针织本身织法结构比效松散, 经过传统泼水加工后,泼水效果依然达不到水洗10次后 80 分标准。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防泼水面料的加工工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,首先,采用树脂溶液对面料进行涂布处理,烘干后;再用泼水剂和架桥剂的复配溶液浸轧或喷涂所述面料,烘干定型后得到防泼水面料。
所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,所述涂布处理可采用涂层或喷涂的方式。
所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,所述树脂溶液包括树脂、架桥剂和增稠剂。
所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,所述树脂溶液各原料的重量份数分别为:树脂30-50份、架桥剂3-5份和增稠剂0-2份。
所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,所述树脂为有机硅塑料、聚氨酯、聚丙烯树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或聚醋酸乙烯酯。
所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,所述烘干的温度为100-160℃。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的工艺在面料上先进行树脂处理,首先减少纤维间空隙,同时降低纤维表面粗糙程度,为后续拨水剂加工提供更好的加工基础,同时由于树脂对拨水剂的亲和力较面料对拨水剂的亲和力要强,所以在耐水洗方面表现更优异。可改善面料的防水效果,达到水洗20 次后80分的结果。
采用树脂溶液,不使用有机溶剂,无VOC的排放问题,同时在加工过程中不需要进行溶剂的收集和回收,相较对于传统使用溶剂易造成环境污染,本发明的工艺完全符合环保方向。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,包括以下两个步骤:
(1)采用树脂溶液对面料进行喷涂处理,在100-160℃烘干后;
(2)再用泼水剂和架桥剂的复配溶液浸轧或喷涂所述面料,100-160℃烘干定型后得到防泼水面料。
其中,第(1)步中,所述树脂溶液包括树脂和架桥剂。所述树脂溶液各原料的重量份数分别为:树脂30份和架桥剂3份。
所述树脂为有机硅塑料、聚氨酯、聚丙烯树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或聚醋酸乙烯酯。
第(2)步中,所述泼水剂的添加量为5%,架桥剂的添加量为0.5%。所述泼水剂为苏州维明化学工业有限公司生产的HIPOM DRX无氟泼水剂。所述架桥剂为封闭型异氰酸酯架桥剂。
实施例2
一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,包括以下两个步骤:
(1)采用树脂溶液对面料进行涂层处理,在100-160℃烘干后;
(2)再用泼水剂和架桥剂的复配溶液浸轧或喷涂所述面料,100-160℃烘干定型后得到防泼水面料。
其中,第(1)步中,所述树脂溶液包括树脂、架桥剂和增稠剂。所述树脂溶液各原料的重量份数分别为:树脂50份、架桥剂5份和增稠剂2份。
所述树脂为有机硅塑料、聚氨酯、聚丙烯树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或聚醋酸乙烯酯。
第(2)步中,所述泼水剂的添加量为5%,架桥剂的添加量为0.5%。所述泼水剂为苏州维明化学工业有限公司生产的HIPOM DRX无氟泼水剂。所述架桥剂为封闭型异氰酸酯架桥剂。
对比例
采用传统工艺,具体步骤为:采用泼水剂和架桥剂的复配溶液浸轧或喷涂所述面料,100-160℃烘干定型后得到防泼水面料。所述泼水剂的添加量为5%,架桥剂的添加量为0.5%。所述泼水剂为苏州维明化学工业有限公司生产的HIPOM DRX无氟泼水剂。所述架桥剂为封闭型异氰酸酯架桥剂。
对不同工艺,不同材料,不同织物织法做泼水对比,具体如下:

表1为平织织物采用对比例的工艺处理后的测试结果;表2为针织织物采用对比例的工艺处理后的测试结果;表3为平织织物采用实施例1的工艺处理后的测试结果;表4为为针织织物采用实施例1的工艺处理后的测试结果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,其特征是,所述涂布处理可采用涂层或喷涂的方式。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,其特征是,所述树脂溶液包括树脂、架桥剂和增稠剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,其特征是,所述树脂溶液各原料的重量份数分别为:树脂30-50份、架桥剂3-5份和增稠剂0-2份。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,其特征是,所述树脂为有机硅塑料、聚氨酯、聚丙烯树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或聚醋酸乙烯酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防泼水面料的加工工艺,其特征是,所述烘干的温度为100-160℃。
