Abstract

本发明提供了一种石墨烯驱蚊助剂及制备石墨烯驱蚊面料的方法,所示石墨烯驱蚊助剂包括以下质量含量的各组分:1‑10%石墨烯、润湿渗透剂1‑20%、粘合剂2‑8%、有机溶剂10‑30%、余量为水。将面料反复浸轧在石墨烯驱蚊助剂中,浸轧后的面料再经过脱水、烘干、烘焙即得所述石墨烯驱蚊面料。本发明采用的石墨烯来源于矿物质绿色环保对人体无害,将其应用在面料上可以有效防蚊,保护人体健康。制得的面料对蚊子的驱避率高达92%,且水洗10次后驱避率仍高达72%,可以达到国家标准A级。

背景技术
现阶段驱蚊面料一般有两种,一种在基布层和面料层之间做驱蚊夹层,一种是由驱蚊液处理后的纤维编织而成。其中,驱蚊液中一般都含有合成趋避剂,如DEET(N,N—二乙基间甲苯甲酰胺),这类趋避剂会对人体健康产生不良影响,如可以引发神经系统疾病、脑病和皮肤病等。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种石墨烯驱蚊助剂及制备石墨烯驱蚊面料的方法。

本发明提供了一种石墨烯驱蚊助剂,包括以下质量含量的各组分:1-10%石墨烯、润湿渗透剂1-20%、粘合剂2-8%、有机溶剂10-30%、余量为水。
优选地,所述石墨烯为氧化石墨烯、改性石墨烯、还原石墨烯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述石墨烯采用氧化还原法、机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法或电化学剥离法制备。

(3)将粘合剂、润湿渗透剂、有机溶剂加入上述反应釜中,在30-60℃温度下高速搅拌20-80min得到成品。
本发明提供了一种石墨烯驱蚊面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将面料反复浸轧在权利要求1所述的石墨烯驱蚊助剂中,浸轧后的面料再经过脱水、烘干、烘焙即得所述石墨烯驱蚊面料。
优选地,所述面料为梭织面料或者针织面料。
优选地,制备所述面料的纤维包括天然纤维、黏胶纤维、丙纶纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、石墨烯锦纶纤维、石墨烯涤纶纤维、石墨烯丙纶纤维中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述浸轧处理的轧余率为70%-90%。
优选地,所述烘干温度为40-80℃,时间为60-240min;所述烘焙温度为90-130℃,时间为2-5min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明所用石墨烯具有较强的驱蚊效果,而且石墨烯来源于矿物质绿色环保对人体无害,将其应用在面料上可以有效防蚊,保护人体健康。
(2)本发明的石墨烯驱蚊面料对蚊子的驱避率为92%,可以达到国家标准A级。
(3)本发明的石墨烯驱蚊面料水洗10次后,石墨烯驱蚊面料的驱避率为72%,依然可以达到国家标准A级。

1.1根据表1的各组分及质量百分含量称取原料备用;所述石墨烯为还原石墨烯,石墨烯厚度为5nm,比表面积为600m2/g。

1.3将粘合剂、润湿渗透剂、有机溶剂加入上述反应釜中,在30-60℃温度下高速搅拌20-80min得到成品;所述粘合剂为环氧树脂,湿润渗透剂为阴离子表面活性剂,有机溶剂为丙酮。
2、将粘胶纤维织造的梭织面料反复浸轧在步骤1制备的石墨烯驱蚊助剂中,浸轧处理的轧余率为80%,浸轧后的面料再经过脱水、60℃烘干120min、80℃烘焙5min,即得所述石墨烯驱蚊面料。

2、将石墨烯涤纶纤维织造的针织面料反复浸轧在步骤1制备的石墨烯驱蚊助剂中,浸轧处理的轧余率为90%,浸轧后的面料再经过脱水、80℃烘干60min、100℃烘焙3min,即得所述石墨烯驱蚊面料。
