本发明提供一种超细发泡尼龙手套,涉及超细发泡尼龙制造技术领域。该一种超细发泡尼龙手套,所述超细发泡尼龙手套包括针尼龙线编织成的编织料层、浸胶层,所述采用针尼龙线通过编织机进行编织成型,作为编织料层,所述浸胶层的材料为丁腈超细发泡浆料,所述浆料包括如下重量份数的各组分,丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂、抗氧化剂的质量比为:80‑100:0.5‑1.5:0.5‑1:5‑8:0.3‑0.5,所述针尼龙线的重量比不低于70%。通过采用合理的加工工艺,能够增加超细发泡尼龙手套的柔软性,使工作人员使用的时候更加舒服,而且手套表面柔软还不易在加工生产时损坏产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及超细发泡尼龙制造技术领域,具体为一种超细发泡尼龙手套。
背景技术
手套是用于保护人体手部的物品,在制造业和建筑业有着很大的应用前景,纺织手套、布缝制手套,或者皮制手套表面浸渍各种天然胶、合成胶或者合成树脂后,在手套的表面形成一层保护层,使手套具有耐磨、防滑等作用。
传统的超细发泡尼龙手套的生产工艺比较简单,生产出来的产品柔性比较差,工人使用的时候容易磨破手部,而且手套不能够长时间的保存,容易受到空气的氧化。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种超细发泡尼龙手套,解决了传统的超细发泡尼龙手套的生产工艺比较简单,生产出来的产品柔性比较差,工人使用的时候容易磨破手部,而且手套不能够长时间的保存,容易受到空气的氧化的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种超细发泡尼龙手套,超细发泡尼龙手套包括针尼龙线编织成的编织料层、浸胶层。
优选的,所述采用针尼龙线通过编织机进行编织成型,作为编织料层。
优选的,所述浸胶层的材料为丁腈超细发泡浆料,所述浆料包括如下重量份数的各组分,丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂、抗氧化剂的质量比为:80-100:0.5-1.5:0.5-1:5-8:0.3-0.5。
优选的,所述针尼龙线的重量比不低于70%。
优选的,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:首先进行清洗型模,然后把型模放进温水中浸水,达到对型模表面预热处理;
步骤2:把编织料层套设在型模上,通过传送装置进行浸胶;
步骤3:对浸胶后的手套表面手掌部位进行喷砂处理,用于提高手套表面的摩擦力;
步骤4:对发泡尼龙手套进行干燥处理,采用60℃-80℃的风进行吹5分钟-12分钟,并进行高温预硫化处理,且温度控制在200℃-250℃;
步骤5:对发泡尼龙手套进行硫化处理,并进行温水浸泡清洗处理。
优选的,所述步骤2中浸胶处理传送装置的轨迹采用水平滚动式浸入到胶液层中。
优选的,所述硫化的温度控制在115℃,且硫化时间为1H-1.5H。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种超细发泡尼龙手套。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明,通过采用合理的加工工艺,能够增加超细发泡尼龙手套的柔软性,使工作人员使用的时候更加舒服,而且手套表面柔软还不易在加工生产时损坏产品。
2、本发明,通过在调制发泡浆料的时候添加抗氧化剂,能够增加手套的抗氧化性能,增加手套的保存时间和使用寿命。

实施例一:
本发明实施例提供一种超细发泡尼龙手套,超细发泡尼龙手套包括针尼龙线编织成的编织料层、浸胶层,采用针尼龙线通过编织机进行编织成型,作为编织料层,浸胶层的材料为丁腈超细发泡浆料,所述浆料包括如下重量份数的各组分,丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂、抗氧化剂的质量比为:80:1:0.75:7:0.4,针尼龙线的重量比不低于70%。
包括以下步骤:
步骤1:首先进行清洗型模,然后把型模放进温水中浸水,达到对型模表面预热处理;
步骤2:把编织料层套设在型模上,通过传送装置进行浸胶;
步骤3:对浸胶后的手套表面手掌部位进行喷砂处理,用于提高手套表面的摩擦力;
步骤4:对发泡尼龙手套进行干燥处理,采用60℃-80℃的风进行吹5分钟-12分钟,并进行高温预硫化处理,且温度控制在200℃-250℃;
步骤5:对发泡尼龙手套进行硫化处理,并进行温水浸泡清洗处理。

通过对上述的实施例的生产的发泡尼龙手套,随着增稠剂的含量变化能明显改变发泡尼龙手套的柔性,且随着增稠剂含量增加柔性降低,丁腈胶乳含量的增加,柔性先增加后降低。

1.一种超细发泡尼龙手套,其特征在于:超细发泡尼龙手套包括针尼龙线编织成的编织料层、浸胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细发泡尼龙手套,其特征在于:所述采用针尼龙线通过编织机进行编织成型,作为编织料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细发泡尼龙手套,其特征在于:所述浸胶层的材料为丁腈超细发泡浆料,所述浆料包括如下重量份数的各组分,丁腈胶乳、发泡剂、增稠剂、水性PU树脂、抗氧化剂的质量比为:80-100:0.5-1.5:0.5-1:5-8:0.3-0.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细发泡尼龙手套,其特征在于:所述针尼龙线的重量比不低于70%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细发泡尼龙手套,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:首先进行清洗型模,然后把型模放进温水中浸水,达到对型模表面预热处理;
步骤2:把编织料层套设在型模上,通过传送装置进行浸胶;
步骤3:对浸胶后的手套表面手掌部位进行喷砂处理,用于提高手套表面的摩擦力;
步骤4:对发泡尼龙手套进行干燥处理,采用60℃-80℃的风进行吹5分钟-12分钟,并进行高温预硫化处理,且温度控制在200℃-250℃;
步骤5:对发泡尼龙手套进行硫化处理,并进行温水浸泡清洗处理。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细发泡尼龙手套,其特征在于:所述步骤1中的浸水温度为60℃-80℃,且浸水时间为15分钟-20分钟。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细发泡尼龙手套,其特征在于:所述步骤2中浸胶处理传送装置的轨迹采用水平滚动式浸入到胶液层中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种超细发泡尼龙手套,其特征在于:所述硫化的温度控制在115℃,且硫化时间为1H-1.5H。
